Projects of houses and baths. Projects of houses and baths Chopped bathhouse with attic 6x9

So far, the only B10 project in the 6x9 category has absorbed the advantages of a bathhouse and a residential wooden house. The project takes into account the comfortable use of a bathhouse by a large group of people. Everything in this bath house is large - from the bathroom to the loggia. Among the advantages of the building are a relaxation room and a vestibule, which can easily be converted into spacious kitchen. Construction of such a facility on suburban area solves three problems at once - housing, the need for a useful and pleasant pastime in the bathhouse and saving territory for development.

Construction technology

Possibility of use various technologies to implement the project, B10 provides the customer with a choice in the price range and compliance of the future construction with the intended use. Construction of inexpensive bath complex a large area is advantageous because design features project, even taking into account the maximum thickness of timber walls or the use of the most effective insulation in the frame version, do not lead to a dramatic increase in price. Since both technologies make it possible to build quickly, without spending resources on constructing a heavy foundation or using expensive and complex construction equipment.

Materials

Main building material when building a bathhouse from timber, there are profiled timber made from coniferous species. The profile allows you to build perfectly fitted walls without gaps. In the future, shrinkage processes will not become a draft problem for bathhouse owners, and the natural inter-crown seal is an additional guarantee of the tightness of the rows.
The high speed of construction is justified by the fact that, in addition to quality material The factory-made bathhouse will be assembled by professional teams of carpenters.

A frame version of a 6x9 meter bathhouse is made using atmospheric drying timber boards for racks, jibs and crossbars frame system. As insulation - materials tested and famous brands: Isover (Izover), Ursa (Ursa), Knauf (Knauf).
Inner space frame baths completely covered with wood, the walls are covered with well-dried softwood paneling.
The exception is the steam room where aspen is used. The floor is made of tongue-and-groove boards laid along joists.
For the exterior decoration of the bathhouse, the customer is offered a choice between wooden materials lining or timber simulator, or blockhouse, or siding with a base of OSB boards.

By prior agreement, in accordance with the analysis of the soil study, our company will provide the construction of a foundation most suitable for a bathhouse.

The whole country rests on such workers

Alexey Gennadievich!!! Due to lack of time, I couldn’t write to you - thanks a lot for the work of your employees on the construction of the bathhouse, two young men, unfortunately, I don’t know their last names, they worked clearly and harmoniously, the quality of the bathhouse is EXCELLENT!!! The whole country rests on such workers. All our friends and relatives also noted the impeccable work of the guys, which resulted in the bathhouse we dreamed of.

The guys built us an amazing bathhouse

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Alexey (general director), Sergey Zorin and Vladimir Chistyakov (builders)! At the beginning of August, the guys built us a stunning bathhouse, taking into account all our wishes. The delivery of materials was carried out on time, the construction was completed even ahead of the time agreed upon earlier, the quality of materials and work was excellent top level. In general, just a fairy tale! I advise you to build only with Russian carpenters!

"Price quality"

The work is pleasing to the eye. Fast, high quality, on time. I thank the team of guys (Evgeny, Dmitry, Sergey) and general director Alexey Roslov for the work done. I ordered a bathhouse with a 6x6 attic, project B-20, with minor changes, “for shrinkage.” All work has been completed ahead of schedule and high quality. All my wishes were taken into account. I was very pleased with Alexey Roslov’s attitude towards his work. He always promptly and competently answered all my questions and resolved controversial issues. The team, despite the young age of the guys, worked quickly and smoothly, and at the end they gave advice on caring for the timber and preserving it for the winter. Next year I will do the finishing with the same team. “Russian carpenters” win in all respects compared to others large companies. “Price-quality” is about them. Thank you very much again. I will recommend it to everyone.

Non-standard elongated baths 6 by 9 are relevant. Not needed complex designs. They are difficult to arrange. It's better to choose simple shapes- square, rectangle. This will save the amount of raw materials. And this is the most expensive item.

Profiled timber is made from softwood:

  • pine;
  • cedar;
  • larch;

Pine trees account for 80% of all construction of steam rooms in Russia. It holds heat well, does not rot and has reliable properties. Such a structure will stand for more than 50 years without overhaul, and having updated the façade after fifty years, so much more. We work turnkey and provide a guarantee. Our wooden buildings stand for centuries.

We produce two types of wood on the street side - flat and semi-oval. You can choose based on your preferences. The differences are exclusively external. Designs of 6x9 bath houses can be adjusted, but you should not combine these decorated surfaces in one version.

We do not work with glued materials. Dry only scaffolding becomes the basis for future buildings.

What type of profile is found for a bathhouse made of 6x9 timber?

We carry out three standard models:

  • Finnish, where there are 2 side teeth and a platform where the insulation is supposed to be laid.
  • a comb with more than three or four teeth, which ensures 100% tightness.
  • Scandinavian, which incorporates both previous ones.

Our craftsmen work with useful layouts. They offer functional space. Look at the photos in the gallery. Not everything is represented there. Collection in the office. If you need to choose, come and we will show you our arsenal. Complex and simple, irregular configurations and with attics - our carpenters and designers will carry out the design project you choose. We will inform you of prices after full calculation.

Spacious log bathhouse (guest house) made of logs 6 by 9 meters. The internal walls divide the log house into a steam room with a shower room, a living room with a kitchen, a boiler room and a dressing room. See 3D models and layout for more details.

  • purpose - bathhouse or guest house
  • external building size 6 by 9 meters

  • cutting type - bowl with lock
  • wood type - pine
  • average log diameter 26 - 27 cm
