Conjugation, chamfer, break or combine objects. Chamfer and rounds Size of flat chamfer

Pairing, chamfer, break or combine objects

Construction conjugation

Using the conjugation, you can connect two objects using an arc, tangent to objects, and which has a certain radius.

The inner angle is called a pairing, and an external angle - rounding; You can create both angle using the pairing command.

You can match the following objects:

Ellipses and elliptical arcs

Segments

Polyline

Spline

You can round all the corners of the polyline using the pairing command.

NOTE. Conjugation of hatching boundaries, which consists of segments, leads to loss of associativity. If the border of the hatching is given by the polyline, associativity is preserved.

If both connected objects lie on one layer, the conjugation arc is also carried out on the same layer. Otherwise, it is built on the current layer. The layer determines the other properties of the object, including the color and type of lines.

Using the "Multiple" option, you can conjugate several objects without leaving the command.

Setting the conjugation radius

The radius of the conjugation is called an arc radius connecting the conjugated objects. The change in the radius acts only on the interface performed after this, leaving existing ones. If the radius is set to 0, then the conjugated objects are simply cut or lengthened to the intersection point without constructing the interface arc.

When you select objects to replace the value of the current conjugation radius, you can hold the SHIFT key.

Pruning and elongation of conjugated objects

The option "Crossing" can be selected by the pairing mode, in which objects are either trimmed / lengthen to the intersection point with the mating arc or remain unchanged.

Setting point pairing

Possible conjugations can exist several, and the program makes them a choice based on the position of the points of instructions. Compare in the drawings of the location of objects of objects and the obtained conjugations.

Conign of segments with multi

To pairing lines with multiline each line or its continuation should cross one of the linear segments of the polyline. If the "Criming" mode is enabled, conjugate interface objects and arc are combined, forming a new polyline.

Coupling along the whole polyline

You can build or cancel the construction of conjugations along the entire polyline.

With a nonzero conjugation radius, the pairing team conducts mating arcs in each of the vertices formed by the intersection of linear segments, if these segments are sufficient for the lane conjugation radius.

If the two converging linear polyline segments are separated by an arc, the pairing team replaces this arc with a mating arc.

If the conjugation radius is 0, then the mating arcs are not conducted. If, with the two linear polyline segments are separated by one arc segment, the pairing team removes the arc and lengthens the linear segments to their intersection.

Conjugation of parallel lines

It is possible to interfacitate parallel segments, direct and rays. The current pairing radius is temporarily adjustable to create an arc tangent to both objects, and placed in a plane common to both objects.

The first of the selected objects should be a segment or a beam, and the second - segment, direct or ray. The mating arc is carried out, as shown in the drawing.

Interface objects with nonzero height in 3D space

In AutoCAD, you can match any objects located in one plane and having extrusion directions, not parallel axis Z of the current PSK. The pairing team determines the direction of extrusion for the mating arc in the 3D space close to the axis direction of the current PSK.

Removal of beam

The chamfer connects two objects for their intersection in a flat or beveled corner.

The chamfer connects two objects with a curved line. Typically, bevelled angles are created.

You can remove the chamfer

Segments

Polyline

The chamfer command can be used to miveate the corners of the polyline using the same command.

NOTE. Removing the champers from the hatching boundaries, which consists of segments, leads to loss of associativity. If the border of the hatching is given by the polyline, associativity is preserved.

If both connected objects lie on one layer, the chamfer line is also carried out on the same layer. Otherwise, it is built on the current layer. The layer determines the other properties of the object, including the color and type of lines.

Using the "Multiple" option, you can connect the fan of several objects without leaving the command.

TASK OF THE FACE two linear sizes

The length of the chamfer is called the distance between the actual or imaginary intersection of objects and the point, to which the object is lengthened or clipped when the chamfer is removed. If both chamfer lengths are 0, then objects are cut or lengthen to the point of their intersection, and the chamfering line is not built. You can hold the SHIFT key while selecting objects to replace the values of the current chamfer distances by 0.

An example of a definition of the length of the first chamfer is 0.5, and the second chamfer is 0.25. After specifying the beam lengths, two segments are selected.

Pruning and elongation of connectable facilities

By default, the facilities connectable objects are cut. Cutting can be canceled using the "Pruning" option.

Building chamfer for linear and angular sizes

To build chamders, you can set the chamfering point with the first selected object and the angle formed by the chamfering line with this object.

In the following example, two segments are connected by the chamfer. The chamfer begins on the first segment at a distance of 1.5 units from the point of intersection of segments and forms an angle of 30 degrees with it.

Building champers for polylines and their segments

To remove the champers, you can choose the segments of one polyline. They must be either adjacent or separated by one arc segment. If there is an arc segment between the specified segments, as shown in the drawing, then this arc segment is removed and replaced by the chamfering line.

Removing the champers along the entire polyline

It is possible to take chamfers along the entire Polyline, that is, to build them in each intersection of its segments. It is recommended to set the same values for both chamfer lengths.

In the following example, both linear sizes of each chamfer are equal to each other.

When removing the champers along the entire polyline, only those segments are processed, the lengths of which exceed the length of the chamfer. The next drawing shows a polyline, some of the segments of which were too small to remove the champers.

The drawing objects can be connected, mating them in the corners or the building chamfer (bevelled lines). In addition, in objects you can create or delete breaks.

Used in technological, technical, as well as on decorative and ergonomic purposes.

Applications

Chamdes are often used in various design elements to simplify the subsequent installation and reduce the danger of injury by sharp edges of the parts. For example, in mechanical engineering, the fastener chamfer is often a conical surface that cuts the edge formed by the end surface and the actual cylindrical surface of the hole. The chamfer bevel angle is selected based on the design purposes, but it is often set to 45 °. When landing with a tension, the recommended bevel angle on the shaft and the sleeve is 10 °.

The chamfer in the welding business or the edge cutting is used to create a welded bath between two thick metal sheets, thus allowing to bypass the limit of the maximum thickness of the provark area, and cook these sheets to form a high-quality connection. The angle and shape of the chamfer is selected from a number of technological and structural parameters, chamfer with a curvilinear surface are often used. The charter size is chosen according to GOST 10948-64 from the following number of numbers: 0.10; (0.12); 0.16; (0.20); 0.25; (0.30); 0.40; (0.50), 0.60; (0.80); 1.0; (1,2); 1.6; (2.0); 2.5; (3.0); 4.0; (5.0); 6.0; (8.0); 10; (12); sixteen; (20) and up to 250 mm. Sizes without brackets are preferred.

You know the designation scale (m), drawing projection: Types of front, top, side, - you know the designation of diameter (0), radius (R) of the circle, metric thread (for example, M10, M6).

In the work drawings, in addition to the appearance of the front, on top, on the side, it is necessary to show the inner form of the part.

Internal disk forms can be shown on the types using bar lines.

and - in the picture; 6 - on the types of drawing.

The disk has three holes and four recesses. In front of the front turned out to be a lot of bar lines, which makes it difficult to determine the inner form of the part. So that the drawing clearly gave an idea of the inner forms of the part, sections and cuts are used.

Sections

In working drawings, in addition to species, the image called the cross section often indicates.

On the section shows only what is located directly in the secant plane. The cross section is located in the drawing, but aside from the image, is called rendered. The cross section on the drawing image itself will be superimposed.

a - rendered; B - superimposed.

Incision - This is an image of the subject mentally dissected by one or several planes.

On the section show what is obtained in the secant plane and is located behind it. The figure below placed the part, mentally dissected by the plane, and the image of the section and cut. In contrast to the section, in the context, the unit and grooves are shown over the securing plane.

At cut and sections, the internal outlines (boundaries) are shown by solid lines, and the surfaces of the part on the securing plane are isolated by hatching. On sections and cuts, openings and recesses are visible.

The figure below placed the drawing of the same disk, which is in the figure, but instead of the appearance of the front, the cut is shown. Such an image allows you to better submit a disc on a drawing with its invisible contours (holes).

See drawing -

Chamfer- This is a cut corner or edge flat or cylindrical detail. The chamfer is removed to improve the view or fasten the sharp edges of the part.

a - flat; B - cylindrical.

In the drawings of parts indicate the number, width and corners of the chamfer. If two fakes have identical angles and sizes, then the drawing indicates as follows: 3 * 45 ° / 2 chamdes. This means that the details have two chamfers, each 3 mm wide, at an angle of 45 °.

If one part has several beams with different angles or different widths, the drawing indicates each chamchair.

Chamfer - This is nothing but an element of the part. By its origin, the word chamfer is obliged to the French word " faccete.", Which means the beveled parts of the corners, Röber, etc. The main part of the chamfer is designed to dull with sharp corners in order to ensure the safety of subsequent technological operations or the operation of products and mechanisms.

On technical chamfering drawings and their geometrical parameters are indicated in cases where it is clearly indicated its presence due to a technical solution. In other cases, chamfer, or what other forms of the edges are not specified, but in the process of manufacture should be dulted.

Mutely, as mentioned above, the chamfer are designed to ensure security with the further interaction of the person and the products of its production activities, but in some cases they are needed as decorative elements made by designers to the product.

Chamdes are very often used in the woodworking industry. The presence of a chamfer in combination with roundings, moving in cartlers and is very well combined with flat surfaces and give the product a complete appearance. Even the presence of a simple chamfer, for any detail, visually gives it volume, not to mention figure chamfering with changing trajectories of embedded and angles of inclination.

When decorative mirrors, decorative chamfer are made in the edges, in the form of small edges edges. Such edges are obtained as a result of grinding with a special diamond instrument, on machines intended for such types of work, with rich cooling. The edges treated with this method are called - " fatset" In the manufacture of doors, or any other parts of the interior, the glazing elements are used, as small tiles of the specified size with facet. In conjunction with the wood of noble breeds, the composition is gaining a composition that gives a special solemn view and the atmosphere of comfort.

There are chamfering chambers with a rather geek, which allow items to perform functions that ensure the guaranteed approach or engagement with the response components of the nodes and mechanisms.

In internal combustion engines, gas distribution is an important decisive part of the system of the system as a whole. To implement the gas exchange conditions, intake and outlet openings must be opened and closed strictly in a certain order and provide effective gas exchange. The timely supply of combustible mixture, and the release of exhaust gases is carried out by valves, which are driven by kinematic elements of the mechanisms. One of the components of the valve is the sealing chamfer, it is not entrusted with a non-extensive function of guaranteed overlap and ensuring unhindered gas output.

For high-quality welding of metal when connecting steel sheets greater than the size in its section, eight millimeters, the technological chamdes are usually removed. There are two ways to prepare edges for welding - heat treatment, or mechanical. Recently, the preparation of the edges by the rolling method is most often used, in which the metal displacement occurs under the influence of tangent stresses. Perform such operations with special machines with a system of guide rollers and a breathtaking round tool driven through a gearbox from the electric motor. The use of such mechanisms can significantly speed up the preparatory work. Machine for processing edges, " SN - 12. »Spanish firm" Cevisa."Is an effective tool of this type.
