In the general presentation, the installation of plastic pipes is a compound of individual elements from PVC, fitting devices and components in a single hermetic network. It is carried out by three technologies:

  • fuse-free;
  • the method of "cold welding";
  • by using special connecting couplings.

Installation using the first method in most cases is used in the construction of sewage systems, since it is the simplest and provides for the usual fixation of the end of the coupling pipe in the rubber laying of another.

The second method is to use a special chemical composition that ensures reliable contact of all elements. The third method is operated when connecting different pipes, for example, from metal and polymers.

Preparation

Conducting preparatory work is an extremely important procedure that provides for a clear organization of actions and the presence of all necessary tools. The first step is to draw up an exemplary scheme that will completely reflect the number of fitting devices, the sizes of pipes and their number. Before carrying out cutting pipes from PVC under the adhesive compound, the preliminary measurements should be carried out along a dry surface. The ends of the binding elements should be cleaned and degrease. Cutting is worth carrying out by means of a conventional hacksaw for metal or a special cutter. Do not forget that the fixation of pipes is ensured using special brackets that are attached to the wall.

In order for the cut, it turns out to be smooth and sealed, it is worth pre-outline the pipe at the place of the future cut. Cut is carried out strictly at an angle of 90 °. The remaining irregularities are cleaned by means of a knife and grinding paper.

The connecting pipe should be included in the fitting device at least 2/3. Step 5. Collect door openings according to the scheme. The segments of the pipes with a length of 1.8 m in the lower tees are fixed, then connected them with tees and jumpers with a length of 76 cm. Step 9. Install side ties. They are fixed on furniture bolts at a height of about 1.4-1.6 meters on both sides of the inside of the greenhouse. For greater stiffness, you can fix additional longitudinal ties. The place of attachment of the bolts is marked with red crosses.

Step 10. Collect doors and windows in accordance with the scheme from trimming pipes, tees and corners. Fix the window to the door frames on the loop using self-tapping screws. Attach loops on the door frame.

Step 11. Mix doors with loop in doorways. Install end ties made of pipes according to the scheme, fixing them on the furniture bolts. The mounting place is marked with red crosses.

Polycarbonate is a relatively new material that has received widespread recognition from dacnis.

It has many advantages:

  • the mount is carried out on special tapes with thermoshaba by pre-drilled holes, otherwise the sheets will behave when heating.

Sequencing.

Step 1. Remove with polycarbonate protective film and mark the top side with the marker (the protective film is usually colored or has a manufacturer's logo). It is better to make several marks on each sheet.

Step 2. Strip polycarbonate for end walls. To do this, the standard sheet is cut into three parts of 2x2 meters. Apply one part to the torch of the greenhouse so that the cavities are directed vertically. Align the left side of the leaf on the left edge and the marker outline the contours of the arc before the left rack and down it. Apply the right edge of the sheet to the right side of the end and come in the same way. As a result, the contours of the two seeds are obtained on the sheet. Cut them with a mounting knife or an electric bolt with a small allowance of 3-5 cm. Also come with the second end.

Step 3. Fix the carved parts on the tapping screws with thermoshaba with a screwdriver. The mounting step is 30-50 cm. At the same time try not to press the polycarbonate. Crop the surplus polycarbonate with a knife.

Step 4. The third sheet segment is used to cover doors and forces. The sheet is applied to the doors, observing verticality. Drop the doors with a reserve, cut out the blanks and fasten them on the doors and windows. From the residues of polycarbonate cut the arch above the door, close it. Polycarbonate in the place of the joints is better to connect with the help of special profiles.
