Assassins creed 2 walkthrough. Assassin's Creed II Complete Walkthrough

Glyph One (Inception)

Glyph II (64 squares)

Glyph Three (Origins)

You are required to turn on infrared vision and find eden particles in the images:

  • in the first photo with Roosevelt, the apple is on the table, near his hand.
  • in the second picture, the apple is right under Houdini's left hand.
  • and in the third picture there is an apple on Gandhi's right side, just below the shoulder

Glyph Four (Infinite Knowledge)

Glyph Five (Tools of Power)

In the first image, you need to select the characters who have a sword in their hands.

  • Pictures that need to be selected are numbered (count from left to right, starting from the top row): №2, №3, №6, №8, №9.
In the second image, you need to select characters who already have a staff in their hands
  • The pictures to be selected are numbered (count from left to right, starting from the top row): No. 3, No. 6, No. 8, No. 9, No. 10

Glyph Six (Brothers)

There is already a similar type of puzzle, which was in the second glyph, only a little more complicated: now not one circle can rotate, but two at the same time.

Putting together 1 picture:

  • 1 ring 2 times to the left
  • 2 ring 3 times to the left
  • 4 turn the ring once to the right
  • 5 ring 3 times to the right
  • And rotate the 3rd ring until the picture becomes whole.
Putting together 2 picture:
  • 1 ring 3 times to the left
  • 3 turn the ring 1 time to the left
  • 4 ring 4 times to the left
  • 5 ring once to the right
  • And we adjust the 2nd ring to see the assembled image.
Putting together 3 picture:
  • 1 ring 3 times to the left
  • 3 ring once to the right
  • 4 ring five times to the left
  • 5 ring once to the left
  • Adjust the 2nd ring to collect the image.
Putting together 4 picture:
  • 3 ring 3 times to the right
  • 5 ring 1 times to the left
  • 4 ring 2 times to the left
  • 2 ring 6 times to the right
  • And we adjust the first ring to see the picture

Glyph Seventh (He who sees, see)

Glyph Eighth (Martyrs)

It will be quite simple here. It is enough to turn on the sound and move the mouse over the pictures like a metal detector.

  • On Tsar Nicholas II, select the tip of the staff.
  • In the painting with Jeanne D "Ark - pay attention to the hilt of the sword
  • Next, you will need to move the flame to the photo of Jeanne D "Arc, then drag it to Rasputin in the center of the picture and then to Nicholas II.

Glyph Ninth (Hat-trick)

  • In the first image, move the mouse over Houdini - there will be an apple on the jacket.
  • On the second, sweep Gandhi over the body and find an apple.
Next up is a little digital puzzle. At first glance, it is difficult, but for the second and third time it is very simple :) The numbers that need to be entered into empty cells are selected by rotating the circle. In order not to guess which combination is conceived, look carefully at the pictures. The equality 6 = 1 is immediately striking. Well, turn the circle until the six is above one, substitute other numbers and get the answer: 312.

Glyph Ten (Apollo)

  • In the first image, select the satellite, which is located slightly to the left of the lower edge of the moon.
  • In the second picture, you need to line up the radar beams (similar to the pictures in the sixth glyph) It's not that difficult and I think it's not worth describing in detail, I just tell you that you need to start, as always, from the very central circle.
  • Well, the third task, in the photo of Apollo 11, you need to highlight the hidden apple hidden to the left and slightly below the astronaut's leg.

Glyph Eleventh (Inventor)

Glyph Twelfth (Industry Titans)

Another number puzzle. Do not forget to carefully examine the pictures on the left. If you noticed, one of them says: 4 = 1. We spin the circle until the four is above the one and we get the answer to the rebus: 240.

  • In the next picture, with the cursor, we break the bulbs with a dollar :)
  • On the third screen, the apple is in Tesla's hands.
And for dessert, a riddle-rebus. All clues in the pictures on the left: the number 2 is on the car and notice the familiar symbol on the newspaper. We substitute 2 on the circle with a sign and we get.

Glyph Thirteen (I Become the Destroyer of the World)

The riddle is not difficult. In the pictures on the left we notice the number nine and the highlighted triangle. Logically, we put a triangle on the number 9 in a circle and try to figure out which symbols are next. Basic hint: the next character is the sum of the addition of the two previous numbers. Total we get:

Glyph Fourteenth (Bloodlines)

Glyph Fifteen (Guardians)

The plot of the second part begins exactly from the moment at which the first one ended. Watching the video, we recall the background. Lucy suddenly enters the room and asks to go with her. feature film "Justified Cruelty"

We bring to your attention Assassin's Creed 2 walkthrough courtesy of Best Computer Games Magazine.

When native Florence suddenly finds itself in the hands of mysterious conspirators and fate strikes a cruel blow - who will punish the insidious traitors and those who stand behind them? Just yesterday, young Ezio Auditore di Firenze, a rake and a womanizer, carefree climbed the roofs and girls' balconies. Now he is out for blood. But, even having become a master of secret murder, Ezio will not immediately believe that the founder of his family was the legendary assassin - Altair ibn La-Ahad.

Altair, as we remember, galloped on the roofs of eastern cities, sneaked in the crowd and secretly arranged bloodletting for the leaders of the era of the Crusades. Three hundred years later, Ezio Auditore did about the same. And even five hundred years to come, in 2012, our old friend Desmond Miles is held captive by the Templars and plays with his newly acquired paranormal powers. The poor fellow was not allowed to rest: some two hours after the final of Assassin's Creed, Lucy bursts into the chamber and steals our hero from the clutches of Abstergo. Now Desmond will no longer dive into the bowels of his genetic memory to search for the Templars powerful artifacts. ”He would do it for the good of the Assassins.

The laboratory in which Desmond is exploring the life of his next ancestor, according to the plot, we will see only a couple of times, and even then only briefly. She is here only for framing. So we can say that further - only the Renaissance, fifteenth century, Italy; noisy cities and mountain roads, murderers and victims, crowds of onlookers and vigilant guards, chases and fights.

Our Ezio will make a fair rustle in those places.

Insidious Roof Crime

It's good when the continuation of the game series surpasses the original. It is doubly good when something clearly swan-shaped emerges from a pretty, but with all this, a rather ugly duckling.

When Assassin's Creed came out two years ago, the feelings of the players were mixed. Yes, Altair was breaking his knees, the world was beautiful and convincing, and the plot ideas of the writers turned out to be at least original. But, if you think about it, decent missions could be counted on one hand - and the rest of the game was filled with boring, unintelligible and repetitive tasks.

Now we know for sure that the developers at Ubisoft Montreal know how to fix their own mistakes. The second part worked on 450 people, of whom three quarters worked on the original. But how the game has changed! When they say that compared to Assassin's Creed 2, the first part looks like a technical demo, this is not an exaggeration. The game universe has spread in breadth and depth, and it literally shows how carefully the developers tried to strengthen the successful elements of the first part and eliminate the unsuccessful ones.

In some ways it has come a little to the point of absurdity. Remember, for example, the boring plot dialogue? In the second part, many conversations were added to the action. Chatting with Leonardo da Vinci while walking through the squares of Venice is good and healthy. But starting a dialogue during a fight, not even a particularly serious one, you will inevitably find yourself in a dilemma: hit the tinsel without listening to the plot information, or hang your ears, skipping the blows from the left and right.

Hidden in the crowd

Correcting the "plot issue", the developers chose the path already successfully traversed by Rockstar. Borrowing good ideas went for the good of the assassins. Even in the first part of Assassin's Creed, the "ears" of Grand Theft Auto were visible. The new game, without exaggerating too much, can be called "GTA in the Renaissance."

A huge world opens up piece by piece. Quest icons on the map and minimap are generously scattered here and there: races on the rooftops, mail delivery, kill orders - and side missions can at first glance be distinguished from those that move the plot.

There are guards instead of police. For petty hooliganism they will hit a couple of times in the face, and for serious offenses they are ready to chase the troublemaker both through the streets and over the roofs - only they will not climb into the water (and this is very handy, since Ezio, unlike Altair, still swim learned). The yellow "wanted area" circle on the minimap is a direct borrowing from GTA IV. If you break out of it for a few seconds and do not find yourself in the line of sight of the "police", they lose track. True, there are no "wanted stars", but there is a parameter of "fame" - the higher it is, the further the guards must be bypassed so that they do not suspect something is wrong. There are various ways to reduce publicity: to bribe the heralds, to kill the necessary officials. The easiest thing to do, however, is to rip the "Guards Wanted" posters off the walls. They appear automatically - and for some reason not at the height of human growth, but often at the very top, where only pigeons can read them.

All tasks are preceded by scenes on the engine, and it is difficult to find fault with them. The actors show a convincing accent and inject English speech Italian words and expressions. The characters themselves are also pleasing: it is easy to recognize not only the historical figures like Lorenzo Medici, Machiavelli or Savonarola, who were exposed in the portraits, but even Leonardo da Vinci, whom the Ubisoft artists "rejuvenated" by copying from the famous self-portrait. And Leonardo's embarrassment and fussiness in the presence of handsome Ezio looks much more natural than the cutesy antics of Bernie Crane from GTA IV.

I'll get off the Venice bridge - water up to my waist

I remember that the mayor of New York spoke about the same GTA IV disapprovingly: they say, they are doing anti-advertising to the city. He, of course, was wrong: Rockstar copied their Liberty City from the city in a patriotic way, with love and attention to detail. The mayors of Venice and Florence (who they have there now - isn't the Medici?) For some reason are silent. Don't they know yet that there is a game in the world that has done more for tourism in their cities than all the handouts put together?

Assassin's Creed 2 is a real anthem of Florence, all of Tuscany and Venice. I will not say anything about the realistic reproduction of the life of Italian cities of the Renaissance, but their architecture is copied at the highest level. Visits of Ubisoft developers to these cities were not in vain: narrow streets, bridges and the canals create an amazing atmosphere of presence, and the sights are completely recognizable at first sight. Florentine Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Pianzetta San Marco in Venice - now you don't need to be a "spider-man", to climb freely on the walls and roofs of famous palaces.

And as Ezio climbs from ledge to ledge, onlookers below stare and talk in a mixture of English and Italian. "Is he crazy?" - "Is it possible that the path on foot has been ordered for him, the path of a worthy man?" - "Is it generally allowed to climb the walls like this?"

Citizens often get confused under the hero's feet, but without them virtual cities, fortresses, estates, monasteries and small villages would be deserted and dead. The realism of their behavior is all right. Merchants, nobles, peasants, monks, beggars, thieves, street girls - they wander about their business, sit on benches or converse in groups. Guards patrol the streets in groups or guard the streets and entrances.

The developers have carefully thought out the behavior of city residents in the event of a violation of public order. The townspeople are shy, but curious - they try to keep their distance from the fight, but they are not in a hurry to run away at all, and they begin to call the guards only in cases of clearly criminal cases. They very rarely rush into a fight with the main character, but city thieves are always ready to steal a wallet from a gaping Ezio, so if someone runs up to the hero, clearly intending to push him, “hit first, Freddie”.

Fighting through the crowd in an attempt to escape or catch up with someone is a thankless task. Mouse control, however, allows you to maneuver on the run, bypassing any crowds of people. But the city loaders clearly have some kind of conspiracy of their own: with the same boxes in their hands, they walk in such a way as to get in the way of Ezio, at the slightest collision, drop the box and raise a scandal. The bards, however, are the worst. At the most crucial moments, they impudently get in the way of the hero and, strumming their lutes, hum mocking verses, counting on a handful of coins. This is how a bard lives, he lives - and he gets it on the forehead.

"... The poison did not work"

With the combat system and management, things are strange. It is, of course, console, but in many ways familiar: who played GTA IV, he will adapt. Many will find the separate keys for hitting the right hand, left, leg and head, and in addition to them, the "high profile" modifier, mysterious. It's pretty easy to remember that "forward" and "high profile" are both running. It is more difficult to learn that the "head" is the interaction with the NPC, and the "left hand" is with the mechanisms. Further, more and more insane combinations of "wings, legs and tails" for different actions, strikes and fighting techniques begin.

The keys can be reassigned, but here, as they say, there is a nuance: if you hang them on the keyboard to your liking, you will need to break your fingers to press some combinations. The developers guess about the existence of the second button and wheel on the mouse, but do not attach any importance to this fact.

Such an original control system does not interfere with movement on streets and roofs. Ezio is an independent guy, with his head on his shoulders. If you hold down the three-key combination "free run" ("forward" + "high profile" + "leg"), our hero will choose his own path along the cornices, beams and roofs. The player can only lazily choose an approximate direction. "Free run" to drop Ezio from the roof onto the pavement is possible, but rather difficult. In this regard, the developers even slightly outdated: and from a height of one meter, our free runner does not want to jump right away, he hesitates for a long time and wants to first hang on his hands.

True, if, out of habit with a clamped "free run" combination, break into the crowd, Ezio mechanically begins to poke trifles into the pockets of the townsfolk. This is fraught with trouble, but not very big.

The basic skills of a climber are also known to our hero, and here the player also only sets the general direction. Only very advanced techniques require separate key combinations, but they are also easy to learn if desired. Set the heat in the spirit of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, except that the last three of six puzzles, with which Ezio gets himself an old Altair suit. By the standards of the game, they are insanely complex: they not only have to quickly, in a limited time, jump on platforms, risking overtaking, but also somehow cope with the quirks of the camera, which changes the entire coordinate system on the go. One of these puzzles even involves learning a new keyboard shortcut on the go - and it's definitely not the best place to practice.

It is not necessary to climb into these six dungeons to complete the game, so in theory it can be assumed that in such a strange way the developers deliberately made a valuable reward difficult to obtain. However, this is precisely the imbalance, since there are similar problems with the unimaginable prohibitive complexity of seemingly ordinary tasks in the plot - especially in the thirteenth "Savonarol" chapter, which was not originally in the console version of the game.

With a sword in the eye

While the main principles of running on rooftops are easy to remember on the fly, combat is more difficult to master - but only because it is redundant. In general, of course, an assassin should not play d'Artagnana. He must sneak up, inflict a fatal blow and be washed away. And he does it. In a jump from the roof, he plunges secret jumping out blades into the victim's neck. Hanging on the edge of the roof, he carefully plunges the knife into the loving one. landscape of a guard, and then throws him down from a height, hiding in a haystack, strikes a passing guard with a blade, and then drags the body into the same haystack.

If, for example, you need to clean out a guarded chest or go through a checkpoint, it is best to hire street girls for a modest remuneration (they will be distracted by conversation), thieves (they will anger and lure) or fighters (they will distract them with a sword in the eye). Well, if the guards go into conflict, it is more profitable to escape than to fight. Health, tea, not official - and it is not restored by itself now, forcing Ezio to run to pharmacists for medicines and potions, listening to friendly advice about weekly bloodletting.

Nevertheless, there are enough situations in the game when you need to put a lot of people in battle. And this is where redundancy begins. The developers wanted the battles in the game to be beautiful, spectacular, and cinematic. The idea was quite successful for them. Ezio does not drop chandeliers on his enemies. Dodges, parries and deadly blows from the ever-effective camera angle are there. But there is much more. Our hero can fight with twin secret blades, swords, daggers, hammers, fists, brass knuckles - even brooms, fishing rods and lutes! In his arsenal - slow-acting poison, smoke bombs, throwing knives and even coins to scatter on the streets, attracting the attention of passers-by and, thereby, slowing down the guards. He can grab the enemy and punch him with his hand, foot or head, throw him at the counter or at the enemy. He can throw dust and debris from the ground into the eyes of an enemy, dodge a blow, try to go behind his back - and even take away a weapon.

And for each technique - its own key combination, if you wish, you can make a real ballet out of combat. Moreover, the enemies, no matter how many there are, always attack one at a time - at most, someone else will try to strike from behind.

And you can even do practically nothing and not think about techniques, since the good old faceroll, also known as "rolling the face on the keyboard", works great in battle. Ezio, as I mentioned above, is quick-witted and independent, and the player only needs to remember two techniques: a block with a counterattack for ordinary enemies and a disarming technique for owners of hammers. Simple and angry.

Own amusement park

It is possible to take away weapons from enemies in battle only temporarily - collecting them in this way will not work. For blades, armor, as well as enlarged pouches for knives and poison, you need to go to stores, where the modest assortment slightly improves as the game progresses.

Ezio can earn money for purchases in different ways. Complete story quests. Engage in side missions. Opening orphaned chests. Trap thieves and enemy messengers (one blow to the neck is enough for them to give up everything they have). Finally, you can go to the people and do the craft of a pickpocket!

But all this is not necessary. The money, which by the end of the game will have nowhere to go, will be provided by our family country estate Monteriggioni. Magnificent estate with ramparts, a small town inside and a two-story palazzo. At first, the estate is in a state of disrepair - walls overgrown with vines, deserted streets, primitive shops. But it is worth investing several tens of thousands in the estate, rebuilding the infrastructure - from a bank to a brothel - as Monteriggioni not only begins to make a profit from tourism, but generally becomes a crowded and very nice place.

Only the palace is an exception. It is luxurious, but uncomfortable and too dark. And the attic, where portraits of each character we have killed appear on the walls, looks like it came out of some Silent Hill. On the second floor, where the non-contact prays quietly after mental trauma Ezio’s mother, I don’t want to appear again either. But on the first floor, you can pick up the weapons you bought, and take the accumulated money from the chest. The more invested in Monteriggioni, the faster the chest will fill. Very soon all sense of making money in any other way disappears.

And in the next room on the wall are hung the found pieces of the code of the assassins, written three hundred years ago by Altair. To complete the plot, you will have to find and steal all thirty parchments.

Yesterday the Templars were strangled, strangled ...

Back in the first part of Assassin's Creed, the developers successfully applied a trouble-free recipe for designing conspiracy theories: take equal parts of real historical characters and events that actually happened - and come up with a conspiracy for them. , but also a professor at the Universities of Florence).

The fifteenth century is rich in interesting historical characters: Medici, Borgia, Machiavelli, Leonardo, Pazzi, Savonarola. We take the pretty ones as assassins (the spectacle of Nicolo Machiavelli diving from a tower into a haystack like a swallow - this, I tell you, is worth a lot), we declare the unsympathetic to be evil Templars. The developers even managed to bring real events of those times under the theory of eternal confrontation between these two secret organizations. The conspiracy of Francesco Pazzi and the attempt on the Medici, sermons, the rise and death of Girolamo Savonarola, the "papal" career and the poisoning of Rodrigo Borgia - all this is presented through the prism of the conspiracy and magical action of the powerful artifacts of the "Shards of Eden".

Unless Leonardo Da Vinci is not a member of secret organizations, but deciphers Altair's records for Ezio solely out of sympathy for the young killer. Altair's hazy but convincing prophecies are the merit of the scriptwriters, and the drawings stylized under the medieval canon are the merit of the artists. But that's not all. In the course of the plot, Ezio accumulates a huge number of letters, in which you can also learn a lot about the life and involvement in the conspiracies of other Renaissance figures who do not appear in the game. In order not to get confused in characters, places and other realities, you can explore the game encyclopedia, which is replenished on the go. In it, even the Templar conspiracy is clearly presented - it is clear who is the main one, and who is in the wings, whose identity has been found out and whom Ezio has already managed to kill.

If this is not enough, you can connect the "eagle eye" to the case, which Altair also indulged in in his time. But in those days, a special vision mode came in handy only for reconnaissance, in order to immediately understand who is a friend and who is an enemy. Here, with his help, Ezio finds on the walls of houses twenty symbols left by his less fortunate predecessor. After discovering each of these symbols and listening to the voice recording left by "Subject 16", the player must solve one or several simple, but quite Dan Brownian-style puzzles - find a common element in famous paintings, put a picture out of pieces, discover a hidden element in a photograph. Having found and "decoded" all twenty hidden symbols, the player is rewarded piece by piece with a small video, in which the legend of the Fall appears from an unexpected side.

For the fact that the developers were not too lazy to put so many hints, allegories and secrets into the game, they can be forgiven a lot - even an extremely stupid final battle with the main villain. More important is what happens next: Ezio, and with him - Desmond Miles and the Assassins will finally find out the secret of the origin of the "Wreckage of Eden", which the Templars of all ages are chasing after. What secrets remained for the last part of the trilogy? What time and place of action awaits us in it?

If Assassin's Creed 2 hadn't been tainted by its nasty copy protection, the game would have been a near perfect example of what Ubisoft's developers are capable of seriously fixing the mistakes of a turbulent past. political life of those times opens up for us. Italian speech and magical, mesmerizing music by Jesper Kid. But the main thing is, as usual, freedom. The freedom to run on rooftops and climb walls, jump from a height into the hay and clean out chests, sneak up on a victim in the night and strike. Ezio is the most agile and fastest of all, he cannot be stopped, for he is the new legendary assassin.

Ubisoft's decision looked wild from the start. So that the Internet is always required? So that the game is constantly connected to the servers, constantly checking its authenticity? So that she would begin to consider an honest buyer a pirate whenever the connection was lost? This sounds crazier than anything that has been invented before in the field of copy protection. Nervously smoking on the sidelines are the DRM bogeymen of the past: all those StarForce, limited installs, system bindings and weekly checks that Electronic Arts was going to introduce into Spore.

Even from a pragmatic market point of view, the idea was clearly a failure. What kind of buyer would like it if the game continually demands proof that you are not a camel? After all, it is clear to everyone that such an insulting undertaking will push even the most honest players into the open arms of the filibuster!

I didn't push. The games protected by the camel proved to be a tough nut to crack. Now, when these lines are being written, the pirates have not yet coped with either Assassin's Creed or Silent Hunter 5. How so? Ubisoft experts showed Jesuit cunning. The main principle of the new defense is almost ingenious: not the whole game goes on sale, but only the client the part that is incomplete without the server side. Breaking the usual protection can be extremely difficult, and history knows examples computer games that held out many days after the release. But what about pirates if they don't even have the full game? Become developers yourself?

If Assassin's Creed is hacked, then there will be few people who want to get on the Internet leash for their own sixty dollars. However, we safely assume that Ubisoft's new defense will last long enough - so long that a drop in sales due to piracy can be disregard.

However, such protection still has a vulnerable spot, and a very vulnerable one. Immediately after the launch of the publisher's authentication server, DoS attacks of varying intensity began to be exposed, which sometimes prevented players from getting through to them for many hours. The hackers' reasons are quite Karandyshev: "So don't get anyone else!" The servers choke on requests, the game crashes and stops. The bumps for this, of course, fly to the publisher, and the bumps are well-deserved: if Ubisoft can no longer protect its customers from hackers, such protection will be worthless. The reputation of the publisher is already at serious risk.

Basic concepts

Guardians! Guardians!

The relationship between secret killers and guards has been difficult at all times. That is why let's immediately try to find out what our Ezio Auditore can expect from the guards and how to avoid it.

So, let's imagine a common situation: city guards catches our hero doing a compromising occupation (for example, stabbing anyone with a knife) or sees a character that is very similar in description to the orientation received. What happens then?

At first, the guards will have suspicions and will begin to grow stronger. The player will see this intense mental process as arrows above their heads filling with yellow. At the same time, the guards will begin to voice their suspicions out loud, or even call out to Ezio.

Remember that when the guard is thinking about such matters, it is contraindicated to run, jump and break the law, otherwise suspicion will quickly turn into confidence. The hero should, on the contrary, retire at a leisurely or brisk pace, mingle with the crowd, or somehow disappear from sight until he gets into trouble.

On a note: if, for example, the situation is unambiguous - for example, a guard sees Ezio running away from other guards or fighting with them, then the suspicious phase is skipped.

If the arrow above the heads of the guards turns yellow entirely, they are sent to investigate, loudly calling out to the intruder and taking out their weapons. In this case, it usually makes sense not to pretend to be rags, but to urgently run and hide, because the arrow above the heads of the guards will begin to fill with red. As soon as it turns completely red, the guards rush to the attack. Here the hero has to either accept the battle or try to escape.

In general, the guards, if not provoked, are a peaceful people. If they did not get orientation on Ezio, he can give sprints literally in front of their noses and briskly walk through the group of patrolmen, spreading them carelessly with his shoulder. You never know, the man is in a hurry. But as soon as he inadvertently dropped some matron on the run, the guards would scratch their fists.

However, one should not sit in front of the guards as an eagle on any beam, climb the wall and generally be above ground level. They do not like it. A couple of times they will call out to the insolent person, and then they will take out the stones and begin to accurately shoot down the "crow" that refuses to land on its own.

It's good that the guards are not very good at seeing what is happening above the second floor. They simply won't notice Ezio standing on the edge of the roof. And this is not their business. Guarding the roofs is the prerogative of the archers.

Archers are the worst thing for the newly-minted Carlsons. They do not like it when someone else is walking on the roof, and they go from the stage of hail to the stage of shooting very quickly. They suffer from this, since it is easier for the killer to poke at the archer with a knife than to bypass him on the roofs.

However, it is worth jumping off the roof, hanging on the edge or even hiding behind a pipe, as archers often lose interest in the intruder.

In addition to archers and guards patrolling the streets, there are also those who block the streets, guard valuables or entrances to apartments where money is. They do not like to be approached close to them, and carefully guard their personal area. They expressively repulse the impudent one. If you try to pass through the "checkpoint" or penetrate into the protected area, they will immediately enter the battle.

What should Ezio do if the guards are chasing him?

You can interrupt everyone and leave, whistling. However, this business is long and unhealthy. To break away from the guards, you need to disappear from their sight for a few seconds. When you do this, a yellow circle appears on the minimap, marking the search area. Get out of it and the chase will end.

A fail-safe option: to play Chapaev. Our hero swims perfectly now, and the guards never climb into the water. Sail away - and the job is done.

There are other ways to hide, such as diving into a pile of straw, hay or leaves. In this case, the guards need to be at least a little behind. If you crawl into the fragrant hay in front of their eyes, they will not appreciate this strange act.

Wells and canvas shelters on the roofs of houses are also suitable for games of hide and seek. All shelters glow in the "eagle's eye" mode.

Be careful, the criminal is armed

If Ezio does dirty tricks, sooner or later he will become a famous figure in the city. This is bad for the killer. The degree of fame grows with unseemly actions, painting the indicator red. If the indicator is full, our hero is on the wanted list: armed, dangerous and known to every guard. The firemen are looking for him, the police are looking for him ... in general, an uncomfortable position.

Fortunately, there are three ways to go back to anonymity - one is easier than the other, and the third is difficult. Three types of indicators appear on the map and minimap as soon as the hero's fame begins to grow.

  • 75% fame filming the murder of an official in charge of our case. The problem is that the official is actively resisting, running away, calling the guards ... However, if he fell under the arm, why not?
  • 50% fame removes the bribery of the herald. Walk up to him, shove 500 florins (huge, by the way, money), and now - just now he denounced a serial killer, and then quickly moved on to problems foreign policy... And although it is no longer necessary to catch the heralds, the disadvantage of the method is obvious: the toad.
  • 25% fame Ezio loses if he rips the Wanted Dead or Alive poster pinned by an arrow from the wall. This is the most easy way because there are many posters around and it is not difficult to get to them.

It is interesting: science still finds it difficult to solve the riddle: why are posters often hung under the roofs of houses, on balconies - where they cannot be seen from the ground?

In some plot points and dungeons, Ezio's fame automatically becomes one hundred percent, and nothing can be done with her until the mission is completed.

Eagles learn to look

"Eagle's Eye" is an amazing skill inherited from Altair by Ezio Auditore. With its help, you can easily find a victim among passers-by, detect disguised guards, at a glance assess the alignment of forces, see possible shelters, and even "smell" the trail of a fleeing enemy when chasing.

But besides this, Ezio also uses the "eagle's gaze" in order to discover twenty symbols laid in the memory of the "Animus" by the mysterious "Subject 16". In normal vision, they are also visible, but they are difficult to notice. The fact that there is such a symbol in the district and it is worth looking for it on the walls of houses will be indicated by the icon of an eye next to the name of the area into which Ezio falls.

Each symbol gives a short voice recording, some simple, but atmospheric puzzles to the game, and as a reward - an excerpt of a video-"memory", revealing the mystery of the original events that gave rise to the legend of the fall of Adam and Eve.

"Coffee, coffee ... What coffee?"

Ezio's finances are not difficult to put in order. First, florins are given to him in large quantities for completed missions. Secondly, very quickly the Auditore estate begins to bring in such income that the meaning is lost not only in robberies, but even in pursuing thieves who cut off the killer's wallet.

But let's, in order and for the sake of order, clarify in what ways Ezio receives money:

  • Marauding collecting finance from fallen enemies. There is no need to engage in such dirty deeds, as has already been said, and the guards will not turn a blind eye to looting.
  • Pickpocketing. Walking through a crowd, pushing it apart and slashing off wallets at the same time, is fun at first. The rich find the loss quickly, the poor a little slower. But there is absolutely no income from this occupation, and the popularity of the "Baghdad thief" grows in direct proportion to the number of thefts. In general, a trifle in your pockets is unworthy of our hero.
  • Theft from chests. The chests are either unattended on the balconies, or guarded by one or more guards. It seems that it is not too lazy to rummage through them, but in the second half of the game, the profit from tourism at the Villa Auditore will exceed the possible profit from robberies dozens of times. However, if a treasure map has already been bought in a shop and the chests have "appeared" on the map, you can clear them of valuables.
  • Earnings from completed tasks. Story missions and all side missions are also counted. The profit from them is very good, especially since we have no special choice if we go through the game anyway.
  • Robbery of thieves and couriers. Borgia couriers are easy to recognize. They rush down the street towards Ezio, recognize him, shout in horror in Italian something like "Your madre!" and, after a cartoonish slip of their feet, they run away. If you catch up with them and hit them, they will share money, and a lot. We do not recommend killing - fame will grow strongly. It's about the same with thieves, only they also try to push Ezio on the run, making his finances easier. It is even easier to catch up with a thief than a courier. Having received it on the neck and not having accomplished the feat, the thief will give the wallet and all the florins that he has with him.

For your information: sometimes the guards rush after the thieves fleeing from Ezio. They don't mind if our hero runs next to them, but aggression towards the thief will switch the guard's attention to Ezio. And if, in the confusion, you accidentally slap the guard himself ...

In pursuit with elements of urban obstacles, you must be careful when jumping from roof to roof. If, for example, you jumped onto the cornice, and at that moment the pursued person is climbing up it, then Ezio will not be able to stay on the edge and will simply fall like a sack onto the pavement.

It is important: if it is easy to control thieves with a fist, then in a couple of places in the plot it will be impossible to do without the ability to knock the character down in a jump.

  • The easiest way to make money is an investment in the Monteriggioni estate... The profit will go very quickly - Ezio will only have to regularly visit the estate and take money from the chest until it is full. I advise you to immediately invest in infrastructure right away - the value of the estate will increase, and tourists will start leaving more money. And the chest will become deeper.

How are we going to spend our money? Let's see.

  • Healers for a fee, they will cure us if Ezio's health suffered in battle or during an unsuccessful fall. They will also supply potions - very effective - and poison for the blades.
  • Blacksmiths will sell new weapons and armor (the range grows as the story progresses). They will also help reload the secret pistol, replenish stocks of smoke bombs and throwing knives.
  • Tailors will sell additional "pockets" for knives and potions, as well as repaint the costume if Ezio suddenly wants to change his image.
  • Gallery owners will sell excellent paintings by masters of the Renaissance. Investments in paintings will increase the value of the estate and the profit from it. You can admire these paintings on the second floor of your "palazzo".
  • Heralds for five hundred florins, they will kindly convince the people that Ezio is a fine fellow and should not be sought for murder.
  • Ticket-takers fast travel stations will instantly deliver our hero to the desired city at sparing rates.
  • For one hundred and fifty coins you can buy courtesan services... They will flirt for us with whoever we point our fingers at. For the same amount, the groups will agree to help us thieves and mercenary warriors.
  • Finally, ten florins can be throw in the streets, delighting the common people and slowing down the chase (the guards dressed in berets, by the way, are not averse to picking up a couple of coins themselves). By throwing florins, you can get rid of the unnecessary attention of the bard. You can hide in the crowd gathered to the ringing of coins. If Ezio wants something strange, then with coins scattered on the ground, he can "buy" a broom from a passing janitor to fight off the guards with it.

Our hero's main expense is new weapons and armor. But if you immediately start tidying up the estate, then from the middle of the game the accumulated hundreds of thousands of florins will simply have nowhere to go - even if you shout "Enough!", Even if you don't shout.

"The eagles are flying!"

The map and minimap in the game are designed to be easy to read at a glance. You won't have to ponder the meaning of the pictograms for a long time, and as a last resort, the developers have saved up a detailed transcript of each.

Not all icons appear on the minimap (there are too many of them), but only the most important ones. Icons are always visible story missions... If Ezio is near the side quest start points, they will spawn as well. If his anonymity is violated, the pictograms of the leaflets "The guards are looking for them" are immediately discovered. A transition to another area is usually visible at the edges of the map, and arrows indicate fast travel stations.

However, the map does not open immediately. Initially, it is masked by the "fog of war", which can be dispersed for each separate area. It is necessary to climb to the very top of the high tower (marked on the mini-map), scare the eagle from the perch (Shoot! Shoot!), Sit there yourself and perform "synchronization" - that is, inspect the surroundings.

It is not necessary to do this everywhere, but synchronization opens up new opportunities on the map, and even this activity - do not hit the lying person, since Ezio knows how to climb the towers. And the spectacle from the towers, in addition, opens up a beautiful one. Descending from these "key points" back to the sinful earth is very easy. Leap - and we are already below. Under each sync point, someone has graciously placed a wagon with a bunch of hay. Don't try this at home.

For your information: if Ezio jumps not on soft hay, but on a hard pavement, then up to a certain height, the blow that could take off part of his health can be softened by pressing the "Forward" key and thereby forcing the hero to roll.

The poles on the towers are not the only places from where you can safely and beautifully jump into the hay. Pigeons will help us find convenient points for jumping! For some reason, these cunning birds settle in such places and leave heaps of droppings there. Although who knows - maybe it is the townspeople who specially put carts with hay where most often the killers who have slipped on the droppings fly to the pavement ...

In addition to saving time, leaps of faith have two other uses. Firstly, they allow you to correctly encrypt from the chase. Secondly, with their help, you can penetrate into the forbidden territory in order to get closer to the victim. The guards on duty below do not notice the assassin who has collapsed into the hay. You never know what falls from the sky there? Come on in, there's nothing to see! Six hours, and everything is calm!

Movement

An assassin came from point A to point B

Movement in the game is simple and complex at the same time. It is very easy to learn to move the Ezio carcass passably from place to place. But there is enough tricky tricks, and non-obvious rules.

We will move in steps only when it is necessary to attract as little attention to ourselves as possible. There are two types of steps in the game: normal and accelerated. The former is good for camouflaging in a crowd, the latter for surveillance or escort missions.

If, while striding wide, use in addition his left hand, Ezio will begin to gently push the crowd. Usually no one is outraged, not even the guards. But working with your hand still does not free you from the need to maneuver.

Run

Running itself is not punishable. If the guards are not looking for Ezio, then they will not lead the ear if he jumps around them. The problem is that on the run it is very easy to bump into passers-by or with the same guards, and for this they will not pat you on the head.

However, quickly maneuvering with the mouse, Ezio will easily get around crowds of people, even on the run. And this is good, because the "pushing" technique is not a panacea - the hero will still stumble, or even fall to the ground.

Sprint running is even more dangerous in this sense. The good news is that the sprint is ideal for running away from someone or catching up with someone. Our hero cannot get tired and out of breath, so even in ordinary movements from place to place there is no reason not to use sprint. The main thing is not to bump into people.

And here it is worth mentioning a couple of affectionate ones about loaders and bards.

Movers walk the streets with large boxes in their hands. If they drop this box (and they drop it with any outside influence), then they begin to loudly resent, run after Ezio and attract unnecessary attention. But this is not the worst thing yet. Worse, the movers do not look where they are going - they usually turn their heads somewhere to the side and count the crows. But with all this, they suspiciously often go on a course of collision with Ezio, expecting a lead no worse than torpedo computers.

You can't strangle the movers, but you have to do something with them! Fortunately, their weakness lies precisely in their "targeting" accuracy. If you are running down the street and a loader looms ahead, assume that he is heading for a collision and change the trajectory to ensure that you miss him. Still, loaders do not possess homing properties. Unlike bards.

Bards are evil incarnate. Alone or in groups, they love to jump out in front of Ezio and beg for thalers, singing silly verses to the accompaniment of their lutes. If the assassin runs, he will easily go around the bards and leave them behind, and if he collides, he will at least knock the lute out of their hands and scare them.

But these bad people love to pop out in plot places when Ezio has to follow someone unnoticed. You will not be able to bypass the bard - he will again jump forward and block the path. It is easy to render harmless a villain by throwing money on the ground in front of him. But where is the moral satisfaction? Take out your weapon and the singer will take the hint. Or hit him, and the bard will also fade away, although he will begin to lament pitifully.

Another way to get the bard to fall behind is to "grind" him to the wall so that he cannot jump out in front of you. For some reason, they do not know to jump out on the other side.

Swimming

Falling into the water is the easiest way to shake the chase off your tail. However, it is not the most convenient way to travel at all. Nevertheless, from time to time, the plot and need will drive Ezio into the canals of Venice.

If a guard noticed you from the shore, you can dive and swim to the side under water.

Overcoming obstacles

There is nothing easier than driving Ezio onto the roof. We press "Forward" + "High profile" + "Legs" - and alga! Choose by eye the trajectory along which you chase the hero, and direct him with the mouse wherever you want. You will simply be surprised at how easily the assassin flutters between balconies, logs, ledges, boxes, cornices and chimneys.

He runs on rooftops just as easily - however, if you look closely, you can see some paranoia about the cliffs. Ezio is very difficult to get them to jump down if there is no roof. But it’s even convenient - the hero won’t just ask again: "Bwana, do you really want me to jump into this huge terrible abyss?"

When Ezio climbs the wall, clinging to protruding bricks and all sorts of other irregularities, it is recommended not to touch the "Legs" key unnecessarily so that the hero does not inadvertently try to jump into the abyss, pushing himself off the wall. It happened. In any case, there are no hopeless situations: you can drive our assassin to any tower - unless you have to look for a suitable path of irregularities.

Sometimes you need to jump with a jerk from a wall - for example, if the path up leads between two walls. To do this, we hold down the "Profile" + "Legs", additionally we do not direct the hero in any way. It happens that you need to jump from the wall to the beam on the left or right. Then you have to direct it by pressing the desired pointer key.

To make the hero hang on the edge of the roof on his hands, press the "Left hand" (unarmed). Ezio descends from the edge of the roof and hangs. One more press - and he releases the cornice. If you fly far, we quickly grab the ledge below with the same "hand". This way you can descend from a height very quickly. Trying to grab the ledge with the Left Hand always makes sense if Ezio was knocked down from a height by a stone or an arrow. The same rules apply with beams: climb - "Up", go down and hang - "Left hand", jump - "High profile" + "Leg".

In Venice, the hero will learn the jumping climbing technique. Looks like new way tricky, but in fact simple: Ezio, hanging on the unevenness of the wall or cornice, makes a regular jump, but upward ("Up" + "Profile" + "Legs"). So he can climb a ledge higher than usual. True, in order for him to grab hold of it in a jump, it is necessary to release all the keys and quickly press the "Left hand". Do not have time - nothing terrible will happen. You can try again.

For your information: if Ezio climbs the stairs, avoiding the chase, sometimes it makes sense to kick the one who climbs after, so that it was discouraging to chase a good person.

If I had a horse ...

There is nothing easier than stealing a horse. Outside the gates of each city and estate, they are placed to choose from - of any suit and configuration. He sat down and drove off. The control of the horse is exactly the same as that of the character: if the peasants do not get confused under their feet, it makes no sense not to go to a gallop. You can steer with both the keyboard and the mouse.

The best part is that the guard doesn't give a damn about the hijacker. Where will he go from the submarine? If he wants to enter the city, Volens-Nolens will leave the horse outside the gates. If you jump off on the move, Ezio will amusingly slide over the croup of a crouching horse and land in the tail area.

Horses jump over small obstacles and fences, but the clearly rugged terrain puzzles them. You can fight on horseback, but the game offers to do this only once at the very end. However, if you position the horse correctly or approach it yourself from the right side, it can kick enemies. In case of problems with the new owner, the horse itself will take a couple of steps towards him, so that he can quickly jump on it and give a fight.

And if you really really want to show style, you can jump from a height directly into the saddle.

Theoretically, on a horse, you can relatively quickly get from any place to any, if only not within the city walls - the horse flatly refuses to go there. In practice, it is more convenient to buy tickets at fast travel stations. They can deliver both to the city center and to other areas as desired.

"I'll kill you boatman!"

If you have not felt like a gondolier for a long time and want to return forgotten sensations, the entire boat park of Venice is at your service. Standing behind the pole, Ezio can quickly and safely cut the path along the canals. But the controls are very inconvenient and resemble a bike from GTA: San Andreas - to move forward, you need to move the pole briskly.

If you wish, you can steal a boat from another gondolier, since the guards on the water are not able to do something with you.

The murders

I am a cloud-cloud-cloud

Disguise is an important part of an assassin's life. There are various ways to keep Ezio from being noticed, and other townspeople play a very prominent role in this matter.

Take passers-by, for example. If the hero carefully "fits" into the marching group of three or more people, he will be invisible to the guards. The moment of "invisibility" can be determined by Ezio's loss of color and by sparks under his feet. If you stand with a group or walk with it, the guards will almost not see Ezio at close range. The same state of "invisibility" can be achieved by sitting on a bench next to other tired travelers.

But what if you need to get closer to the victim, and passers-by go the other way? You can move carefully from group to group. We have a few seconds for this, until the guards noticed the hero. But if Ezio hesitates, the guards' suspicion will grow rapidly.

In battle, in front of enemies, trying to blend in with the crowd is useless. After the secret murder, Ezio also will not be able to immediately "fit" into the group, since at the sight of a corpse passers-by will panic and scatter.

Advice: the benches do not always provide the most convenient views in order to inspect the surroundings, so it is sometimes worth turning on the "situational camera" and the first-person view.

Courtesans- better than an assassin's girlfriend. And although according to the plot, Ezio will have both the opportunity and the desire to appreciate their professional qualities, in this game they are applied a little differently than in GTA. A group of courtesans, hired for a hundred and fifty florins, surround Ezio, giving him a mobile "cocoon of stealth." Even if some guard starts to be interested in documents, the girl from the group will quickly distract him. Sometimes they fall behind on flirting with the guards just like that, but usually they quickly catch up with the group. They can be ordered to stand still or follow the hero - according to the situation.

More often than not, however, you will use hired courtesans as a distraction. For example, there are sentries standing, guarding the scroll of Altair's code, bored. We need to cheer them up! And now an assassin drives around the corner, points at the guards with his hand, and a group of courtesans arranges a flirting attack on the poor sentries. The guards step aside for a pleasant conversation with the giggling ladies, and for about half a minute the passage to the scroll or along the street is free. The technique always works, except for the most rare cases of plot. After talking with the guards, the courtesans consider their task completed and disperse.

Group thieves you can also hire for the same one and a half hundred coins.

For your information: you cannot gather half the city in your retinue: only one team of mercenaries can accompany Ezio. Hired others - released these.

Thieves will not be able to make the hero invisible. But they perfectly accompany him on the roofs and distract the attention of any archer who was stunned by the sudden crowds in the reporting territory. Even if the thieves are a little behind, do not be afraid - they will quickly catch up with the hero. They can also be ordered to stop. Roofs are their home, it's not for nothing that they often mess around there.

It is interesting: and once I saw a group of thieves teasing an archer on the roof opposite. As is characteristic, the arrows arriving and sticking them into different parts of the body did not spoil the fun in the least. Nails would be made of these people!

Thieves remove sentries no less efficiently than courtesans, perhaps less pleasant for the guards themselves. They run into unsuspecting guards, pretend that they want to steal, and immediately run away, enticing them with them. The path through the guarded street or to the treasures is free! The guard can chase thieves for a very long time. And of course, having executed the command "face!", The thieves disperse about their business.

Mercenaries do not run on roofs. They stand in the streets, defiantly waving their axes and waiting for someone to take them to work. They, in general, are also good for distracting guards. After all, if you are poked at with sharp objects, it is difficult to remain impassive. But they can also be used in battle to bind the enemy. Fighting alone is sad, more fun as a team. Besides, hitting in the back is both more pleasant and safer.

"And the test?"

Money, rubbish, disguise, horses - all this is decay and vanity. The assassin lives for secret murders and realizes himself in them. And here the hero's opportunities are simply enormous.

Most often, a hidden blade (later a pair of blades) is used for killing. Here is an assassin in the crowd, passes by the victim, and after some moment she falls, passers-by do not understand anything, and Ezio is already leaving to mingle with the crowd a little further away. The main thing is to use the aim key in the process, otherwise you can inadvertently sew on a peaceful city dweller. Developers, on the other hand, do not like useless cruelty and can even punish forced "desynchronization" and loading from the previous checkpoint.

If you do not just press the "Right Hand" key at the right time, but together with the "High Profile", Ezio will commit the murder effectively, reliably, but in front of everyone. Not our method, but it can be done that way.

Sometimes it happens that there are no crowds around, and the guard you are going to sew is already worried. If you close the distance very quickly and strike, he may not have time to go into combat mode. This can and should be used at the beginning of the battle to reduce the number of enemies. So, archers on the roofs often stand and stare at the cityscape, giving them the opportunity to sneak up behind them. But if you run up to them, although they will hear Ezio, they will hardly have time to react.

Air assassination is very reliable and convenient. If Ezio is a level higher than the victim, he can kill her by jumping on the scruff of the neck. When he has two blades, so it will be possible to get rid of two guards at once, if they are next to each other.

A kill from behind the edge of the wall will do credit to any undercover agent. Imagine, an archer is standing at the edge of the wall, smoking - and an assassin lurking right under him. A quick blow with a blade, a grip on clothes - and the archer disappears into the darkness. Others do not notice anything, unless they are standing nearby. You can, however, by pressing "High Profile" in the process of killing jump out on the wall.

If nothing in the crowd prevented Ezio from reaching the target, then the bench would not hurt either. We sit on it for the time being, wait for the victim to pass by, and then - chick! - and she is already in heaven.

If you want to portray yourself as a Little Dead Girl, you can hide in a well, from there strike and throw the victim down.

Heaps of hay also provide very rich opportunities. Of these, not only can you strike a blow at a passing victim - you can immediately hide the body in them.

Finally, aesthetes can try to stab the victim with the help of her own bodyguard. Poke him carefully with a poisonous blade, and when he loses his mind and begins to swing the sword to the left and right, the one he was guarding may also be hit.

Enemies

Often times, the game presents situations where the main character cannot elude the guards, but on the contrary - must somewhere to break through with a fight or protect someone. There is nothing to do here - you have to stack the guards or enemy fighters in piles.

And since enemies sometimes prefer very different tricks, let's start a conversation with their types.

Trickster

We will get to know this specific type of guard from the very beginning of the game. He differs from the usual in agility, speed and agility. Only dodgers are able to catch up with the sprint Ezio and stab him in the back in order to knock him down. While the other guards stand below and throw stones, the dodgers easily jump over beams and roofs.

How can you protect yourself from them? You can quickly run over rough terrain and hope that even the dodger will lag behind. You can wait for him to break away from the main group, quickly turn around, finish with him - and calmly run on. Even a short exchange of blows will make the dodger tired and out of breath - it will take him a few seconds to regain his strength.

Finally, since the dodger is running across the rooftops, why not push him over the edge? Even if the fall is not very high, you will gain time.

In battle, dodgers are not very strong - they do not have special armor, and increased dodging will not protect them much. In addition, they are somewhat more cowardly than other types of guards. One way or another, there are few problems from them in the fight.

The same cannot be said for the strongmen.

Strongman

Huge, clumsy, armored from head to toe, strong men are visible from afar. It is almost impossible to turn them to flight, and by their presence they encourage other guards. The strongman is not able to chase, but in battle he is the most dangerous of all, since he usually carries two-handed weapons and adores crushing blows, which are very difficult to oppose.

In battle, they do not get tired, and it is useless to fight against them with small swords. Only two-handed can be effective against two-handed. The only exception is a pair of hidden blades.

You can pick a strong man for a long time, but there are ways to make your life easier. For example, try to go behind the backs. Or jump on a hill where he cannot reach, and from there jump onto a guard with blades at his fingertips.

Another good technique against a strong man is disarming. The situation on the battlefield changes dramatically when he loses his two-handed, and Ezio acquires this weapon.

Seeker

Seekers will appear towards the end of the game, and you can recognize them by spears or halberds. They were nicknamed for their ability to look into suspicious haystacks or wells where Ezio might be hiding. If the hero is pursued by a group of guards led by the seeker, it will be more difficult to hide. Benches, however, are ignored by seekers.

In battle, they are dangerous in that they can knock Ezio down with a sweeping blow of a spear. Getting close to them can also be difficult - but they are perfectly amenable to disarming. And if Ezio is armed with a two-handed, he can try to break the enemy spear with a crushing blow.

Weapons and equipment

Ezio will not immediately receive his impressive arsenal of cold, chemical and firearms. You will have to start small - namely, with fistfights.

Fists

Ezio will use his fists when he has nothing else at hand, or when, on assignment, it is necessary to beat the enemy, but leave him alive. In this case, however, even fists will not always save - it is quite possible to kill with them. Therefore, in those cases when it is necessary to detain the fleeing person, but not to accidentally beat him down, one will have to contrive and use the “knock down” technique instead of fists.

Engaging in a fist fight is also a good way to grab enemy weapons. In addition, only without weapons in the hands of Ezio will be able to fall asleep in the eyes of the enemy in the eyes of sand and debris.

Advice: at the first opportunity, buy metal heels on your fists at the blacksmith's shop. The damage will increase, and the pocket will not be drawn.

Hidden Blades

Knives and daggers. Ezio can only carry one sample of small melee weapons.

They are not very useful in battle. Of course, daggers are fast, but their length is not enough for full-fledged fencing - it is better to use hidden blades.

Medium edged weapons

This is how you can answer all the claims of the strongmen. True, first this weapon will have to be taken away from them, since the assassin cannot carry a two-handed weapon with him.

Low speed will prevent you from quickly parrying hits, but the damage will compensate for this. In addition, the two-handed weapon has a special blow - crushing. Enemies cannot parry it. Moreover, if the enemy tries to parry with a spear or halberd, the shaft may break.

For your information: you can continue the fight with a wreck of a weapon. But it doesn't always make sense.

To apply a crushing blow, you need to hold down the "Right hand" key, and then release. The force of the blow depends on how long the swing is maintained. The only bad thing is that at this moment the character is vulnerable and any blow from the side can "knock down" the use of a special skill.

For your information: special skills are learned for money at the training ground of the Monteriggioni estate. There you can also study different archetypes of enemies in battle and practice fighting techniques.

Polearms

Spears and halberds are another type of weapon that allows you to fight on an equal footing with those who brandish them. Ezio also cannot carry a spear with him, so he will have to get pole arms in battle.

This type of weapon also has its own special technique - sweeping blow, which knocks down enemies. He, too, is "charged", and it can also be interrupted by a blow.

For your information: if the enemy is knocked down and lies on the ground, they can be killed with one hit. The same can be done with the enemy, who is bound by the battle and turned his back on Ezio. That is why it is very useful to take mercenaries with you.

Throwing knives

I would not say that they are great for battles. Their usual use is to hire sentries, most often archers on rooftops. For ordinary soldiers, one knife is required, for "devoured" - two. It is only important to throw the knife not anyhow, but by pressing the "Sight" key. In addition, knives tend to end. In general, this weapon is situational, although for those who like to mark there is a special skill for knives - throwing several pieces at once with a fan.

This skill is applied according to the same rules as the crushing blow. We hold down the key, then release it. We make sure that at the moment of "charge" no one pokes us with a sword.

The stock of knives is replenished at the blacksmiths. Tailors may sell additional pockets for storing knives.

Poisonous blade

This weapon can be described as "do not sew a mare's tail." It's funny to see how the enemy, stabbed on the sly, first sways, then begins to swing the sword in a demented way, and then falls. But in battle, it is not easy to come up with a poison to use it, and in the ordinary life of an assassin, too. If the enemy has let him get close enough to stab him with poison, why not poke him with the usual hidden blade? Unless we want to cause chaos and confusion in the area.

It is interesting: which is characteristic, the body of the character who died from the poison does not bother passers-by as much as the body of the one killed with melee weapons.

The poison is replenished by the doctors. Tailors can sell additional pockets for poison.

Smoke bombs

In battle, smoke bombs, in general, can also be used: throw them under your feet and, bypassing the enemy from the back, poke him with a knife. But one subtle moment interferes: once in the puffs of smoke, Ezio himself experiences considerable discomfort and almost loses its combat effectiveness.

Smoke bombs are purchased from blacksmiths.

Gun

The six-shot pistol, hidden in the forearm, is an excellent weapon, only a little anachronistic. However, one should not assume that with its help it is possible to conduct shootouts with the guards. The scope of its application is strongly limited by a small hitting distance (twenty meters) and the need to aim for a few seconds before each shot.

We can say that a pistol is a weapon for the lazy. Only he gives the assassin the opportunity, without any special tricks, to eliminate the victim from a distance, allowing him to avoid unnecessary attention of bodyguards. Even with the help of a pistol, you can remove a guard who is in a prominent place without giving himself away.

The guards are not familiar with such a weapon, so until the first shot they will not worry about seeing Ezio aiming. True, if she is already looking for him, then she will be interested - not in the pistol, but in the hero himself. However, you can use a pistol to weaken an enemy unit before a fight.

You can also scare someone with a pistol - some puny, timid, lonely guard. To do this, you need to aim, but not shoot. True, what this may be needed for is difficult to say.

In a hot battle, you can shoot at the enemy point-blank, but don't expect a big effect. And no one will let you take aim anyway.

You can only reload the pistol at blacksmiths.

Armor

It makes sense to buy an improved four-piece armor (bracers, shoulder pads, breastplate, leggings) as soon as it appears on sale from blacksmiths. Like the scrolls unraveled by Leonardo, the armor increases the character's health. From time to time, the armor has to be repaired by the blacksmiths - if this is not done, it will "break" and will not give the necessary increase in health.

The exception is Altair's armor, which Ezio will receive for visiting six dungeons. She does not deteriorate in battle and in addition any better other armor in the game.

Capes

Ezio's capes are a very peculiar piece of equipment. At first, at the disposal of the hero standard cape that does not have any beneficial effects. But, completing story tasks and collecting collectible feathers, our hero will eventually acquire three more.

Medici cape we will be given out by Lorenzo Medici for special merit. Put it on and you can commit any atrocities in Florence and the surrounding area. The guard, of course, will try to kill you on occasion, but the hero's fame will not grow - he will remain incognito.

Venetian Cape, which we get closer to the final, acts in a similar way, but "works" only in the area of Venice.

Cloak to the Auditor(it is the most difficult to get it - you need to collect all one hundred collectible feathers, which are here instead of flags from the original game) acts in a very unusual way. If Ezio puts it on, then his fame immediately becomes one hundred percent and the guards chase him everywhere and everywhere. But as soon as he sheds this cape, fame disappears.

The battle in the game looks something like this: the enemies surround Ezio as much as they can and attack him one at a time. He rushes from one enemy to another, pummels them, covers himself with his own blade, inflicts counterattacks and makes sure that he is not hit from behind. From time to time he manages to break through the defense of some weak enemy, and the camera shows a spectacular fatality. If the guard is too dexterous and strong, he has to take down his health gradually.

Now - a detailed story about each combat technique.

Entering and exiting combat

The Aim key, which focuses Ezio's attention on one particular foe, is purely a console feature. V general case you can not use it, but hack everyone in a row - to whom God will send. But sometimes you can't do without it - when firing a pistol, when throwing a knife ... And also when trying to escape.

So that Ezio does not jump between the enemies, but tries to leave the battlefield, it is necessary to remove the sight by pressing the same key and quickly run away.

Capture

If you grab an enemy, you can do a lot of interesting things with him: knock on him with your foot, hand or head, throw him to other enemies, knocking them down, or even throw them on some counter that will collapse and are guaranteed to kill him. Finally, it can be thrown off the roof.

Advice: try not to take a fight by being near the edge of a roof or balcony. If you have to fight, always try to keep the enemy between you and the edge.

You can only grab the enemy when Ezio's hands are free. And do not expect that the hero will be able to guaranteed to grab anyone - this does not work against strong and dexterous enemies.

For your information: the easiest way to determine the strength of the enemy is by the headdress. The weakest wear berets, the strongest wear helmets, and the elite guards wear helmets with all sorts of bells and whistles.

Hit

With a fist, blade or broom - a blow, it is a blow. They pressed the button "Right hand" - they tried to reach the enemy. As they say, there is time to stroke the heads, and there is time to beat them.

Combination

If Ezio knocks on the enemy evenly, striking the next blow at the same moment as the previous one, he can thereby perform a sequence of blows - a combination. Effect: the enemy bends and retreats. Even if he parries all blows, his health still drops.

Block

If you press not just the "Right hand" key, but in addition to it, "High profile", Ezio will not hit, but stand in a block, trying to reflect the enemy's blows. It is important to know that for this you need to be facing the enemy, and not with your back, so if some daring guard swings from behind, turn to him. This can be done instantly.

Block - very important reception in Game. He not only protects Ezio's health, but also allows him to counterattack.

Counterattack

Immediately after a parried enemy strike, respond with your own. This is the counterattack, the best fighting technique in the game. With its help, you can break through the enemy's defense and instantly kill, without wasting time "cutting down" his health. Get in the habit of counterattacking whenever you get the chance. This is terribly useful. Wherever the blow comes from, block and immediately counterattack.

A counterattack will work as an opportunity to instantly finish off the guard - it depends on his strength and skills. That is why in battle it makes sense to first of all press on the weakest guards - it is easier to cope with them. And in order to kill a strong enemy, you can first try to "cut down" part of his health.

If the enemy is in no hurry to beat, there are tricks for this case.

Call

"Tanking" technique - Ezio loudly teases the enemy, challenging him to battle. In this way, you can take the guard out of balance, force him to leave the block and try to attack. And that's all we need to counterattack.

Sand toss

An interesting skill that allows you to slightly disorient the enemy and reduce his defensive abilities. We collected dust from the ground, threw it in the face of the guard - and we go around him from the side while he rubs his eyes.

You can use this technique only when Ezio's hands are free. We hold down the "Right Hand" and release it at the right time.

Disarming

Another technique that can be used when Ezio has nothing in his hands. With him it is very convenient to snatch weapons from heavily armored guards.

To do this, wait for the enemy to strike, and at the same moment strike yourself ("Right Hand"). If you did everything right, there is a chance to get hold of - albeit for a while - an excellent weapon.

Evasion

Not a bad way to defend against heavy weapons. When the enemy is swinging, it often makes sense, while in "High Profile", to press the "Legs" key. Ezio jumps back from the blow. If at the same time hold down the "Right hand" key, Ezio will dodge the blows. You can adjust the position of the hero using the index keys.

Now you know everything you need to live, work and fight in Renaissance Italy. The next stop is the passage of the game story!

PASSAGE

The plot tasks of Assassin's Creed 2, in general, are not very difficult. Only in the second half of the game battles begin to play a big role, long and sometimes somewhat tedious. So try not to get involved in the battle where it can be avoided - swing your blades more you will have time.

However, there are a couple of problems with the plot. First, with Chapters 12 and 13, the developers slightly changed their sense of proportion - as a result, at the very end of the game, the plot sags a lot, and the gameplay rolls into boring. The reason for this is trivial: these two chapters were not originally included in the console version of Assassin's Creed 2, they were added later, and in development, apparently, someone did not follow them.

The second problem, which was already mentioned in the review, is a few strangely unbalanced tasks and game moments that are so difficult (and, moreover, suddenly difficult) that they can spoil the experience of the game. We will dwell on them in more detail in the walkthrough and tell you how to overcome them with "little blood".

Let's get started!

The escape

Desmond Miles sat in his cell, looking at the otherworldly graffiti on the walls, not touching anyone. And then, out of nowhere, Lucy comes running and arranges for us to escape from Abstergo, capturing not only the hero, but also valuable data from the local Animus.

During our short dive into genetic memory, we will learn the concept of different body parts. Baby Ezio will have to move his arms, legs and head on the orders of his father. Only after that the birth of the new Auditor will be considered valid.

Back in 2012, follow Lucy, do what she says. Take a look, if you wish, at the surroundings with an Eagle's Eye. The only more or less serious fight will take place at the very end of the mission - in the garage. Although there are a lot of guards, they all seem to be kicked out by themselves - it will be very easy to slap them on the tinsel.

After a trip in the trunk to a secret hideout, you will meet a local assassin cell - a nimble techie girl Rebecca and an irritable intellectual Sean. Inspect your next house carefully and talk to Lucy and new acquaintances - next time you will see them very soon. The time has come to travel back six hundred years, to the Renaissance, in order to reveal the secret of the "Pieces of Eden" and learn from their ancestors the skill.

1. Blissful ignorance

Boys are always boys. It's time to re-familiarize yourself with game concepts, old and new. Follow the directions on the screen and hit the young Pazzi with punches. Then - clean out their pockets. The money will be needed for the treatment.

You should have seen the other guy. Follow your brother - he will lead you to the doctor. He will heal Ezio, but the scar on his lips from the thrown stone will remain with our hero for life.

Brothers rivalry. And here are the first lessons in the skill of overcoming obstacles. If you do not make mistakes, it will be easy to overtake your brother on the way to the roof - not on the first, but on the second attempt.

On a note: so far, your enemy is not the guards, but the Vieri de Pazzi groups of "militants" on the streets. Follow them with Eagle's Eye.

Nightcap. Jump into the hay, find the window to the lady's room and climb into it. When cordial communication with Christina Vespucci leads to trouble, get away from the guards on the rooftops.

Messenger. A regular mail job. Pazzi fighters are on duty in the streets, so move on the rooftops.

Payback for treason. Battle Sister Ezio wants revenge. Her boyfriend turned out to be that kind of rake. Grab the villain by the breasts and knock him in the face.

The secret of Petruchio. The younger brother Ezio demands to find three feathers on the roofs for some purpose known to him alone. The mission time is limited, so don't hesitate. The feathers are marked on the map and are easy to see from afar.

Family friend. Here we will meet Leonardo da Vinci. There are no particular difficulties in carrying loads.

Special delivery. Another postal assignment that recommends covering distances over rooftops. Practice a quick descent to ground level if you wish. If you jump, do not forget to roll over so that your health does not suffer.

It is interesting: during many scenes with dialogues, the camera can be slightly rotated, choosing an angle.

Prisoner. Almost all the men of the Ezio family ended up in prison, and the hero himself is also on the wanted list. It is unreasonable to demand a meeting in the general order, so we will have to climb to the very top of the tallest tower of the Palazzo Vecchio. The approaches are guarded by archers. You have two options: either aggressively avoid them, or eliminate them one at a time. Before jumping to the ground, sync on the tower roof.

Inheritance. Ezio's secret door will be found with Eagle's Eye. Finally we have a more or less decent killer outfit! At the exit from the room, get ready for battle. After repelling the first attack, climb onto the rooftops and run along them to Uberto Alberti. Pay attention to the strange character behind him.

Last Hero. Obey the thief and run away avoiding collisions with the guards. Break away from them and hide somewhere until they stop looking for you.

2. Escape plans

Disguise. Courtesans and their mistress Paola will give Ezio a course of a young soldier in hide and seek in the crowd. Walk with them where you need to be, be sure to learn the basic rules. You will need them very soon. And stealing, on the contrary, only harms us, so forget the acquired skills immediately and get rid of the habit of maneuvering in the crowd in the "free run" mode.

A trump card in the sleeve. With Ezio on the wanted list, getting to Leonardo da Vinci's home won't be easy. Fortunately, the city crowds will help the hero hide. When Leonardo, the big joker, has repaired the hidden blade mechanism, kill the guard with your newfound weapon so that he doesn't spit on the genius. Take the body to the workshop “to other bodies”.

Judge, jury, executioner. To get to the traitor Uberto Alberti, you will need to go through the guarded entrance, mingling with the crowd. If you wish, you can hire a group of courtesans to accompany you. Approaching Uberto, quickly inflict a fatal blow and wash away from the guards vertically upwards along the boxes, and then away along the roofs.

To the bottom. Another educational task. Ezio needs to get rid of the status of a wanted criminal and become "unknown" again. To do this, we have three ways, which we already talked about in the guide.

Arrivederchi. The Auditore family isn't safe in Florence, so Ezio needs to get his mother and sister out of the city. The main thing is not to get lost. To overcome the post at the city gates, use the services of courtesans.

3. Rest in Peace

Help on the road. And here there is already a fight. Fortunately, you won't have to fight off the ambush alone - Mario came to our aid from the Auditore estate. The main thing is to distract everyone who decides to attack your mother and sister.

Home Sweet Home. Finally you can relax. Villa Auditore is a wonderful place, apart from the gloomy second floor of the mansion. Mario will teach you how to use local shops.

Repetition is the mother of learning. Training task... Talk to Mario, and he will teach you the basics of combat, and then he will examine you. You can repeat the materials you have already covered as much as you like.

What's happening. A fast horse will rush Ezio to San Gimignano, to the Tuscan countryside. Find Mario with a squad. Your task is to penetrate the wall into the city and open the gates from the inside. Remove the archers and run to the gate, killing everyone who wants to stop you. Open the gate and join the battle. On the orders of Mario, go through the city with fire and sword, exterminating the guards you meet. When Vieri's people join the battle, do not get carried away by the battle, but climb the tower where Vieri himself is hiding and finish him off.

New plans. Using the game menu, search the database and read the letter. After that, find the pieces of the Codex marked on the map. Talk to Claudia - now she is an accountant and is always ready to show all the numbers for the estate. The architect in the room next to her is a live menu for purchasing upgrades for Monteriggioni. The rule is one: buy whatever you have enough money for. The earlier the villa rises in price, the more money will drip into the chest.

When Mario shows Ezio the Altair suit locked with six locks, the Assassin Shrines will begin to appear on the map. You will have to solve puzzles and fight to get six keys and get the legendary armor. However, this is not necessary to complete the story.

4. The Pazzi conspiracy

Do what you preach. And again - a visit to Leonardo. He will decipher the pages with the Codex and give out the second secret blade, and Ezio will learn how to kill while jumping or from cover.

Fox hunting. And in this task you will be taught how to stop the fugitives, and it is highly discouraged to miss the lesson. The rule, in general, is one: when Ezio is very close to the pursued, press the "right hand" key, and, if you are lucky, the hero in a jump will knock him down. Why it is impossible to just give a slap in the face is incomprehensible.

See you. We, it turns out, were lured by the local king of thieves, the Fox. Run after him across the rooftops. When a marker appears on the map, follow it.

The Mystery of the Novella. The first tomb of the assassins is required to complete. Fortunately, there is nothing serious about it. You just need to overcome several obstacles, which Ezio already knows how to do, then collapse into the hay, kill one guard and run after the second, trying to keep up with much (however, this is not very important, since the guard will wait for you if something happens).

When you come across a locked door, use the beam above it to get to the opening mechanism. Do something with the guards who came out to the noise. There is another chase ahead. Follow the parallel course, avoiding the screens. Do something with the last group of guards again. It remains only to clean out the chests and pick up the first key.

Wolf in sheep's clothing. And here is the historic assassination attempt on the Medici. We cannot prevent him, but we can protect Lorenzo by kicking in the ass all who decide to attack him. When the attackers run out, take Lorenzo Medici home, trying to avoid street fights (this, however, can not always be done).

Goodbye Francesco. Francesco Pazzi must die. To get to it, you must first get rid of the archers. When the victim starts to run, run after him, ignoring anyone who tries to stop you.

5. Unwinding the hooks

Four bars. You don't have to do anything here at all. Talk to Lorenzo Medici on the bridge - he will thank you for saving you.

Biting blade. And Leonardo da Vinci, in turn, will teach you how to use a poisonous blade and tell you where to replenish supplies of poison. Drive to your Villa Monteriggioni.

Evasion maneuvers. Talk to Mario again and learn defensive techniques - dodging and dodging attacks. Remember how to take away weapons from enemies - in the future, this technique can be very useful.

On a note: here is a small fork in the plot. The order of the next four missions can be any.

Herald. The task is quite difficult and a little boring. Antonio Maffei - our "client" - screams apocalyptic prophecies on the roof of the tallest tower. It is guarded by archers. Ezio's task is to reach him and kill him along the towers standing around and the ropes stretched between them. Finding a path along the walls is quite easy, although it is long and rather winding. You must not turn your back on the archers. All of them must be neutralized.

This is a bug: watch Antonio's screams closely. If they stopped, then a bug overtook you and Antonio is no longer on the roof. Nothing can be done here - just load the mission from the beginning.

Behind closed doors. The task is very similar to what happened before: you need to get behind the walls of the fortress and open the gates to friendly fighters. But this time the enemies are seriously pressing, and you can fight back for a long time. Try not to drag out the battles, use your partners to distract enemies, and hit in the back yourself. Jump through the roof of the house onto the wall, from there - into the courtyard. Having dispersed the oncoming enemies, run to the gate from the inside and open it. It remains only to kill the victim running somewhere nearby in his pajamas.

Come out and play. To kill Bernardo Barnochelli, you do not need to use any special tricks, even if the developers say otherwise. Climb onto the roof next to the green area on the map, make sure you see Bernardo and his bodyguards (Eagle's Eye will help). It remains only to catch the moment, make a few jumps, run into the "client" and stick something sharp into him.

It is not the cassock that makes a person a monk. And then the developers, as if reading our thoughts, decided to complicate the task: the victim, having discovered the killer, will quickly escape, failing our mission. The action takes place in a monastery, Stefano da Bagnone hides among the monks and keeps guards disguised as monks nearby. But getting to it is not so difficult if you use the roof.

Jump into the pile of leaves on the cart (everyone around, naturally, does not care), wait for Stefano to pass next to you, and quickly kill him. Do not forget to escape under the cover of a couple of smoke bombs and then rip off some posters in the city.

With friends like that. This is a fun mission. You need to not only kill Jacopo de "Pazzi, but also track him to find out who else is involved in the conspiracy. Finding the target with the help of Eagle's Eye, sit on the tail. You must not arouse his suspicions, but do not let If he suddenly passes next to the patrol guards, it is better to make a detour away from sin. On the ruins of the amphitheater, find the viewpoint indicated by the developers and watch how the conspirators will treat Jacopo unkindly.

After the scene, quickly press the key shown to you to free yourself from the capture, and run away from the guards. There will be a lot of them, and you still need to finish off Jacopo, since the conspirators, it seems, can not bring anything to the end. It is best to throw yourself into a feigned flight, lure the guards away, and make a detour yourself, return to the "client", give him a "control blow", and then run - already unfeigned - through the fields and gardens away.

6. Rocky road

I will cleanse this city from the villains!

Drive. Talk to Lorenzo Medici and get a cape, under the protection of which you can do any dirty tricks in Florence without increasing the wanted level. Go to Leonardo's Workshop. Business is calling us to Venice.

Romanesque holidays. To get to Venice, you first need to overcome the long and dangerous Apennine Mountains. The easiest way to do this is by horse, but at the beginning of the way we meet Leonardo da Vinci, who is also going to Venice. He has a flat tire, and after some minor repairs, Ezio will join Leonardo. And everything would be fine, but on the road we were, of course, ambushed.

This is the first and only GTA style chase of its kind. And in addition, it is very difficult, since to gouge or turn over the carriage is a piece of cake. Maneuver on a narrow mountain road, trying not to crash into boulders, collapse into an abyss and avoid puddles of burning oil. Take care of the wagon at all costs. Shake off the "boarding team" from her with sharp turns. If the attacker got to Ezio, he will have to be dropped "manually".

The easiest part of the journey is covering the retreating Leonardo. This is just a fight, and besides, Ezio can hide from the knight on the roof of the house.

On a note: then it will be possible, if you wish, to visit the long road in the Apennine mountains again. There is nothing but landscapes and rare chests with valuables found here and there. But no matter how useless this area was for us, the developers did not take it away from us, and this is good.

The landing ends. An educational mission in which Ezio will play Mazai's grandfather and meet Caterina Sforza, an interesting historical character. The rescued girl will have to meet near the end of the game under very dramatic circumstances.

For a long time we were in the shoes of Ezio Auditore di Firenze. It's good to go back to Desmond for once. However, you will have to do, one way or another, jumping and all kinds of acrobatics. Certainly Desmond acquired the abilities of his ancestor through the "drain effect"! To show Lucy your skills, turn on the alarm - two buttons at the bottom and two buttons under the very roof of the hangar.

It seems that the "leak" also has side effects that cause hallucinations in our hero, as well as very vivid and colorful dreams.

It looks like we're back to Ezio again. But no, there is clearly not the Renaissance around us, and the hero looks somehow too ... antediluvian. Is it Altair? He is! A certain mysterious character runs away from him, demonstrating good acrobatic abilities. Who could it be? Rather, in pursuit!

Most likely, the main problem for you will be the balcony on the tower, which the owners of the consoles also complained about. There is a way to climb the "elusive" beam, although it is not obvious: one has to sit like an eagle on the side of the balcony railing, turn to face the beam, and then jump onto it.

After a spicy excursion into Desmond Miles's genealogy, we return to Animus 2.0 and, accordingly, to the Renaissance.

7. Merchant of Venice

Greetings. Oh, this wonderful Venice! It is so good that even the developers couldn't resist taking a short tour. But do not relax and when Leonardo tries to hug Ezio, hug him back by pressing the desired button. Each has its own disadvantages.

The scar will remain. Another fun mission. The thief named Rosa, who stole our wallet on the mission earlier, got into big trouble. She will be wounded, and our hero, like a true knight, will rush to her aid. Protect it from the guards, "tank" enemies at any cost. When Rose falls to the ground, we will have to drag her to the gondola, where she will be picked up by a fellow in the class struggle.

Now Ezio needs to cover this gondolier and Rosa, accompanying the boat with jumps along the wall and "shooting" along the way of the archers. The boat is not moving very fast, so we have time for action. At the end of the path, having handed over the Rose to your comrades, do not relax. You have to assist in a difficult operation.

Bricks. Our new acquaintance is a strange revolutionary thief Antonio. Talk to him and get a task to kill three traitors. Again, a small plot fork.

The escape. A thief named Ugo will meet you on the roof of the cathedral and explain the disposition. It is necessary to free three groups of comrades-in-arms from the cages. In short: kill the guards, free the prisoners and bring them to Hugo. It is advisable to fiercely defend them later, but the task is counted, even if only one prisoner survived from each group.

They are greeted by clothes. Hugo again, but this time at the docks. He will ask you to clear three chests with a fresh batch of uniforms for the guards. To do this, you will have to distract the guards guarding them. Then you will need to steal the gondola and bring it to the agreed place.

House cleaning. Antonio has found traitors in his ranks, and they must be punished. Find them and punish them. One can be imperceptibly thrown from the ship into the water, onto the other - jumped from above with a merry yagulyar, and the third - knocked off the roof with a stick.

Repetition is the mother of learning. Take Rose's Climbing Lesson with the Jump Technique seriously. It makes it possible to climb the walls, even if the hero cannot reach the next ledge. Without it, you will not complete the game, and even where the distance between the ledges in the wall allows you not to jump, the new technique will greatly speed up movement and make Ezio's life easier.

Faster than fast. And this is the exam that Rosa will arrange for us to find out how well Ezio is now jumping on the walls.

Everything has to happen. During the conversation with Antonio, get ready to press the correct key so that Ezio will correctly complete the Italian proverb for the interlocutor.

To get to the target, first kill five archers. Then check in with Antonio and clear the barrier from the guards - the easiest way to do this is to hire a group of thieves. Climb to the rooftop (this is where recent lessons come in handy), find Emilio and kill him.

8. Necessity for inventions is cunning

One field of berries. Normal surveillance. I think the phrase "follow the white rabbit" exhaustively describes its passage. If Ezio is not confident in his abilities, courtesans are always at his service. They will also help you get through the guards' posts.

If it didn't work the first time ... Explore the palace with Rosa and Antonio for possible entry points. It will be easy to get to the first two points of view, while the third one will have to climb the tower. Then go to the next point, where with the help of boxes, cranes and other handy pieces, climb onto the roof of the palace.

Advice: first leave Antonio behind, climb higher and only then call him to you. The crowd when conquering the peaks is unacceptable. Accidentally pushing a partner from a height and thereby failing the mission is a shame.

He who does not take risks does not drink champagne. When the hero is riding Leonardo's flying machine, you don't have to do almost anything. No matter how good a pilot Ezio is, his mouth will still be full of earth. However, if you want to fly longer, keep in mind that the up and down keys are inverted, as in flight simulators.

A good start is half the battle. It is not possible to fly to the palace in a winged car - it is too far. However, Leonardo had a brilliant idea. No, don't attach a motor to the car. He decided to use updrafts to support the machine. They can be organized using four large bonfires. The guards, of course, will try to prevent a fire safety violation. But this is Ezio's business. Use Eagle's Sight, find the death-marked guards in the four indicated places and kill them.

Rarely flying passenger. Easy and fun mission. You will be prompted that the archers on the roofs can be killed, but there is no need to do this: just zigzag to the palace, flying low over the fires in order to rise higher.

Having reached the palace, go around the courtyard along the roof (be careful - archers, they must be killed quietly) and go down the stairs to the window. Now it remains only to catch up and kill Grimaldi, escape from the guards through an inconspicuous exit in the corner - and dissolve in the big city.

9. Carnival

Meanwhile, in Venice, the famous carnival began. Acrobats, fire-eaters, musicians, dances, luxurious clothes - and all around there are masks, masks, masks. During the Carnival, Ezio's Wanted Level will not increase.

Knowledge is power. Go to Leonardo with a stack of Codex sheets under his arm and sign for the pistol. How many tasks he will facilitate! How much headache you can avoid with it! Practice on the stuffed animals as usual.

The girl is in trouble. The conversation with the owner of the brothel was interrupted in the most dramatic way: the maniac killed one of the courtesans and flees. Looks like Ezio has a job! But here's the horror - the maniac took a hostage on the street and threatens to kill her if Ezio approaches him. He is determined to use the knife. What to do? Eh, there would be a pistol ... Wait - there is a pistol!

The nun knows. Another challenging mission. Okay, not that hard. Return to the brothel and after talking with Sister Theodora, head to the carnival.

Let's run. To enter the closed party and get to Marco Barbarigo, you need to win the holiday contests and win a pass mask. The first task is a fairly easy race across sixteen key points. If you don't see where to run next, slow down and look around.

Capture the Flag. But this task is very difficult. Technically, its essence is in the usual "capture the flag". But your opponent is very fast and agile. If he is the first to capture three flags in the square and take them back to his base, it’s bad. To take the flag away from him, it is enough to hit him. He can take the flag from Ezio in the same way. If the enemy took the flag first, do not try to catch up with him - it is almost useless. Instead, take note of where his base is, meet him there, take the flag and take off.

Round-up on tapes. One of two places in the game where pickpocketing skills come in handy. All you need to do is, referring to the map, "steal" from the girls as many ribbons as possible.

You can't make money by deceiving good. Fight. First, an honest fist fight. Then, when the bribed guards come, you can get the weapon.

Explosion. The pass mask was nevertheless given to the favorite. Nothing to do, you have to steal it. Find the bad person with the Eagle's Eye. Use courtesans to distract the mask wearer.

Enter a private party with a badge on your face. However, our troubles are not over yet. The subject robbed by us in a rage breaks into the holiday, and the guards begin to look for the thief. If Ezio is discovered, the quest will fail. You will have to be very careful to hide in the crowd, as the guards disperse groups of people on their way. While maneuvering, wait for the new Doge Marco Barbarigo to appear and kill him with a pistol. Leave the guard through the channels.

10. Force majeure

An unpleasant twist. Find Antonio and he will bring Ezio up to date on the latest developments.

A fighter in a cage. To raise the mercenaries to the uprising, it is necessary to free from the cage their leader - the mighty warrior Bartolomeo. The algorithm is simple: they killed the guards at the cage, released Bartolomeo, brought him home, making sure that he was alive.

We do not abandon ours. Bartolomeo is free and his "beloved" is safe. Now we need to free his fighters. The algorithm is the same - they killed the guards, freed the soldiers, helped them kill a new batch of guards.

On a note: in this mission, Ezio will often come across unafraid townspeople. Be extremely careful - if you inadvertently kill several, the task will fail.

To battle! And you will have to tinker with this mission. Order your soldiers to stand behind and not get involved in a fight if guards are looming ahead. Kill the guards in the place where the soldiers should be placed. Whistle yours to come up. Repeat.

One sword of two birds with one stone. Climb the tower and signal. Jump and join the battle. You need to find Dante (Eagle's Eye) and beat him slightly (it is best to try to disarm him). When he starts to run, catch up with him. The guards will try to interfere with you, but you can get away from them on the roofs. Kill both Dante and Silvio Barbarigo before the allotted time runs out.

11. Alter ego

Everything will come to the one who waits. After talking with Leonardo, you will have one more surveillance. Go around the barriers of the guards on the roofs. After the scene, kill the courier and take his clothes.

This is a bug: if before the scene some guard decides to check who this is following the courier, after the scene it will not work to hide, so be careful.

Play. Grab the box with the "Shard of Eden" and follow the second courier, carefully avoiding any collisions. After the scene, there will be a fight with Rodrigo Borgia. He is strong, but neither he nor his guards can do anything against a dozen healing potions, especially since then Bartolomeo, Theodora, Paola, Mario, Fox and for some reason Nicolo Machiavelli will join the battle on your side.

After a scene in which a lot of interesting things become clear, the chapter will end.

12. Attack on Forli

This is where the two tedious chapters begin, heavily lubricating the ending of Assassin's Creed 2. Good intentions have paved the road to where it is known - it would be better, as in the console version, these chapters were skipped. However, there is nothing to do - let's get started!

Warm welcome. We return to Forlì with Caterina and Machiavelli. But here's the bad luck - it suddenly turns out that the town and castle of Forli are captured by enemies! What Ezio should do - I think it's not difficult to guess. Fights, fights and more fights. Use the boat to enter the city through the secret entrance, diving under the grate. Open the gate.

Bodyguard. Fights, fights, fights. Protect Caterina and Nicolo.

Hold the fortress. Fights, fights, fights. Kill enemies on the ground and on rooftops.

It is interesting: when I was going through this mission, right after its completion, two friendly guards came out of the air next to Ezio, saw dead enemies standing over them Ezio, and ... in general, both had to be killed.

Godfather. Quite an unpleasant mission to free two hostages, besides children, - and in addition, for a while. Katerina's daughter, tied up, is lying in the courtyard near the wall of the house outside the gate. Untie it without spending a lot of time killing the soldiers.

Get on your horse and ride to the lighthouse. Katerina's son is at the top. It will not be possible to bypass the enemies here, so you will have to kill them in large numbers very quickly, keeping an eye on the timer. If you try to get around them and climb the tower, you will be knocked down with a stone or an arrow.

Checkmate. Catch up with Chekko, avoiding collisions with the guards covering him as much as possible - and kill. Alas, Ezio himself is mortally wounded, and the "Shard of Eden" was taken by a mysterious monk with nine fingers.

Apple from apple tree. Go to the monastery and kill two guards so that the grateful monk will tell you who you need to look for in the city. Return to Forli, go to the market and use the Eagle's Eye to find the monk you need (you can also recognize him by his bald head). He will immediately rush away, and your task is to knock him down in a jump. Poking your fists in the back is useless - the monk will die (right on the run, yeah), and the mission will fail.

13. Bonfire of vanity

Our mysterious monk is none other than Girolamo Savonarola. The Shard of Eden explains its sudden rise.

Fiasco in Florence. Make your way to Florence (it has changed a lot under the new rule), avoiding meetings with the guards as much as possible. Talk to Machiavelli. He will bring Ezio up to date by talking about what has happened in the city in recent years. Guard Nicolo and reach Palazzo Pitti.

To overthrow the power of Savonarola, it is necessary to eliminate nine of his henchmen. He hypnotized someone with the "Shard", someone followed him voluntarily. One way or another, if all nine fall, the people will free themselves from the power of the artifact and revolt. You can kill them in any order.

Still life. To kill an artist, you need to get close to him on the wall, recognize him with an Eagle's gaze, and then catch up and poke him with something sharp. Here and after each of the nine murders, you will have to then also escape from the guards.

On the career ladder. Eliminate the advancing guards, catch up with the captain, stick in and turn there twice.

It is interesting: I didn't even have to kill him - out of fright, the captain himself threw himself off the roof, being very far from Ezio. This is a word about "balance" in the additional chapters.

Vertical mobility. Catch up and kill a noble citizen before he reaches Savonarola. Immediately after the start of the mission, turn right and use the boxes to get out onto the roof to get ahead of the victim on the roof.

Last rituals. There is no need to gather a group for this task - tea, not Borean tundra. Climb onto the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore - the victim has settled there. A few guards won't give you much trouble.

Port authorities. And now - attention! - you have to do the dirtiest mission in the whole game, clearly showing what happens if you forget to test the tasks for balance in the add-on. The situation is this: the victim - the harbor master - boarded a ship in the port. It is guarded by a dozen guards! Eight of them are on the deck of the ship, in the "forbidden" territory!

But on the instructions of Ezio, you cannot show yourself, otherwise the task will be failed. That is, someone saw you and raised the alarm - it's done, let's load the task from the beginning. For some reason, the developers do not care that after the death of the port master, the alarm will rise one way or another. And from the ship - where would he go? But all the same, you can't show yourself. So the writers decided, the programmers did it and the testers missed it. In terms of its complexity, this mission only slightly falls short of the last "helicopter" mission of GTA 4.

But enough of the lyrics. I will give you an algorithm that worked (however, not the first time) for me:

  • Carefully kill the archer on the roof to the left of the ship.
  • With a careful double blow we kill two guards at the stairs leading to the pier. If you're lucky, the guard at the dock won't raise the alarm.
  • After waiting until the patrolman at the pier comes close to the ladder, carefully shoot him with a pistol and hide. If you're lucky, two heavily armed guards will jump from the ship to the dock.
  • We will swim to the stern of the ship and hang at the very side. Let's wait for the patrolman on the left side to approach the stern. Let's throw it into the water.
  • We creep along the stern to the starboard side, throw off the patrolman into the water there.
  • We crawl out to the left side and throw off the patrolman into the water. Do not even try to repeat the same technique with the patrolman at the starboard side - it will not work.
  • We return to the stern, carefully crawl out onto the deck at the helm. We approach the guards standing with our backs and with a quick blow simultaneously kill both.
  • Only then can one jump onto the harbor master's back.
  • We breathe a sigh of relief. If you have completed this mission, the rest of the game will be an easy walk for you. Harder of this there will be nothing.

Point strike. To kill the doctor, mingle with the crowd and get closer. The guards walk back and forth across the square, but there are a lot of people around and there is where to sit in case of danger.

To the hayloft. The developers want us to hide in the hay, but nothing prevents us from using the pistol. One shot and the job is done. You can lie in the hay to make it easier for yourself and eliminate a couple of guards patrolling the neighborhood.

Sworn enemy. There are no problems at all - go to the position on the rooftops and kill the leader of the mercenaries with one jump.

Judgment Day. The priest will preach for a while under the protection of guards, and then he will step aside and go into the courtyards. Kill him there. Eliminate the guards along the way - there will be no problems with them.

All power to the people. When Savonarola wants to use the Shard, drop the knife by pressing the desired button. Run after the guard, catch up with him and finally take the long-suffering artifact.

Crowd justice. Push the crowd apart and kill Savonarola before the fire breaks out.

Ezio will then deliver an inspired speech that no one in the crowd seems to have understood. In any case, two tedious chapters are behind, and before us is the last mission!

14. I came, I saw, I won

By order of Mario, you will have to walk through the cities and find all the pieces of the Codex that you do not have yet. They are obtained in the usual way: distract the guard with courtesans, enter, open the chest - you're done.

Mark on the map. When we have all thirty sheets of the Codex, we will need to solve an easy puzzle. Turn on Eagle's vision and unfold all the sheets so that a schematic map of the world is obtained from the outlines.

Luck. Here we are in Rome, at the Sistine Chapel. Climb over the unevenness of the tower to the fortress wall, eliminating the first group of guards. Pull the lever and open the passage to the next section of the wall. Again the fight, again the guards. If the doors are closed, climb the towers. When they offer a horse, sit down and jump on the wall (this is a must, since if you pass the “equestrian” section on foot, there will be desynchronization and you will have to load). You don't have to hide in the hay, but you can. Altitude helps against heavily armed guards - play King of the Hill to make your life easier.

Advice: when Ezio is knocked down from his horse, lure the enemies to the croup so that the horse will help the hero by kicking the guards. It's not very helpful, but funny.

When Ezio is under the arches of the Sistine Chapel, he will have to slow down: if the hero is found, he will have to load. It will be easy to walk through the first room - the monks stand in groups and do not pay attention to the man in the hood, and the guards walk one by one. In the second, you will have to sweat a little - the most dangerous are the guards at the end of the room.

You will be rewarded with the opportunity to look at the drawings in the Sistine Chapel. Pope Alexander VI, aka Rodrigo Borgia, reads prayers, and it will be very easy to get close to him imperceptibly along the ledges and boards. Jump - blow!

This is a bug: if Rodrigo suddenly disappeared at the moment of the strike - that's okay, it happens. Scare the crowd of unarmed bishops for a joke, return to the ramparts and jump from them to load.

Of course, the Pope will not so easily agree to fall from the assassin's dagger. There is a fight ahead, and a rather difficult one. Fortunately, Ezio will use the same technique against the Chief Templar that his former boss used against Altair hundreds of years ago. Fight aggressively, do not spare healing potions - you will no longer need them. Rip Rodrigo health, and Ezio ... will receive the second fatal blow with a blade in the chest in recent years.

Nails would be made of this assassin! He nevertheless overcame the pain and went after Rodrigo into a secret dungeon, in which all the secrets should be revealed.

Perhaps only a mind that was dimmed after a terrible wound can explain the fact that Ezio, with a hole in his chest, suddenly took off all his weapons and decided to arrange a wall-to-wall battle with the Pope. Fortunately, the battle will be easy: it looks like the developers inserted it here only so that the player has something to do with his hands during the last dialogue between Ezio and Rodrigo.

When the Borgia is finally defeated, Ezio suddenly decides to keep him alive. After all, someone has to be poisoned with wine in 1503, otherwise there will be a "butterfly effect" in one single DNA.

In any case, the time has come for the secrets to be revealed, and in the dungeon of Ezio Auditore di Firenze, who is also the Chosen One, he will meet Minerva, a divine being, a representative of the mysterious race that created the "Shards of Eden" in ancient times. The conversation will, however, be somewhat one-sided, since the radiant citizen with her monologues pays little attention to Ezio's questions (“Minerva, who are you talking to just now?” - “Shut up, Donnie, you're out of topic”).

The developers did not wait for favors from nature and combined the final credits with the battle and dialogues so that the players would certainly not miss them. However, no matter how smartly Desmond fought with the ancient blades, the main villain of our time, Dr. Warren, still fled from us in Assassin's Creed 3.

This means that you have completed the game. Congratulations!

1 2 3 All

We decided to break our heads, and as a result, in the game we are faced with such a thing as True (The truth). This is a kind of collecting, not feathers and figurines, but glyphs. All of them 20 things. But it's not enough just to find them, you also need to work your head in order to snatch the coveted piece of the video. This, of course, is not so scary, but it takes a lot of time. You can, of course, just walk by, the disaster will not happen. But without a video, the narration will not be complete. So here's a complete walkthrough of this quest, so that you don't suffer much.

1. Beginning (In The Beginning)

Everything here is elementary simple. We have ten paintings. Based on the hint, you need to choose five of them, which depict an apple. These are the following canvases: Judgment of Paris, Atlanta and Hippomenes, Hercules in the Garden of the Hesperides, The Fallidun and the Apples... It looks like this:

2.64 squares (Sixty-Four Squares)

Here, despite the abundance of pieces, there is nothing complicated either. You need to collect portraits Elizabeth I, Napoleon, and George Washington... I will not describe step by step actions. Sorry, this is anguish. And this task will not cause any difficulties for anyone. There is just a little advice - start from the center. The result should be the following:

3. Descendants

Here you will have to turn on infrared vision, and find the apple of Eden in three pictures. We look and repeat:

4. Infinite Knowledge

Here, too, everything is quite simple. In the first picture, the apple is in the barrel of a bazooka, On the second - in a soldier's helmet, on third - in spears, on the fourth - in the hand of an incomprehensible creature.

5. Instruments of Power

This puzzle is divided into two parts. In both, ten pictures will appear in front of you. In the first part, you have to choose pictures that depict a sword. This is indicated by a hint. These are the following canvases: Perseus, Atilla the Hun, Sigmund, King Arthur, Joan of Arc... See the screenshot for more details:

In the second part of the puzzle, everything is similar to the first. Only now we are looking for a staff. More precisely, we look and repeat:

6. Brothers

Here you will see a familiar puzzle. But do not rush to rejoice, not everything is as simple as it would seem. The fact is that here some circles move two at a time. There will be four such pictures in total.

First picture:

  • Turn the first ring 2 positions to the left;
  • Turn the second ring 3 to the left;
  • The fourth ring (rotates simultaneously with the third) is turned 1 time to the right;
  • The fifth ring (simultaneously with the fourth) is moved 3 times to the right;
  • Adjust the third ring to match the picture until you win.

    Second picture:

  • Twist the first ring 3 times to the left;
  • The third ring is just one to the left;
  • Turn the fourth ring 4 positions to the left (simultaneously with the second);
  • Move the fifth ring 1 position to the right;
  • We adjust the second ring to the victorious one.

    Third picture:

  • Move the first ring 3 positions to the left;
  • The third ring is one to the right;
  • The fourth ring is 5 positions to the left;
  • The fifth ring is just one to the left;
  • The second ring is again to the victorious.

    Fourth picture:

  • Move the third ring 3 positions to the right;
  • The fifth ring is 2 to the left (simultaneously with the fourth);
  • The fourth ring is 2 to the left (together with the second);
  • The second ring is already 6 positions to the right (simultaneously with the first);
  • Well, we twist the first ring to the traditional victorious one.

So, the pictures are collected, we admire the result of the labors of our righteous:

    7. Keep On Seeking, And You Will Find

    Part one:

Before us again ten pictures. Hint again. This time the key word is "red". So looking for clothes Red... Or rather, we look and repeat:

    Part two:

Before you crucified Jesus. Here, in general, everything is elementary. The mouse turns into something like a Geiger counter, only it works on a particle of Eden. In general, we look:

    8. Martyrs

Looking for particles of Eden again. In the image of Nicholas II, this staff... Highlighted in red on the screen:

In the image of Jeanne d'Arc - sword:

    9. Hat-Trick

    Part one:

Rejoice! Geiger counter again! Looking for particles again. Everything is elementary again.

    We look once:

We look at two (Gandhi, heart region):

    Part two:

This is where a new kind of puzzle appears in our history. Well, as always, everything is simple to start with. Given a hint: 6=1 ... You need to find the code. We turn the wheel to the desired position. We look, we repeat:

    10. Apollo

    Part one:

We need a satellite here. Are looking for:

    Part two:

Again we have rings in front of us ... This task is even more difficult, but do not be alarmed. We will help.

  • The fifth ring is shifted 6 positions to the left;
  • The second ring is 4 to the left;
  • The fourth ring is 3 to the right;
  • The third ring is 5 to the left;
  • The first is traditionally until the victorious.

The result will be something like this:

    Part three:

    Looking for an apple again:

We won again. Who would doubt that!

    11. The Inventor

    Part one:

We light all the bulbs with the energy cursor.

    Part two:

Apple. Again it is, darling. Above the door, between two windows:

    Part three:

Tesla has our apple on his knees:

    12. Titans of Industry

    Part one:

A familiar picture. We swam, we know. In the drawing below, there is a hint: 4=1 ... We combine wheels with numbers, we get the result:

    Part two:

Here we simply extinguish all the lamps with the Baksik cursor (money is everything!).

    Part three:

Everything is elementary here again: the apple is in Edison's hands.

    Part four:

Here is a little more difficult task. But it doesn't matter either. On the car on the left is number 2, on the newspaper in the foreground is the symbol. We combine. Problem. There are no symbols for the required numbers. We do not force the brain and do this:

    13. I Am Become Death, the Destroyer of Worlds.

    Part one:

Again we need a password. Let's not fill our heads with your light information that is not necessary, look:

    Part two:

Tyk on the button. Let's go around the little screen with a Geiger counter. Everything.

    14. Bloodlines

Before us are ten paintings. This time we look out the divine essence:

    15. Guardians

And again the rings ... This time all the elements are connected, except for the second. Nothing, we'll handle it. As they say, the eyes are afraid ...

  • Turn the fifth ring 5 divisions to the right;
  • The third ring is 2 to the right;
  • The fourth ring is 5 to the right;
  • Move the second ring 5 to the left;
  • Well, the first ring is one space to the left.

You will get this picture with a decoded message:

    16. The Cavalry

Here, well, in general, it's easier than ever. We take Alaska and hit Tunguska... Next, just click on the photo Tesla.

    17. The Bunker

    Part one:

Don't get scared and just do it like this:

    Part two:

We must look for something again. This time everyone's favorite symbol of the Assassins. Everything is quite simple: in the background in the right corner:

    18. Synapses

We select the code. On the right side of the picture there is a number 5 and a symbol. We connect. On the left there is another clue in the form of a sequence of numbers. But I will not torment you, here is the result:

Then we quickly run the mouse over the neurons - it's done!

    19. Day Fourth (The Fourth Day)

    Part one:

Ten paintings. Well, not even original. Only our goal is now the sun:

    Part two:

You need to find a tiny Earth on the Sun. Is it really the end?

    20. The Origin of the Species

    Part one:

    Last laps:

  • Turn the fifth ring 2 positions to the left;
  • The fourth ring is also 2 to the left;
  • Third ring 2 spaces to the right;
  • The second ring is 5 to the right;
  • Well, turn the first ring 3 to the left.

    Here's what happens:

    Part two:

Just examining the drawing by Leonardo da Vinci.

    Part three:

Well, there is a free rein for your imagination. Everything is permitted here. After all, nothing is true, is it? We enter any characters. Any decision will be correct!

So your torment is over. Hope this article helped you save time and mind. All the best!

  • The plot of the second part begins exactly from the moment at which the first one ended. Watching the video, we recall the background. Lucy suddenly enters the room and asks to go with her. After a short dialogue, we go to the Animus. Watching the birth of the protagonist (Ezio Auditore). We are offered to get comfortable in management. So, movement with legs - space, arms - shift, punch - left mouse button, movement with head - Russian "y". We get up from the Animus and run after Lucy. You will have to fight in the parking lot, it is not problematic to deal with the attackers. Once at the headquarters, we get to know the rest of the team -. We speak with them in turn, after which we go to the Animus.

    First sequence

    Florentine Republic.
    1476 year.

    Boys.
We fight with the people of Vieri Pazzi. We work out various combinations. After the victory, we collect money from the bodies of the defeated enemies in the amount of 200 florins for treatment.

You should have seen the other guy.
We speak with Frederico. We go after him, to the doctor. We are undergoing treatment, and in the future it will also be possible to purchase medicines and poison from him. We run with my brother in a race to the roof of the church.

    A glass before bed.
We synchronize the terrain, jump down and go to Christina. On the way, we will meet Vieri's henchmen, who, if they get into their field of vision, immediately start a fight, but they are easy to get around. Having reached Christina's house, at her invitation, we climb into her room. To see all the "beauty" of the game is possible only thanks to the timely pressing of the buttons (QTE). In the morning, Christina's father finds us. We run away from the guards.

    Messenger.
We speak with the father. He asks us to deliver the letter to Lorenzo. After a short walk, we learn that Lorenzo is not in the city. We return back to Giovanni. Meet Uberto. After that, Giovanni says that Claudia, Maria and Petruchio need help, you can complete their tasks in any order.

    Payback for treason.
We speak with sister (Claudia). We learn that her fiance is cheating on her. We find Duccio and beat him.

    The secret of Petruchio.
We speak with brother (Petruchio). We get the feathers of an eagle for him so that he goes to sleep. In this case, when you receive a task, a timer will turn on, so you need to run on the roofs as quickly as possible, while not going down after receiving each of the three feathers, but jumping on the roofs until the next feather.

    Family friend.
We speak to mom (Maria). We follow her. Meet Leonardo da Vinci. We lift the box and take it home. At the same time, you cannot jump, collide with passers-by too, otherwise you can drop the load.

    Special delivery.
It is necessary to deliver 2 letters and a message from the dovecote for the father. The order of delivery can be determined independently.

    Prisoner.
Entering the house, we learn the most unpleasant news: the father and brothers were taken to prison, they need to be rescued. Mother and sister remained at home, we are escorting them with the help of a servant to a safe place. After that, we go to the cell where the father is kept. The level of alertness of the guards has increased, so we move around the city carefully. We get to the Señoria palace, after which we climb up, if necessary, you can kill the interfering guards, the easiest way is to throw them down or throw them into wooden structures, after which we talk with our father through the cell window.

    Inheritance.
We return home, there we turn on the "Eagle vision" and find a secret door in the father's office. We pass into the secret room. We take out a letter, an assassin's costume and a weapon from the chest. At the porch, two guards are trying to stop us. We kill them. We deliver the letter to Uberto.

    Last Hero.
We go to the trial of the family of Ezio. Uberto instead of submitting documents proving their innocence, on the contrary, accuses and orders to kill his father and brothers. We do not have enough experience to fight with a large number of guards, so it would be a wise decision to run away.

    Second sequence

    Florentine Republic.
    1476 year.

    Disguise.
We meet Paola in a brothel. We are going through a little workout. Learn to hide in the crowd and steal. At the end of the training we get a blade and broken bracers.

A trump card in the sleeve.
We go to Leonardo Da Vinci in his workshop. Providing him with a corrupted item and a scroll, he makes a new weapon out of it for us - the hidden blade. A guard knocks on the door. He begins to beat Leonardo, sneak up from behind and kill the guard with a hidden blade. Then we take the body of the guard and follow Leonardo, there is no need to hide, since passers-by do not react to us, then we hide the body in the cart.

    Judge, jury, executioner.
We return to Paola, who tells us that Umberto can be found at the screening of a new painting in Santa Croce. We go there and start spying, for which we climb onto the roof, from which the square in front of the church is clearly visible, since Umberto will not appear there immediately. We go down (or jump), after which, mixing with the crowd, we go to the backyard, on the way we hire courtesans to distract the attention of the guards. When we go inside, with the help of a hidden blade we kill Umberto, after which we run away from the guards in any way.

    In the shelter.
We go to Paola. We need to leave Florence, but before that we need to reduce our popularity among law enforcement officers. To do this, we tear down posters, bribe heralds and kill bribe-taking officials. Tearing a poster gives -25% to fame, bribery of a herald will cost 500 florins and gives -50%, murder of an official - -75%.

    Arrivederchi.
We return to Paola, pick up the mother and sister there, and then accompany them to the very outskirts. The path from the city is blocked by soldiers, so you need to hire courtesans. We leave the city.

    Third sequence

    Tuscany.
    1476 year.

    Help on the road.
On the way we meet Vieri Pazzi. We are fighting with a couple of enemies. And it would seem that now there is an unequal and very difficult battle with dozens of Vieri's subordinates, but Ezio's uncle Mario comes to the rescue. We are fighting with the enemies, but at the same time we are watching the mother and sister - they cannot defend themselves on their own. We kill all enemies.

    Home Sweet Home.
We follow Uncle Mario, while looking at the new town. We get some money from him, buy equipment and medicines on the market, after which we return back to the villa, where we talk with our sister.

Repetition is the mother of learning.
We talk with Uncle Mario and go through a little preparation. We learn to avoid attacks, conduct counterattacks, tease the enemy and suddenly run away from the attackers. At the end of the workout, we practice new techniques with our uncle. It is not necessary to use new techniques. After training, we talk with uncle, we quarrel with him. When we decide to make up, it turns out that Mario has already left to deal with Vieri Pazzi.

    The inevitability of punishment.
We take a horse and go to Tuscany after Mario. We find Mario together with a group of soldiers, we get throwing knives from him. At the direction of our uncle, we penetrate the city through the fence. We kill the archers on the walls (here you can use the obtained throwing knives) and open the gate. We go after the uncle, who offers to deal with the city guards first, and then take care of Vieri. We kill all the guards who will interfere. From one of the soldiers we learn about the ambush and quickly go to the aid of our uncle, who is located near the cathedral. After that we go to the gate. We observe a small splash screen. Climb the tower and kill Vieri Pazzi.

    New plans.
We return to the villa. We read the pages of the Codex together with my uncle. We climb onto the roof of the mansion and synchronize the terrain. The map will indicate four pages of the Code that need to be found - three in the city, one outside. We find 4 pages of the code.
We look around the house. We communicate with my sister, an architect. Uncle will show us a secret sanctuary, which contains a large monument to Altair and his armor. To get them, you need to find 6 artifacts, their storage locations will be available as you progress through the story.

    Florentine Republic.
    1478 year.

    A living example.
We return to Florence, where we go to the workshop of Leonardo da Vinci and give him the found pages of the Code for decryption. After that, we are offered to practice on mannequins. We go to the courtyard. We test new types of murder on dummies - for the first we climb into a haystack, for the other two - on the balcony. We return to Leonardo and get a new weapon. For information, Leonardo advises us to find the thieves faction.

    Fox hunting.
We go to the mark on the map. Turn on eagle vision and find a person highlighted in yellow. We approach him, after which the thief steals our money and tries to escape. We go in pursuit of him. When we approach him, we need to knock him down, do not use the weapon.

    See you.
We talk with La Volpe. We receive a task from him - in a minute to reach the marked point on the roofs. There are no problems, the main thing is not to fall to the ground.

    Secrets of the Novella.
We need to go down to the catacombs. To do this, you can enter the territory of the entrance either along the roofs, or in any way to deal with the guards below. We go through a number of simple tests. We are watching the video. We climb the wall to the left of the door. There are also enemies at the levels, so we try to act without attracting the attention of enemies or silently eliminating them. Having opened the door, we kill all the enemies below. Next, you have to catch up and kill the runner, otherwise he will call the rest of the guards and then you cannot go further without a fight. We arrange a pursuit, which, however, is very conditional - in the event that we linger somewhere, the fleeing guard will wait, but it is still not possible to catch up with him, until he reaches another group of guards. We kill everyone, after which you need to climb up, where there is a secret entrance to the meeting of the Templars. Having overheard the conversation, we go to open the first sarcophagus (there are 6 of them, as mentioned earlier, they are needed to open the grate in Uncle Mario's villa). We leave the catacombs.

    Wolves in sheep's clothing.
We go to the square. In the green area, with the help of "eagle vision" we find Lorenzo, who is immediately assassinated, while Lorenzo's brother is killed, and Lorenzo himself is wounded. We help Lorenzo to deal with enemies. It is best to use a blade, and while the assistants are fighting the guards, we sneak up from behind and kill them. Then we fight with Pazzi, however, having received a certain number of wounds, he runs away, there is no need to chase him. Next, we take Lorenzo to a safe place. On the way, we protect Lorenzo from opponents, but the guard will help us in this.

    Goodbye Francesco.
It is necessary to deal with the Pazzi, for this we go to the palace. There is no need to get involved in fights between supporters of the Pazzi and the Medici. We climb onto the roof from the back of the palace, similar to the "Prisoner" mission, where we visit our father in prison. We kill the guards or, ignoring them, we run ahead to the Pazzi. As soon as Pazzi sees Ezio, he will try to escape. We catch up and kill him. We are watching the video.

    Fourth sequence

    Florentine Republic.
    1478 year.

We speak with Lorenzo. He tells us the names of the escaped conspirators, whom we have to find.
We go to Leonardo. We get a new weapon - a poisoned blade.

    Workaround maneuver.
We return to the villa, we talk with the uncle. We learn to dodge attacks and take away weapons from opponents during the battle. We learn that the location of Pazzi's henchmen has been found, which is indicated on the map. You can complete these tasks in any order.

The man in the cassock is not yet a monk.
You need to go to the abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and kill Stefano de Bagnoe there. We get smoke bombs from the uncle's assistant. They are great for quickly dodging enemies. We penetrate the territory of the abbey, turn on the eagle's vision, after which, mingling with the monks, we are looking for a person highlighted in yellow. We quickly run up and kill Stefano, then in any way we get rid of the pursuers, you can use the previously obtained smoke bombs.

    Behind closed doors.
Archbishop Salviatti hid in a villa outside the city. We get there, we find a group of mercenaries, whom we order to attack the guards guarding the gate, and at this time we climb the wall and activate the lever for raising the gate on the back side. We find the archbishop among the defenders and kill him. We are hiding from enemies, especially since after the assassination of the archbishop, it is not required to fight the remaining guards.

    City herald.
We leave for Tuscany. Antonio Maffei climbed a tall building, guarded by archers, and broadcast all heresy from there. You need to climb up and kill Maffei, dealing with the interfering archers on the way. And then hide.

    Come out to play.
We go to the green area marked on the map. We turn on the "eagle vision", with the help of which we find Bernardo Baroncelli, who is guarded by guards. We distract the attention of the guards in any way, go downstairs and kill Bernardo, not allowing him to escape. We hide.

    With friends like that ...
We find Jacopo Pazzi and start spying on him, while we do not come close, since we need him to bring us to the meeting place of the Templars. It is not problematic to get to the gates of the city, in order to distract the guards at the gates, we hire mercenaries who are standing nearby. We leave the gates of the city, here it is easiest to notice us, so it is better to move along the wall parallel to the movement of the Pazzi. When Pazzi turns to the meeting place, we quickly hire thieves to distract the guards and run after Pazzi. We watch the video, during which the Borgia wounds Pazzi and orders the guards to attack Ezio. We deal with the guards and finish off Pazzi.

    Fifth sequence

    Florentine Republic.
    1480

We speak with Lorenzo. We get the Medici cloak from him. While you are wearing it, the guards ignore you. We go to Leonardo, but he is not in the workshop, we learn from a passer-by that Leonardo has left for Venice.

    Holidays in Romagna.
We go after Leonardo, but he did not have time to leave further, we find him in Romagna, as his wagon broke down. We help to fix the wagon, after which the Borgia people attack us. We need to escort Leonardo to the city. We control the carriage. On the way to the cart, the Borgia people will try to jump, in order to shake them off, you need to turn the cart from side to side, but do not wiggle the cart too much, otherwise it may turn over. In no case should you touch obstacles, it does not help to shake the enemies off the cart. After a while, archers will appear who will fire at the cart with burning arrows, so you will have to try to dodge them from them and from the fires that will be on the ground after the arrows fall. Do not forget to monitor the condition of the carriage. After a while, Enzio will stay to distract the attention of the enemies, and Leonardo will leave. We deal with the attackers. We get to Romagna-Forli. There, at the pier, we speak with Leonardo. We learn that to get to Venice, you need a pass. At this moment, we hear a woman calling for help. We find the boat and save the woman on the island. We learn that her name is Katerina Sforza and that she is far from the last person here. In exchange for our help, she negotiates with the captain of the ship to allow us to sail to Venice.

At this moment we are disconnected from the Animus. We talk with Lucy, who tells us that problems can arise from a long stay in the Animus. Lucy invites us to check if Desmond now has Ezio's abilities, and then leaves. We speak with Rebecca and Sean, after which we follow Lucy. There we get the task to activate four buttons in the warehouse (two at the top, two at the bottom). At the time of completing the task, we see hallucinations. After completing the assignment, we talk with Lucy. We leave and after that Desmond loses consciousness (falls asleep). At this moment, he again finds himself in Acre and, as Altair, runs after some girl. We must not miss it, because if we hesitate, then it will wait for us, however, it is also impossible to catch up with it. The girl runs into the tower, after which we begin to climb up the wall. We get to the balcony, where you need to jump onto the beam on which the lantern hangs. To do this, we sit on the railing directly under the beam and press the button to jump, without pressing the "forward" button, then Altair will simply jump and grab the beam. We climb there to the very top, find the girl and watch the video.
We wake up and go back to the Animus.

    Sixth sequence

    Republic of Venice.
    1481
    Benvenuto.

We accompany Leonardo to his new home and listen to his stories about Venice on the way. Next, we need to visit Emilio Barbarigo.

    A mark for memory.
We go to the Barbarigo Palace, but it is impossible to get there. At this moment, some girl (Rose) swoops in on us, who not only steals the wallet, but also attracts the attention of the guards to our modest person. We get involved in a fight and help Rose. Then we run after her, on the way we deal with the guards. On the way, Rosa is wounded in the leg with an arrow in the leg, so we take her in our arms and carry her. When she is unable to go further, we lift her up and carry her to the gondola. We accompany the gondola with thieves, for this we jump over the balconies and rungs, throwing off the guards from there, there is no need to jump onto the gondola itself. We get to the destination in this way, after which we pick up the Rose, put it on the table. Antonio will pull the arrow out of her leg, after which we clamp the wound. We talk with Antonio, he offers us his help in attacking Emilio's palace, but first we need to help his people.
We will talk with Rose, who will teach us how to jump to higher ledges, and then give the task to climb the tower. The task is given 5 minutes. Then you can get the task from Antonio and Hugo, the order of execution is optional.

    Cleaning the house.
We talk with Antonio, who says that it is necessary to kill three traitors. Their location is marked on the map, we get to the indicated area, turn on the "eagle vision", we find traitors who will be among ordinary thieves and will be highlighted in yellow. The first traitor is on the roof of the house, the second is on the ship, the third is on the market. We kill all three.

    The escape.
We go to Hugo, who gives us the task to free the prisoners who were arrested by Emilio. We get to the cell in which the prisoners are kept, the guards can be killed (there are not so many of them), partly the guards can be distracted with the help of thieves / courtesans / mercenaries. We open the cage and release the prisoners. There will be 4 prisoners in each cell, at least one must be brought to the destination, but the easiest way is to lead the thieves along the roofs to the goal, since they run and jump better than the guards, so saving everyone is not difficult.

    They are greeted by clothes.
We talk with Hugo again. You need to find 3 chests of armor so that Antonio's people can put them on during the assault. On the map we get to each chest, deal with the guards and search the chests. Then we find a gondola and on it we get to Ugo.

    Decisive assault.
We speak with Antonio. We go to the palace, where we deal with the five indicated archers, after which Antonio's people take their place. Archers can be killed in any way, the easiest way is to either throw them down or remove them with throwing knives. Then we go up to the roof of the palace, they show us Emilio, who is below, we carefully begin to go down, killing the guards along the way, while trying not to raise an alarm. Having reached the bottom, we kill Emilio.

    One field of berries.
We follow the Templars, concerned about the absence of Emilio, while eavesdropping on their conversations. On the way, we try to mix with the crowd, and be sure to hire courtesans who will help us get past the guards. Having reached the square, we watch the video and continue the surveillance. There are more Templars, but the guards come across less often on their way. We reach the meeting place of the Templars with Rodrigo Borgia, listen to their conversation, and then we run to the palace to Antonio.

If it doesn't work right away ...
We tell Antonio about the Borgia's plans to make an attempt on the Doge of Venice, after which we run together with Antonio to the square in front of the Doge's palace. We are looking for possible points for penetrating into the palace - there are only three of them, we climb each one, after which it becomes clear that it is impossible to enter the palace this way. After talking with Antonio, we go to Leonardo.

He who does not take risks does not drink Marsala.
We talk with Leonardo, during the conversation we decide to try the flying machine. Let's test Leonardo's flying car, for this we jump from the roof, we won't be able to fly far, we don't even have to try. Leonardo realizes that in order for the car to fly longer, it needs hot air, which fires can provide.

A good start is half the battle.
We talk with Antonio. The map indicates four areas that need to be cleared so that Antonio's men can light bonfires there. We get to each indicated zone and kill the guards. The order of execution and methods of murder are any.

    Brave flyer.
Again we take a flying machine and try to get to the palace on it, while flying from one fire to another. You can ignore the archers, they are not particularly harmful, but if you wish, you can knock them off the roof with your feet. Having landed, you need to without attracting attention to get to the point indicated to us in order to save the Doge, the easiest way to get there is by jumping over the beams. We watch the video, from which it becomes clear that the Doge was still poisoned. Doge killer - Carlo Grimaldi starts running around the inner square, we go down there and kill him. At this moment, a dying doge appears, who tries to say that Grimaldi killed him, but it looks like Ezio killed him. After that we run away from the palace, since the central entrance is already open.

    Ninth sequence

    Republic of Venice.
    1486 year.

    Knowledge is power.
We go to Leonardo and give him a page of the Code, according to which he makes a new weapon - a pistol. Let's practice using it. We aim at the dummies and shoot. The longer we hold, the more likely it will hit. However, the probability of hitting depends on the distance. For example, if you approach the enemy at close range, then holding the mouse button is not at all necessary, just click on it and the probability of hitting it will still be very high. We return to Leonardo, who gives us a mask so as not to attract attention at the carnival.

    The girls are in trouble.
We go to the brothel to talk to Antonio there. At this moment, one of the girls runs there, from whose words it becomes known that some villain wounded and robbed one of the courtesans. We run out into the street and follow the villain, along the way he will try to take hostages, then we take out the pistol and kill him, after which we return back to the brothel. You need to kill the villain only from a distance. Because if you try to get close to him, then he kills the hostages and the mission is failed.

    Wise nun.
We talk with Antonio and Theodora, we learn from them that in order to get to the new doge, you need to get a golden mask, which serves as a kind of pass. We follow Antonio and Theodora to the carnival square. The person on the stage announces the competition. To get the golden mask, you need to win 4 competitions. Competitions can be held in any sequence except the fourth.

    Collecting tapes.
The first test is to collect the most tapes. The mini-map shows the places of congestion of women, from whom the ribbons should be taken. There are about 20 such ladies, it is not a problem to commit theft, since they stand calmly, and the guards do not react to such “theft”.

    The race has started.
In the second test, you need to break the running record, and you need to run strictly according to the designated checkpoints.

    Capture the Flag.
You need to capture the flag 3 times and deliver it to your base. Our opponent will get pretty fast and, with each round, he will be closer to the flag. The first round, we run straight along the roof, on which we are, we run to the edge, we jump down, thereby getting exactly where the flag is located, after that we climb up to the roof and run to the finish line. There is no point in running on the ground, since the enemy runs much faster than us, but he climbs slowly. For the next two rounds, we do not regret medication and turn left immediately after the start and jump down the courtyard, after which we run to the flag, get the flag, then we climb onto the roof and run to the finish line.

You can't make money by deceiving good.
Rule one no weapon, fight only with fists. We deal with the first three opponents without any problems, the fourth opponent will be Dante Moro. However, it will not be a problem to beat him. Silvio Barbarigo bribes the judge, after which 4 guards with short swords enter the arena. You can continue to fight with your fists, but it is easier to take away the weapon from one of the guards and they have already dealt with the rest.
The competition is over, we are watching the video in which Dante receives the mask.

    Great fun.
We decide to steal the mask from Dante. We get around to the zone marked in green, turn on eagle vision (the victim should turn golden), steal his mask. We put on a mask and go to the doge's holiday. Suddenly Dante appears there. The guards are looking for us, so we try to mix with the crowd and hire courtesans and wait exactly one minute, you can go to some corner, or you can stay in the square, but move from one group to another. After a minute has passed, we surround ourselves with courtesans, we come closer to the pier, where Marco Barbarigo is broadcasting from the deck of the ship. We take out the pistol and kill him (although it is possible from the hidden blade). After that, the easiest way is to jump into the channel and thus get rid of the pursuers. We return to the brothel.

    Tenth sequence

    Republic of Venice.
    1486 year.

    A fighter in a cage.
We go to the palace to Antonio, where we get acquainted with the new doge, during the conversation a new goal is indicated - Silvio Barbarigo. To get to him we are offered to use the help of Bartolomeo d "Alviano and his mercenaries, but he is arrested. We get to the cell in which Bartolomeo is kept, we deal with the guards near the cage, and then we release Bartolomeo. We deal with the following guards, with Bartolomeo, in Unlike our former companions, he himself knows how to fight well, and then we accompany him to a safe place.

    Nobody is forgotten.
We get the task from Bartolomeo to free his mercenaries, who were arrested by Silvio Barbarigo. You need to act in the same way as the task with the release of Bartolomeo. Thus, we will need to free the mercenaries from three cells in any order.

    To battle!
We talk with Bartolomeo, after which we go to place the mercenaries in specially designated places, for which, we first kill all the guards there.

One sword of two birds with one stone.
After we have placed all the mercenaries, we climb the tallest building in the city, from where we give a sign to the mercenaries to attack. After that, we go downstairs and run to help Bartolomeo, who is fighting with a group of guards, including Dante. We catch up with Dante, after which we fight with him. After receiving several accurate blows, Dante will try to escape with Silvio. Our task is to catch up and finish off both, while on the way we will come across guards, but you should not start a fight with them, so as not to waste time, the easiest way is to use a hidden blade to remove the interfering guards from the road, and then continue the pursuit.

    Eleventh sequence

    Republic of Venice.
    1488 year.

    Patience is rewarded.
We go to Leonardo, we learn that a ship came to the port from Cyprus with a mysterious cargo. We go to the port and observe how the courier receives the box with the cargo. We follow the courier. He often turns around, so you can't get close to him, but at the same time you can't let him out of sight, since the courier in some areas starts to walk very quickly. On the way, guards will often come across, but you should not get involved in a fight with them - you will only waste time and the courier will run away. Arriving at your destination, you need to quickly get into the courtyard and kill the courier. You are given 90 seconds for this. You can climb to the roof to kill archers, jump into the hay and quietly kill the courier. Or you can hire courtesans to set them on the main guard and thus get to the courier.

    Play.
After killing the courier, Ezio puts on his armor. We select the box and carry it to the Borgia following the other guard. It is impossible to run or run into people who are carrying boxes, since in this case you can drop your load, and while he is lifting the box, the accompanying person may already disappear from the field of vision. We get to the Borgia and give him a fight, when he has a couple of health squares, then the guards will come running to help him, but help will also come to us in time. We deal with the guards, but the Spaniard will run away, leaving us a mysterious cargo. We are watching the video.

    Twelfth Sequence

    Romagna.
    1488 year.

    Warm welcome.
In Forlì we meet Caterina Sforza and Machiavelli. When we go towards the city, frightened residents run towards us, who say that the city was attacked by the Orsi brothers .. town. In the city itself, you don't have to get involved in fights, since supporters of Orsi and Sforza will fight on the streets everywhere, our task is to climb the wall and open the gates to the city.

    Bodyguard.
We accompany Caterina and Machiavelli to the palace, while it is necessary to constantly monitor the health of the companions, since they will not be able to fight off the attackers on their own.

    Defense of the fortress.
After we finally got to the fortress, it must be protected. First, we fight on the ground, while paying attention to the signs near the walls of the fortress - there you can get charges for the pistol. Having dealt with the enemies below, we climb the tower, after which we kill everyone there. After a certain number of killed guards, the Orsi brothers appear, who report that they have kidnapped Katerina's children, instead of ransom, they will demand to give them the Apple.

    Godfather.
It is necessary to save the children of Katerina, the task is given 10 minutes. First, let's save the girl, for this we run out of town and find Bianca tied up near one of the sheds. We kill the guards, free the girl, she will report that her brother is at the lighthouse. We rise to the very top of the lighthouse, there we kill one of the Orsi brothers (Ludovico) and free the son of Katerina.

    Checkmate.
We learn that the second of the brothers, Chekko Orsi, kidnapped the Apple and escaped, we catch up with him, kill and take the Apple back. Before his death, Chekko manages to wound Ezio. We are watching the video. An unknown monk takes the apple.

An apple from an apple tree ...
Caterina advises us to look for a monk in the nearest abbey. We get to the abbey, in the backyard we see how the guards beat the monk, we kill the guards, from the words of the monk we learn that the person we need is in Forli. We go to the abbey in Forli. The monk tries to escape, we catch him and find out the necessary information.

    Thirteenth Sequence

    Florentine Republic.
    1497 year.

    Fiasco in Florence.
We get to Florence, but there we are on the wanted list, so we won't be able to get into the city just like that. Then we go to the bridge, where we will meet with Machiavelli. We walk with Machiavelli through the city, on the way the guards attack us, fight them off, while monitoring the health of our companion. Thus we get to the palace. After the conversation, Ezio decides to kill 9 Savonarola's lieutenants. You can complete tasks in any order.
    Kill 9 Lieutenants:

    Port authorities
We run across the roof and jump into the water, swim up to the ship from the back side, and climb aboard. Two guards walk along the side, they need to be thrown into the water, we observe how they walk and choose the moment when one of the guards remains standing, and the second turns his back to the first and leaves. We throw into the water the first guard, then the second. Then we quickly climb aboard the ship and, having run around the thug and the mast, we kill the merchant with the help of the hidden blade. If this is done quickly, then the guard will not have time to raise the alarm before the murder. After the murder, we immediately jump overboard and swim away. It is possible in a longer way - we kill in a jump with the help of the hidden blade of two guards guarding the descent to the pier, after which we kill the archer at the pier with the help of throwing knives or a pistol. After that, we climb onto the opposite side of the ship and throw two guards into the water from there, from the other side we throw off only one guard, for some reason they always notice us on the second. Then we climb to the stern of the ship and kill two guards near the steering wheel with a hidden blade, while simply approaching us from behind, and do not jump from side to the steering wheel, so they will hear us on the deck. At the same time, we make sure that the "walking" guard remaining on the deck does not look in our direction. We jump onto the railing, fix ourselves on the merchant and kill him with a pistol or a hidden blade.

    Forward and upward
The nobleman quickly and deftly runs on the roofs, but catching up with him is not a problem, the main thing is not to fall down anywhere.

    Sworn enemy
It is located on the bridge, we just sneak up to it there from the side of the canal so that the guards do not see us, and we kill the condottier.

    Unction
The priest is on a very high building. It is better not to get involved in fights with archers, but to climb secretly along the back of the cathedral, while choosing the moments when the archers will not look in our direction, having reached the very top, we already kill two guards and throw the priest down. You can just jump on top of it, or you can climb through the forests to the site where the priest is and just throw him down.

    Point intervention
There are two ways to get to the doctor, who is standing on the square in front of a large crowd of people. First, we mix with the crowd and lean closer, while moving from one group of people to another. Having found ourselves close to the steps to the building, near which the doctor is standing, we draw attention to a group of monks who constantly climbs up the steps and walks there in a circle. We mix with this group and together with them we go upstairs, there we reach a bench near the wall of the building and sit there, thus, we find ourselves practically behind the doctor's back. We choose a convenient moment and kill him. The second option is to climb onto the roof of the building in front of which the doctor is standing, while it is better to do this from the side, since there are fewer archers. Our task is to go down to the patio, we try to do this without attracting the attention of the archers on the roof, it is not necessary to kill them, since most of them have their backs to us and do not look back. We look into the courtyard, there we will see a cart with hay, jump into it and look around. At this moment, the doctor also enters the courtyard, goes around it around the perimeter and goes back to the square. He will now walk like that all the time. Pay attention to the location of the guards in the courtyard and to the group of monks who constantly walk around the courtyard. We choose the moment when the monks are almost close to the cart in which Ezio is hiding, we jump out of the cart and mix with this group and together with them we begin to walk to the bench, which is located to the right of the entrance, we sit down there. Next, you need to wait for the doctor, and when he walks by, kill him with a hidden blade.

    In the hayloft
It is located in a closed area, but constantly walks there in a circle. We stand at the very edge of the restricted area in some group of people (ordinary passers-by or hired ones), after which we wait for a farmer to pass by us. We survive when he is near the edge of the restricted area, quickly run to him and kill him with a hidden blade. You can enter the restricted area yourself and move there in short dashes between shelters, waiting for the guards not to look in our direction, and, thus, get close to the farmer.

    Judgment Day
We just climb onto the roof above it and jump down, while killing the priest.

    Still life.
The artist is in a protected area, but getting close to him is not a problem.

    Career
We find ourselves trapped in the courtyard, while several guards will come down to us, and there will be archers on the walls. However, we should not be distracted by the guards, we immediately try to climb up and get to the captain of the guards, while trying to climb up as quickly as possible in those places where the archers do not reach us, climbing the first staircase, we deal with the archers, after which we go up to the captain and kill his. Any secrecy is not required, before the mission you just need to stock up on ammunition and medicines.

    Power to the people.
We run to the square to deal with Savonarola. We watch the video, after which we see that the apple is picked up by the dodger guard and runs away. We catch up and kill. We go to the square to watch the execution. When we find ourselves in the crowd, we will have 30 seconds to approach Savonarola, who must be burned. It is enough just to get through the crowd, then Ezio will do everything himself.

    Fourteenth sequence

We receive a map from Catherine Sforza with the pages of the Codex marked on it. We collect all the remaining pages (the total number of pages is 30). After that, we return to the villa, where we give the received pages to Leonardo for decryption, and then we go to Mario. We approach the stand where all the pages of the code are located and turn on the "eagle vision". Expand the codex pages so that they form a map. As expected, all roads lead to Rome.

    Rome.
    1499 year.

    In Bocca Al Lupo.
We make our way into the Sistine Chapel, first we jump onto the boxes, from there we climb higher along the various rungs. We climb onto the roof. We kill the guards, activate the lever and go further. We will have to do this several times. Then we sit on a horse and break through as quickly as possible forward, not paying attention to the guards. On the way, they will try to close the gates, if we have time, then we will slip through, if not, then we just climb the tower. We finally get to the temple itself. We mix with the groups of monks and go forward, opening the doors with the levers. We enter the hall where the Borgia is. We climb up and jump forward along the beams. Once over the Borgia we throw throwing knives at him or shoot from a pistol. We go downstairs and fight with him. When we win, Rodrigo wounds Ezio and runs away. With the help of eagle vision, we find a secret passage and run after. Then we fight with the Borgia in hand-to-hand combat. We are watching the video.

We watch the credits. At this moment, Desmond will be disconnected from the Animus, since the base was attacked by enemies, we will deal with them, talk to Dr. Vidik and leave the base. Along the way, Rebecca tells us that she has connected the Animus and we can continue the game in free-play mode.
