By contour, the table top is made from the profile of 60 × 240. When assembling should be followed by the equality of the angles and diagonals of the contour.

The inner grill is recruited from the segments of the profile of 30 × 230 and is welded to the contour at equal distances from each other. All welded seams should be carefully cleaned the corner grinding.

From the side of the short sides to the bottom of the table, you can breed the handles from the rod 8-12 mm. This will rearrange the table from place to place.

The legs are welded at the corners of the tabletop frame. First, it follows the point welding to grab legs and especially carefully check the corners of the set of legs with a coal and metal line. They must be strictly perpendicular to the frame plane. If the skew is detected - it should be fixed. Otherwise, the table will be unstable. From the bottom of the legs you can weld the fastenings of the wheels. It is convenient if the table is often planned to move from place to place. If the place is permanent, it is better to abandon the additions of the wheels and to prigerate small metal squares to increase the stability and protection of the floor from damage.

After aligning the legs, they need to be prevailing constantly and copper with an additional strapping from light corners of 20 cm from the ends. They are welded with a flat side down, and in the resulting recess lay the shelf from OSB. It places welding equipment and materials, mask, etc.

You can also welcome several brackets and hooks for hanging cables, holder and other snapshot. They are made from the steel bar of large nails. You should carefully clean them to remove sharp edges.

Protective box

The protective box is used to prevent spray splashing of the molten metal during welding and solid waste during stripping. The frame is made of a light corner, and the box itself is made of thin metal. It is attached to the tabletop on the pins. When driving with parts, protruding the dimensions of the table, the box is removed.

Under the tabletop, you can breed a tray with low sideboards for the collection of scale at stripping seams. The tray is installed with some inclination so that the garbage is gradually assembled to its lower edge.

Tools are stored in a wooden or metal box. Instead, you can cook the cabinet with the shelves.

Assembly

For assembly work, you will need:

  • welding machine;
  • electrodes;
  • bulgarian with cutting disc and disk for stripping;
  • set of manual plumbing tools;
  • rule 1 m, corner, roulette.

The assembly is carried out in the following order:

  • cutting blanks, checking sizes and angles by sketching drawing;
  • assembling table tops: First, the contour, then the ribs;
  • attaching legs;
  • welding bottom strapping;
  • fastening wheels or reference sites;
  • assembly protective box;
  • mounting tray;
  • final stripping of seams, burrs and irregularities;
  • applying soil and paint;
  • installing OSB sheet.

Additionally, you can welcome the handles for moving and hooks for wires.

Precautions when working at the welding table

Welding has several harmful factors that may damage human health:

  • heat;
  • screen of hot splashes;
  • ultraviolet radiation of high intensity;
  • electric shock;
  • fall of heavy items.

To avoid harmful effects, the following rules should be followed:

  • Works should be carried out in well ventilated rooms equipped with both aircraft and exhaust forced ventilation.
  • Before starting work, carefully inspect the equipment for the absence of mechanical damage, insulation disorders, weakened contacts.
  • During operation, be sure to use personal protective equipment: welder mask, respirator, spilch protective gloves with crags, refractory clothing and shoes.
  • It is impossible to clutter the workplace. There should be easy and convenient access of the welder to the working area.
  • It is strictly forbidden to work with random supports.
  • Welded parts must be fixed by inventory fixtures.
  • It is strictly forbidden to apply and store flammable materials and liquids closer than 5 meters from the welding location.

Carefully execute these rules will allow to preserve health, life and material values.
