Solar dryer with fan and thermostat

To create a working automated model with a length of 1 m, 0.6 m height and a width of 0.53 m, the following materials will be needed:

  • fan with a diameter of 120 mm voltage by 12 V;

The design algorithm is the following.

  • aluminium foil;
  • metal grid;

  • cartridge for a conventional light bulb with fasteners;
  • thermometer;
  • infrared light;
  • aluminum scotch or glue.

Installation is created in the following sequence.

  1. The insides of the box are placed by aluminum foil using tape or glue.
  2. Shelves made from the grid to the size of the box.
  3. On any wall near the bottom, the hole is made under the feed wire and fix the cartridge screws.
  4. Screw the infrared light bulb.
  5. A thermometer is attached to any sidewall.
  6. Cut the wire into pieces, which in length larger the width of the box approximately 5 mm.
  7. Spread holes in the sidewalls under the rods for racks.
  8. Insert the wire in them and the protruding ends of the scotch are sticking outside.
