- What were the first impressions of the region?

I come from Bashkiria, this republic is climate, on the national flavor looks like, so I will not say that I was somewhat surprised in Buryatia. But, of course, Baikal causes deep impressions, it is a completely unique lake, which is not large for the entire planet. Nowhere in the world can not see something like that. In general, on Baikal, I visited the second or third day after my arrival in Buryatia, drove by car, on the night.

- Never before planned to come to Baikal, say, for rest?

Honestly, once a long time ago, I flew on the plane over Baikal, being another child, and then I had such a thought - that someday I get here. So it turned out, the stars came together and I am grateful to the fate that she led me to Baikal.

- How did the family react to your destination, where is it now, who is it?

I already have an adult, an adult daughter, there is a 12-year-old son. My family is still in Ufa, but the plans to move here. You need to solve many questions on school, circles and sections, my son is engaged in sports. I think the situation will be determined over the next year. I still try, if possible, to be in my homeland, see them. Almost every day we communicate on the phone, Skype.

Have time to get acquainted with the subordinate household, are there any plans for the future? What do you plan to do the focus in your work? What do you see the main goals?

The subordinate farm is quite large, trying to get acquainted with the whole team. First of intelligence I see an assessment of the staff potential of the ministry, it is known that the personnel decide everything, this industry is no exception. Need a food-tree, a cohesive team to solve the tasks that the Government of the Russian Federation and Buryatia.

- Do you plan any personnel permutations?

While I wash, I look at the team, the team looks at me. I think for two to three weeks, the maximum, we will define a few months with the future structure of the ministry.

Today, the impression is that the team has a fairly cohesive, certainly competent, people work with extensive experience, we don't have to turn the fluidity of the personnel.

What would you call now the main problem that requires a solution? Say, the garbage is called one of the main problems of Baikal. Moreover, tourism is developing in Buryatia, and we are not clear on the coast that with garbage ...

The zones of responsibility on Baikal are defined, everyone knows who responsible for which territory this year significantly more money was allocated for cleaning the garbage on the coast. I have repeatedly asked people, I myself went, I appreciated it, all the same, it becomes much cleaner. There is still a problem of large landfills, and it is clear that Buryatia will not only be able to eliminate the accumulated damage to the accumulated damage, it should be the joint work of the Federation and the Republic. The issue of eliminating landfills is included in the FTP plan for the protection of Lake Baikal, I hope we will receive financing and try to deliver Baikal and residents from these landfills.

- Will it make a regional waste management operator?

Including. We introduce a completely new waste management system, it is introduced with great difficulties, but we try to approach the problem with maximum attention. And the question is moving, you need to say. Recently, a presentation of the first mobile garbage station was held in Ulan-Ude. Unfortunately, stationary sorting objects in the city have not yet been launched, and they simply do not have them in the republic. Mobile station is such a compromise solution, and in the future federal supervisory authorities recommend us to immediately make combined polygons for the disposal of waste. And there is a disposal of the Government of the Russian Federation, which says that certain types of waste will be forbidden in the near future. So, most likely, we will go through the way of building polygons with the garbage sorting function.

- In the plans, after all, the construction of the polygons?

Yes, throughout Buryatia, plans are the construction of two dozen such objects on the territorial waste management scheme. Today, two polygon is ready for design and estimate documentation, the necessary positive examinations have been obtained, for another two waiting for the completion of work in the near future. Total we will have 4 facilities for the construction, which we will try to get federal financing for 2019.

- Where will they be built?

PSD is ready on Touruntaevo, on the environmental examination of the PCD of the landfill in the Barguzinsky district. Separately develops the situation on Ulan-Ude, unfortunately there is a difficult situation here today. In the capital of Buryatia there is a private landfill, according to which judicial disputes go, there is a city landfill, the capacity of which is not infinite. And this is also a priority task - to try this year to receive funds on the PSD of the construction of a new landfill in Ulan-Ude. Its construction can begin in 2020, the land plot is assigned to it, it is located next to existing ones. But it will not expand the existing object, but the construction of a new one. We have no other exit, the situation is complicated today, but we will make every effort to allow it as soon as possible.
