Then the elements are connected using a furniture bolt with a length of 8 mm and a diameter of 6 mm, as well as self-control nut. Between the stops you need to put the washers from the metal.

When the design is collected, the master must check the correctness of the mounting table tops. If the device opens freely and closes, you can connect two benches together. For this purpose, armrests are installed on the protruding legs of the legs. For their manufacture, it is necessary to cut 2 boards in size 8 by 22 cm and another 4 - 6x27. Then these elements are connected to each other with a joinery of joinery and waders. Then, according to the drawing, the armrests are attached to the shops to the bench in such a way that they rest in the backrest bar.

Montage lever

At the last stage, the master must install the lever itself, thanks to which there will be a change in the position of the transformer. For levers, you need to prepare two boards with a length of 88 cm and any width (in our case - 6 cm), rounded their ends. If the lever is cut correctly, then when substituting to the bench it turns out to be in the same plane with a tabletop bar and a standing leg.

Then in the lever, the bar, the leg you need to drill holes with a diameter of 7 mm. To do this, on the lever, it is necessary to retreat from one edge of 5 cm, and from the other - 1, and on the bar - 12 cm and 1. The elements of the design are connected by furniture nuts and screws, the washers are installed between the parts of the mechanism. In order for the lever to hold tightly, it needs to be copped with self-drawing with armrest.
