Each TRC, regardless of its common design, consists of:

On modern gas stations, a fuel leave system is used to control the TRC, which includes: a system block of a computer, display, keyboard and cash register. The fuel leave is set to the dose.

In order to reduce the hydraulic losses and reduce the size of the hydraulic column system, there is currently a tendency to combine a number of the hydraulic system nodes into one node (monoblock), in which the functions of the combined nodes are performed by separate monoblock cameras. As a rule, the pump, filters, a gas separator, a float chamber, a pump operation valve are combined in the monoblock. In this case, the volume meter and the electric motor are placed directly on the monoblock.

Some foreign firms fuel dispensers apply multistage submersible pumps that are installed separately from the TRK inside the tanks with fuel on the suction lines of the columns. The moving pistons rotate the crankshaft, with the end of which the reading device is connected, which gives digital information about the amount of fuel released.

They can only display information about the value of the dose issued or, in addition to this information, more information about the price of one liter of fuel and the value of the issued dose. A column with electronic reading devices has a much greater possibility for automating technological processes on a gas station than columns with mechanical counting devices.

In the hydraulic column system, the indicator with a glass cap or a window, which can be observed after the flow of fuel coming out of the column, and control its gaspace, is installed in the hydraulic columns. When the air bubbles are found in the fuel indicator, the operating column must be discontinued, since this indicates a violation of the suction pipeline, due to which the large air seats occurs along with the fuel with which the column gas separator does not cope. In order to ensure the possibility of issuing fuel of several varieties into two sides by one column, multi-screw columns (4, b, 8 and more sleeves) are used with independent hydraulic systems operating on their sleeves. Such columns represent single aggregates, allowing to reduce the area necessary to set the columns.

In addition to the above nodes, other additional nodes can be used in the columns, depending on the additional tasks performed by speakers. To solve the environmental problems, the columns are equipped with nodes to capture the vapors of petroleum products emitted from the Gorlovin of the fuel tanks of cars when fuel refueling them.   • Operation and repair of tanks intended for the reception and storage of petroleum products are carried out in accordance with the current regulations for the technical operation of metal tanks, instructions for repairing them and the rules for the technical operation of a gas station.

  • Each section of a multisective tank is subject to requirements as a separate reservoir.

  • Maintenance and repair of reservoirs are carried out according to the schedule approved by the leader (technical manager) of the organization.
  • Reservoir equipment is subjected to preventive inspections:

  • To protect corrosion tanks, it is recommended to provide passive or active protection methods and combinations:
  1. applying paint and metallization coatings;

  3. the use of corrosion inhibitors.

Maintenance
