(Modified edition, meas. N 1).

3. Rules of acceptance

3.1. Grids are accepted by parties. The party should consist of grids of one number, one width, one material and is decorated with one quality document. The document on quality must contain:

- Conditional designation of the grid;

- width in millimeters and the length of the grid in meters, the total amount of the grid in square meters;

3.2. To check the quality of weave, the bends of the ends of the spiral, the average arithmetic value of the size of the cell side in the light, the length, the width of the mesh and the corner of the cell from the batch select 5% rolls, but not less than two.

(Modified edition, meas. N 2).

3.3. Upon receipt of unsatisfactory test results, at least one of the indicators, it is re-conducted on a double amount of rolls.

(Modified edition, meas. N 1).

4. Test methods

4.1. The quality of weave and the bending of the ends of the spirals is determined visually when the grid rolls are rewound.

4.2. The average arithmetic value of the sample side of the cell in the light is determined in three places of the grid, which are not less than 100 mm, are counted in two directions parallel to the sides of the cell of 10 cells for grids NN 5-15 and five cells for grids NN 20-100 And the length of the site is measured, including one extreme wire, on which the subject cells are located. The length of the area to determine the average arithmetic value of the sample side of the cell in the light is measured by a meter or a ruler with a division of 1 mm.

The average arithmetic value of the size of the cell side in light (), mm, calculated by the formula

where - the length of the site, on which five or 10 cells consistently counted in the corresponding directions are located in the corresponding directions;

- the number of check-in cells;

- Nominal wire diameter, mm.

The final value of the average arithmetic size of the sides of the cell in the light is defined as the arithmetic average of six dimensions.

4.3. The wire diameter is measured by micrometer GOST 6507. Before making a grid.

(Modified edition, meas. N 2).

Grid Steel Rabita - Application and Classification

Steel wicker grid is one of the most popular and recognizable metal rolling market segments. Literally any fence - from private possessions to industrial zones and partitions of various purposes, made of steel wicker grid. Fences, and not only, a steel wicker grid, which in the company "Rent Metal" can be at a bargain price, applicable in various fields:

  • Construction - as a strengthening frame when carrying out insulation, as a sieve for sieving building materials, to harden the road asphalt coating, the manufacture of reinforced concrete, low-loaded structures;
  • Mining workings - strengthening mines and mines, as well as sifting - separation of materials according to fractions;
  • Agriculture is the manufacture of cells, enclosures and partitions, for rabbits and poultry houses.

Rabita grid, price On which the meter is listed, can be supplied in Moscow and an uncoated area, with zinc or polymer coating. The protection of the grid on the external environmental impact allows you to successfully exploit it during the decade without changes in the appearance. Corrosion resistance, temperature drops, manufacturability and ease of installation - steel mesh is very widely and the possibilities of its use are constantly expanding.

Grid Steel wicker GOST 5336-80 - Production and characteristics

GOST is classified a steel woven grid according to the accuracy of the sizes of cells, coating and on the form of a cell. The grid is a canvas with square or rhombic (rhombus angle 60 °) cells, a retainer of flat or round spirals, woven each other in a consistent order. Production material - low carbon steel wire, thermally untreated or galvanized. Protective zinc coating is applied in several ways - hot or galvanic. Hot dip galvanizing is performed in stages - cleaning, degreasing, flushing and drying, then immersion in the bathroom with zinc. The steel sheet coated in this way is used for a wide range of construction work and is characterized by durability and immunity to corrosion.

The electroplating coating is the application of the zinc layer by the method of electrochemical exposure to the metal, as a result, the coating is obtained even, without the slightest defects and retains the initial appearance for a long time.

It is made of wire with a cross section from 1.2 mm to 5 mm, quality requirements: adjacent spirals are woven with all the turns, there are no inverted spirals in the grid. Rolls are shipped by weight of no more than 80 kg, the mass of the roll is allowed 250 kg for some types of grids. Roll length no more than 10 meters, in agreement with customers it is possible to individual order, the roll width is up to 1.5 meters. The ends of the roll turn around either with a web, or paper, rolls are tied with a wire-rod or ribbon.
