1. Types, sizes and brands

2. Requirements for construction

The standard does not apply to the doors of unique public buildings: train stations, theaters, museums, sports palaces, exhibition pavilions, cultural palaces.

The doors manufactured according to the standard, depending on the purpose, are divided into the following types:

N - entrance and tambourines;

C - service;

L - hatches and lazes.

HA doors should be made with shield and frame fabric. Framework cannons can be swinging. Types of types of C and L should be made with shield canvases. Shield canvases, can be made with a wrapping.

2.1. Doors should be made in accordance with the requirements of GOST 475-78, this standard and on working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.

2.3. The panel door canvases should be made with a solid filling of the shield calibrated with a thickness of wooden slats.

Door facing is made by materials in accordance with GOST 475-78 in a part belonging to the doors of increased moisture resistance.

Under the condition of continuous sheatting of doors from the outside by profiled rails according to GOST 8242-75 in the layer of pergamine according to GOST 2697-75 or the sheathing of galvanized steel according to GOST 7118-78 is allowed to use solid wood-fibrous plates of the T-400 brand according to GOST 4598-74 or glued Plywood grade FC according to GOST 3916-69. Tambourous doors are allowed to manufacture with wooden slats. Rakes are fastened with screws according to GOST 1144-80 or nails according to GOST 4028-63 40 mm long with an anti-corrosion coating. The maximum step of fasteners is 500 mm. Fastenings in each row should be located on the same level along the entire width of the canvas.

2.4. The lower parts of the doors of the type N doors should be protected by wooden straps with a thickness of 16 - 19 mm or lanes from a decorative paper-layered plastic with a thickness of 1.3 - 2.5 mm according to GOST 9590-76, superhard wood-fibrous plates thickness 3.2 - 4 MM according to GOST 4598-74, tonclothic galvanized steel. Wood and plastic protective materials are fixed with waterproof glue and screws with an anti-corrosion coating, and steel stripes - screws 30 - 40 mm long by GOST 1144-80. Fastening step by perimeter 100 mm. Sizes of protective slats and strips are shown. 6 - 11.

2.5. The canvas and the boxes of challenges and warmed doors of type C should be protected by a thin-leaf galvanized steel thickness of 0.35 - 0.8 mm according to GOST 7118-78 over the entire surface on both sides, as indicated on the feature. 12. Sheets of steel interconnected into single folds.
2.6. The fabric fabrics of the type with both sides are covered with asbestos cardboard layers with a thickness of 5 mm according to GOST 2850-75.

The canvas of the warmed doors of the type C coated on one side by a layer of soft wood-fibrous plates with a thickness of 12 mm according to GOST 4598-74. On the perimeter of the canvas on the insulation side, the wooden rails 12 x 30 mm, the mounting step 100 - 150 mm, are fixed with nails or screws.

2.7. For glazing doors, a window glass is used with a thickness of 4 - 5 mm according to GOST 111-78.

If the glass is located at a distance of 800 mm or less from the bottom of the web and when using a large format glass, protective fences should be installed.

Examples of the installation of protective fences are given in the recommended Annex 2.

The thickness of the glass, the design of protective grilles and changes in the design of doors associated with the installation of electricians must be specified in the working drawings.

2.8. To protect against mechanical damage to the reduction of noise and heat lifting doors of the H type H must be equipped with door closures of the ZD1 type according to GOST 5091-78, sealing gaskets according to GOST 10174-72 or from porous rubber according to GOST 7338-77, door stops of the type UD1 according to GOST 5091- 78. In bipoly doors, ZT valves or spivenets of the SCU according to GOST 5090-79 should be installed.

2.9. The need to pick doors by locks according to GOST 5089-80 should be indicated in the order.
