Lie GBL to the floor. Floors from GWL: features and instructions for laying. Distinctive features of floors from GWL

Hypusoloconse materials have greatly proven themselves when performing work on horizontal bases. Due to the sustainable characteristics, the resulting surface is suitable for lining with various products. Most often, the installation of GBL on the floor under the tile in the house is complemented by a warm flooring device. But to obtain a qualitative result it is necessary to take into account certain rules.

Gypsumless panels have a lot of parameters that benefit them are beneficial among other sheets:

  1. Strength. The homogeneous structure provides high indicators. This is explained by the composition: Gypsum and cellulose fibers, giving reinforcing effect.
  2. Viscosity. Elements can be processed in various ways: to cut, mill, etc., it will not damage the structure and deformation of the parts. It is at the expense of this that a good result is achieved with a warm floor.
  3. Fire safety. Products do not support the spread of fire, which allows you to lay the plates on various communication systems.
  4. Low thermal conductivity. The resulting gypsum solid surface can be used as an additional insulation. But this greatly complicates the process of a warm floor device, since the system has to literally embedded in the sheets of GVL.
  5. Wide range of applications. Plates are suitable for bases from concrete and wood, as well as for the device dry screed. Sheets have a relatively low weight, so do not have a significant burden on the ground. The material can be stacked with their own hands without attracting specialists.

Hypracolocone sheet, compared with its main competitor - GLC, has improved characteristics

Hypus fiber includes two main groups of products used for flooring on horizontal bases: a standard version and moisture resistant GVL for Paul - GVLV. The resulting floor covering will be reliable and durable, but provided that the variety is correct.

On a note! The waterproof material is used for flooring indoors with high humidity (bathroom or kitchen) and is the best solution when laying the heating system.

Unlike ordinary GVL, moisture-resistant sheets have a fiberglass reinforcing mesh in their composition.

Hydrophole flooring device

The technology assumes that special products will be used for mounting: width - 100 or 120 cm, length - 150 cm, thickness - 12.5 mm. Working with such dimensions is much easier and more easily, moreover, it eliminates a significant trimming.

Original surface must be prepared:

  1. The base is cleared from all over, the room must be free. To obtain a qualitative result, it is desirable to completely remove the old coating.
  2. The gaps are sealed with cement mortar. Special attention is paid to places of wall docking and gender.
  3. The surface is cleaned of construction waste.

Also sheets need to withstand at room temperature during the day.

When preparing a concrete screed, the main thing is to highlight the cracks and potholes, if any, then remove trash

Training methods

1. A dry method allows to obtain a reason in a fairly short time, the work does not imply complex processes. There are several installation options depending on surface defects:

  • In the absence of deformations, the GWL can be glued directly onto the concrete, but to pre-primed the surface.
  • With minor drops (3-4 mm), the intermediate layer of cardboard or foam is stacked on the floor.
  • With deviations of about 1 cm, a layer of clay is poured. It is used in the absence of the need for additional thermal insulation of the base.
  • If the block exceeds 20 mm, a prefabricated design is created: a claymzite layer complemented by a fastener.

Dry screed based on clamps is considered the most common way of device flooring from GVLV

2. With a wet method for alignment, specialized "repair" mixtures, which can be replaced by cheaper cement compositions with the addition of sand and modifiers. But this method is inferior to bulk options, because it requires more time to prepare.

You should know! A dry method is suitable not only for work with concrete floors, but also for wooden floors, which should be more carefully processed.

The wet installation of GVLV on glue is possible, but the work is quite dirty, and most importantly - the basis should be perfectly smooth, so this method is not popular

Preparation of the base of lag

This process will require more time than fridge. It is necessary to accurately accurately install the timber, which should be well succeeded and processed by protective compositions. Lags are exhibited by level using substrates directly to walls and sex, and between themselves the elements are connected by jumpers. The peculiarity of such a process is that the dry-fiber must be mounted not on the basis, but on the created crate. For this purpose, a small cross section is used, fixed perpendicular to lagas. The resulting gaps can be used to accommodate bulk or solid heat insulation.

GWL plates can be mounted on lags or fit on old wooden flooring

Order of installation of GVL

Regardless of the selected preparation method, laying the plates occurs according to the following scheme:

  1. As waterproofing, a polyethylene film of a thickness of at least 0.2 mm is laid on the base, which should go on the walls. The material should be placed with an adhesive 15-20 cm to exclude moisture and bulk components. On the wooden floor, instead of the film, you can lay universal vapor insulation.
  2. A sound insulation tape is sick around the perimeter to eliminate the contact of the sheets of GVL and walls.
  3. The surface is leveled by a suitable method.
  4. Next, you can put the gypsum fiber. It is recommended to be placed in two layers. To avoid unnecessary spending, the first reservoir is created from large-format parts, and a sexual GVL with special chamfer is mounted on top. Such a structure will allow greater reliability. The process should be started from the doorway. Layers need to be glued together and fix with self-drawing in 20-25 cm increments.

For a novice master, the most problematic is the alignment of dry backfills from the ceramisita by lighthouses

It is taken into account that a small-format panel is subjected to preliminary preparation: electric jigsaw need to cut folds, which will be addressed to the walls.

Attention! Suitable for GVL glue and specialized self-negative screws with double threads. In conventional self-tapping and options for GLC, the likelihood of unscrewing is large, which can damage the decorative coating.

To fix the GVVV, it is advisable to use self-negative screws with double threads, otherwise you will have to get tall under the hat separately, because the plate density will not allow you to drown a hat when screwing

Laying tiles on gypsum

To put a tile, you need to prepare the necessary materials and tools in advance. The general order of work is as follows:

  1. The placement of the room is carried out. For this, the corner and between the center of adjacent walls are conducted lines. This will allow you to stick products with fitting pattern.
  2. The base is processed by primer in two layers to ensure good impregnation, and successed.
  3. The initial installation point is determined and the location of the elements is created. Frequently required preliminary display.
  4. Glue is applied to the surface. It can be seen independently or purchase a ready-made composition. The mixture is distributed based on the base with a toothed spatula.
  5. It is necessary to glue the items in a clear sequence, for this it is pressed, the element is pressed and, if necessary, is sprinkled with an edible in the level.
  6. Details are exhibited with a gap, joints are formed using plastic crosses or tile alignment systems (SVP).
  7. Extraction fragments are cutting into account the gap from the walls.
  8. The coating is left before drying, after which it is necessary to lure the seams with a special mixture of the desired shade. The composition is applied to the joints and is distributed by a rubber spatula, surplus are removed.

When working with GVLV, the tile is laid on the usual tile glue

If you do not disturb the technology of the process, the surface will last long.

Warm floor under the tile on GVL

The creation of such a design has features:

Water warm floor with a flooring of GVLV to equip more difficult, but it is considered a more reliable option, besides the design faster pays off

Regardless of the method, the resulting surface must be primed to ensure reliable fixation of the tile.

The correct execution of all stages will make it possible to cover the floors from the gypsumless sheets with a tile without much difficulty.

In the market of building materials and technologies, new items are constantly appear. Not so long ago, new leafy materials appeared, one of them GVL (gypsum fiber lists). The main advantages are solid strength, low price, high level of moisture resistance. How to put the GWL on the floor, what to use technologies than to cut and edge - about all this below.

The abbreviation of the GWL is decoded as a gypsum-fiber leaf. There are names "Hypus fiber / drying plates". Plates, as a rule, are called materials of greater thickness and smaller size, although not a fact. Sometimes both term apply to the same material. Specifications and requirements are normalized by GOST R 51829-2001, so the material is officially recognized. According to the standard, it can be used in the construction of private, social and industrial premises. Scope - finishing and preparation for walls, floor and ceiling. It is used for pre-trim, replacing the "wet" processes - plaster, putty, fill the screed.

So GVL is one of the leafy finishing materials. It includes flushed to cellulose fiber, some additives that give the material certain properties (most often used substances that increase the water resistance of the material). Gypsum is applied as a binder. Components are mixed in a dry form, water is added to the finished mixture. Of the tough mortar, plates are formed, which are served in the press. After pressing, the sheet is communicated to normal humidity (dried). Some firms (for example, KNAUF) produce grinding plates of GVL. Such a GVL for the floor is too expensive, and for the walls is good because it is not necessary to put off before the finish finish.

If we speak specifically in relation to the floor, then the GWL is used to align the finish flooring. It can be put on the lags, on the draft floor (solid or with the slots). Under certain conditions, it is possible to lay on wooden floors and on the tie (lined dry surface). Can be used in a floating floor cake like a dry screed material.

Types and properties

By type edge, dry-fiber plates are with a straight edge (in the PC marking) or folding (FC). The dimensions of the fold - width 2.8-3.2 mm, depth 1.7-2.3 mm. For the floor you can use both the same type, but the fold will not be through seams. This means that it disappears the need to seal joints. However, the cost of such material is significantly higher, therefore, the GVL with a straight edge is used more often.

GVL with straight and fold edge - two main types

As you know, gypsum is a hygroscopic substance. Therefore, ordinary GBLs in high humidity zones do not apply. For this there is a moisture-proof modification. In the abbreviation added ahead of the letter "B". That is, VGVL is a moisture-resistant gypsum fiber leaf. It can be used in bathrooms, shower, etc. Externally, they do not differ from each other, so they focus on labeling.

There is another kind of dry-fiber sheets - high density. Available especially for sex, labeling GBL EP (floor element). Such a subspecies have Knauf. There is a lot, but also geometry, and the strength characteristics at the height. When the usual GBL for the floor is used, they take two sheets, which are laid with the displacement of the seams. This gives a sufficient level of strength. As elements of the floor, the GWL is recommended to use in one layer - their strength is enough and in this option.

Dimensions of GVL and marking

According to GOST, dry-fiber plates are the following formats:

  • width 500 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm;
  • length 1500 mm, 2000 mm, 2500 mm, 2700 mm and 3000 mm;
  • thickness 10 mm, 12.5 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm.

Deviation in width - not more than 3-4 mm, in length - 3 mm to 2.5 m and 4 mm for longer plates. Width deviations are not more than 0.3 mm. In the plan should be a rectangle. Permissible error (sides of the parties) - 4 mm.

List marking Displays all data - moisture resistance, edge type and dimensions in millimeters. For example, GVL PC 2000 * 1000 * 12.5 is deciphered as an ordinary (ignorant) gypsum-fiber plate with straight edge. VGLV-FC is that the material is moisture resistant and the edge folding.

Category of Culture

Hypus fiber sheets refer to the category of labor-burning materials. Cellulose is in the gypsum, which does not burn and does not ignite. When in the flame, the burning does not support. Classes according to the standards are:

Characteristics

A significant part of the HBLE characteristics is given within - "from and to". This is due to the fact that various cellulose can be used, a different percentage of its content. If you are looking for a material with specific characteristics, view the materials of the specifically taken batch. Each batch must be tested, all indicators are specified in the accompanying documents. The characteristics of the GWL have good that, in combination with a low price, make them popular in the market. These are the main technical characteristics:

VGLV is one of the most resistant to high humidity of materials, which has a low cost. In case of water or increasing moisture, the stove absorbs it. After lowering the level of moisture moisture evaporates. This is not displayed in appearance. That is, it is a durable moisture-proof material and it is possible to apply it for interior decoration, and even for wet premises.

If we talk about the specific application of GVL on the floor, the material is not bad. Suitable for alignment, for laying on lags, can be put on polystyrene foam, which increases thermal insulation characteristics. This is one of the most inexpensive sheet materials than and its popularity.

General principles of mounting

You can use GWL to the floor and necessary, but it is necessary to strictly follow the recommendations. In general, the gypsum fiber leaf has not very high strength. Short cellulose fragments to some extent reinforced plaster, but the material still remains rather fragile. Properly laid, it can withstand heavy loads - up to 2 tons per square meter. But keywords are properly laid.

Requirements for the base and features of laying

GWL can be put on both solid and intermittent base. When laying on a solid base, it should be perfectly smooth. Requirements for the base - the difference of no more than 2 mm by 2 meters of length. The manufacturers insist on this and, if there is an opportunity, it is better not to violate this recommendation.

In practice, it is found that small smooth irregularities - in the area of \u200b\u200bseveral square centimeters, in depth - several millimeters are still allowed. Manufacturers are not recommended, but in practice it is proved that GVL behaves more or less normal. The sheet can progress, repeating the shape of the excavation. If there is a linoleum, art vinyl or other soft coating, everything threatens - the appearance of small irregularities. Under the parquet or laminate, even such recesses are better not to leave, as the locks can diverge, there may be an unpleasant creak.

And, even under a soft coating, irregularities can not be left everywhere. If they are in the location of the load application, it is better to eliminate them. For example, on a passage or where there will be a feet of a table, a chest, bed, a cabinet. There should be no irregularities here.

Second moment. When laying on a rash base or on lags, the GWL on the floor is placed either high density (floor elements), or moisture-resistant in two layers. When laying in two layers, the sheets cut out so that the seams of one layer do not coincide with the seams of the other. This is fundamentally and recommendation to violate categorically.

Third moment. When laying GWL plates on a rigid smooth floor (concrete), the ends are sampled by PVA glue. When laying on the base that does not exclude the movements (lags, for example), it is better to use an elastic aggregator for the seams. One of the options is a sealant that remains elastic after drying. It is applied, immediately align the layer (you can finger in the glove, it can be mixed with water for a better effect).

How to cut and fix

You can cut the GWL with a copper with a metal, for faster results - AUM (Bulgarian) with a wood disk (Ø 125 mm). In a straight line, you can break the same as drywall. For this, on one side (facial), we cut off, under the place of the render put the rule, tapping the palm on the hanging part, break. The place of fault is far from the perfectly even, so cutting the GWL on the floor is so hardly worth it. The cut has to be roving, grind and takes it no less, and sometimes more than the work of the hacksaw.

Self-tapping screws need special - with an acute conical hat

Fasten GBL on the floor with special self-draws. They are called "on gypsum". They differ in that the hat has a sharper cone. Such a shape of a hat allows it to enter a tight sheet without prior scratching. The length of the self-press should be at least 3 times the thickness of the plate. So choose.

GWL laying technique for lags

GVL on the floor of the lags take an increased density (Knauff is a super floor) or two layers of the usual moisture-resistant material are labeled (shifting the seams do not coincide). In any case, to make the floor from GWL on lags in two ways:

When laying GWL immediately on the lags, the pitch of the bar and the size of the sheets should be seamless that the edges of the plates occurred on the bars. They are fixed with self-drawing, retreating at least 1.5 cm from the edge. In the intermediate bar (if a support is held under the sheet) fasteners are installed with the same step. If necessary, the gaps between lags are filled with thermal insulating or sound insulation materials. Depending on the design of the floor, they are either installed by versus or put on the aligned base.

Dry screed sheets of GVL

This methodology was developed by the company KNAUF, under it developed a pinched GVL of high density. This material is the name of the super floor. The essence of the method is that on the base (any, of any degree of curvature), the grainsite of the shallow fraction (clay sand) is embanked. Ceramzite is leveling in level, it is placed on the floor elements from GWL. The finishing flooring can be laid on this basis. Very quickly and conveniently you can make yourself a warmed floor. In addition, the technique does not create significant loads on the overlap.

Instead of clay sand, you can use conventional building dry sand. It is impossible to mix different materials or different fractions, as sooner or later they will give shrinkage. And when laying a GWL on the floor, a smooth base without failures is required. So the awards are better not allowed.

GVL for concrete base

Concrete screed is a reliable base, but cold. If not to do heater, the floor turns out very cold. This is known to residents of the first floors of high-rise buildings and private houses. The problem is solved using a floating gear with elevated thermal insulation characteristics. There is a traditional solution: put a layer of insulation and pour over a layer of screed from above. But this and weight is too big, and there will take a lot of time. You can make a dry tie - it is faster, easier and cheaper.

How do the dry screed of GVL on a concrete base? The concrete lay a layer of insulation, and on top of the sheet material. The insulation is better to use polyurethane foam or high-density polystyrene foam (at least 35 kg / m³). Why not mineral wool? Because its thermal insulation characteristics are lower several times. This means that instead of 3-5 cm, polyurethane foam will need 15-20 cm watts. Lift the floor in such a height, few people want.

One of the options for sheet material for a dry floor screed is gypsum-fiber plates. GBL for the floor is suitable ideal, as it has increased heat insulating properties, but still good sounds. The GWL floor is a good basis for laminate, linoleum, carpet and other coatings.

Highlights based on the results of practical use of floors from GWL on concrete

When laying a GWL on a rigid base, it should fall tightly. Under it should not be emptiness and protrusions. That is, the concrete base should be smooth and smooth. GWL is placed on concrete. Fasten around the perimeter in 50-60 cm increments, set clamps. In general, it is possible to use the composition of the type of rothband based on gypsum. He will fill / lines small irregularities, and will keep sheets in place.

If the thermal insulation characteristics need to be improved, extruded polystyrene foam (EPPS) or foam is put on the concrete floor. It can be just put without fastening. But so that the insulation plates do not creak, they should lie tightly. If there are small irregularities, they can be filled with the same glue. It is applied under the stove using a toothed spatula. The height of the tooth depends on the irregularities that need to be leveled.

The thickness of the foam is chosen from the requirements, the structure of the cake. If the layer is two, they are laid with the spreading of seams (so that the seams do not coincide). So that they are not rubbed and did not creak, they did not move away from their places during operation, they can be copp. For this use:

  • Glue for tiles. A thin layer is applied, clipped with a toothed spatula (4 mm). The glue is not for gluing, but to fill the voids that are formed due to the fact that the EPPS is often in the form of a "boat", that is, the edges of the Zes, if compared with the middle.
  • Installation umbrellas. Such a length so that only foam sheets grabbed. Paul should stay floating. Fixation to the ground should not be.
  • Double sided tape.
  • Layers tie by mounting foam. A good option that allows you to level not the ideality of the geometry of EPPS. But the foam must be applied a very small layer and it should be with a slight expansion.

For floors, GVL is usually used in two layers. Put them with scattering seams. Layers are fixed on the self-tapping screw. The thickness of the GWL for the floor depends on the planned load. Usually use plates of at least 12.5 mm thickness. If the geometry of the material is not ideal and there are differences in height, so as not to grind, you can use the same glitter-based glue.

Laying GVL on the wooden floor

In principle, everything is mentioned above. If the wooden floor is smooth, you can put the GWL without fears. He normally misses moisture, so the wood does not threaten. If the floor is uneven (which usually happens), it is best to dismantle it and put the GWL on the lags. Or make a draft floor. If it is impossible for some reason, the GWL on the wooden floor can also be put. It is possible - eliminate the irregularities of the plane, cover the slot. If it does not work, there is an emergency option.

We take the primer under the gypsum mixtures, in several layers cover the floor. All the gaps pass by the construction foam with a good clutch, to be counted with the surrounding floor. Gypsum plaster of good quality is divorced as for plaster (thick dough). We take a wide spatula and flatter the floor - we apply plaster. In places - on the sidier, places - before filling out irregularities. We take a great rule and align all in one level. When dried, put two layers of GVL.

How to put a tile on the floor from GWL

So that the tile on GVL kept well and cracks did not appear, the base under the gypsum must be absolutely even and durable. If these are boards - no gaps, cracks and deflection. If the floor is made by lags, the thickness of the layers should be sufficient in order for not even the slightest deflection when loading and walking.

Installation of GBL on the floor under the tile - a possible option

Since the tile is constructed usually in rooms with high humidity, additional waterproofing is required. It is recommended to use Knauf-Flakelandicht or other mastic, rubber paints.

When laying ceramic tiles on GWL, it is necessary to use elastic glue for unstable or complex bases. Make the layout so that the tile seams and the sheets of sheets do not coincide. It is desirable that the joints of the slabs accounted for the middle of the tile. With this approach, problems and cracks do not occur.

Before laying most finish coatings, such as laminate, linoleum or carpet, is required to pre-level the floor surface. An excellent solution in such cases will be the use of gypsum fiber sheets. This finishing material is made of gypsum, the reinforcing element in these sheets protrude flowable cellulose fibers and various technological additives. GVL sheets are distinguished by the lack of shell, homogeneity of the structure and higher density and strength indicators than the drywall.

The most important advantages of this material are environmental friendliness and inconsistency in the burning.

The use of hydro fiber sheets significantly increases the soundproofing characteristics of the floor. Another plus of this finishing material is the ability to maintain heat, so GVL for gender combines the functions of the draft floor and insulation. Using GWL sheets, you perform a screed dry and clean way and can immediately begin the flooring of the finish coating.

There is a moisture-proof species of this material - GVLV, and ordinary GVL sheets. They are used in different premises.

Moisture-resistant GVL sheets are used in rooms with high humidity, and conventional stels on the floor in residential and industrial premises, where there is no risk of leakage of water supply systems and increased air humidity.

FEATURES OF MONTAGE

Before you begin to collect a dry screed of GWL sheets, a layer of waterproofing material is placed on a wooden or reinforced concrete base. For this purpose, clamzit is most often used, as it aligns well and insulates the floor. However, the very first layer that you put directly on the surface of the floors should become polyethylene with a thickness of 200 microns. On some overlaps, pergamine or only can be treated. This very first layer will take the function of vaporizolation.

As an additional layers between the clay and GWL sheets, polystyrene foam plates can be put. This technique guarantees increased heat and sound insulation and can be used, for example, in children's rooms. So you can get rid of discontent of the neighbors about the noisy games of your child. Also under GBL sheets you can pave any engineering communications. Between GBL sheets and finishing coating, a water or electric warm floor can be mounted. This feature can be useful to you with the arrangement of the bedroom, children's, kitchen, bathroom and hallway, in a word - in any room where additional heating of the floor and air can be needed in the room.

Installation of the base floor of hydro-fiber plates of medium sizes, approximately 1.5 m x 1 m, with a thickness of 1 cm to 1.2 cm occurs quite quickly and simply, as it is based on the principle of "dry operations". The fastest pace of flooring is carried out when using double sheets glued at the factory with folded ends. If for any reason you will not be able to purchase double GBL plates, then just lay the sheets into two layers. The second method, of course, is less convenient, but allows you to get out of the position and get the perfectly smooth base floor.

The standard length of the leaf GBL is 2.5 m, and the width is 1.2 m. The most common thickness is approximately 10 mm. In order to avoid challenges, each sheet is powered by a hydrophobizer and a specialized compound that prevents this phenomenon and performs the function of primer. Each slab is carefully polished one of the sides.

What consequences may cause errors when installing GVL Plate

It is important to clearly follow the rules of installation. If you do not cut the folded edge at the sheets that will be located near the walls, then the likelihood of sex sediment in this place is large. Metallic beacons left in the dry screed layer can lead to the fact that when the clamzite gives a shrinkage, the deformation of the floor will happen. Be sure to use only dry clamzit or carefully dry it, otherwise the floor is guaranteed to deform and you will have to invest your time and cash again.

Advantages and disadvantages of GVL slabs

The advantages of GVL slabs, in front of other materials include the following parameters:

  • resistance to moisture - according to this parameter, GVL exceeds drywall and fiberboard;
  • massiveness;
  • high density;
  • flexibility;
  • environmental friendliness;
  • thermal insulation;
  • soundproofing;
  • burning resistance (confirmed by a corresponding certificate);
  • GVL is not deformed under the action of temperature;
  • simple installation;
  • minimum amount of waste.

The disadvantages of GVL plates are as follows:

  • plates are sufficiently heavy;
  • it is important to comply with the rules for installation and storage, in violations it is possible to increase fragility;
  • plates are more expensive than plasterboard.

As you see, the advantages of this material are much more than flaws.

Step-by-step instructions for installation of GVL floor

Step 1

Before the start of the installation of the GWL floor, it should be dismantled by an old floor covering, boards, sheets of Fiberboard and lags, on which the old floor lay. We remove absolutely all old materials, as a result, bare overlaps should remain. Be sure to carefully sweep the surface, remove the entire construction trash and, if possible, dust.

Step 2.

There may be slots and holes on the surfaces peeled from old materials and garbage. They should be eliminated, bay inside the quick-breaking solution of cement with marking is not lower than 150 or by saving the mounting mixture. Also for this purpose will fit alabaster.

Step 3.

It is necessary to make the top level of the backfill. For this stage, the work will take a laser or water level. The altitude of the location of the marks can vary from 2 to 6 cm. This range depends on the irregularities of overlaps. According to the result, the base floor will be located 2 cm, above, as the thickness of the double sheet of GVL will be added.

Step 4.

Cleansing are fully prepared for waterproofing. The entire surface should be sealed with a polyethylene film if the overlaps are concrete, and the laying of pergamine and bituminized paper is allowed onto the wooden surface. Sheets of waterproofing material must lie on the brand, overlapping each other by 20-25 cm. The edges must be sampled by assembly tape.

The film should enter the walls and the edge should be located at least 2 cm above the marks applied by level. Enclose waterproofing to the walls of the assembly tape.

Step 5.

If the floor of the GBL floor is located to be located, then all the wires must be carefully hidden in the protective corrugation and fix on the floor. It is important to take into account that between the corrugation with wires and GBL slabs should be a layer of clay no thinner 2 cm. If necessary, then adjust the height of the marks.

Step 6.

To eliminate the appearance of so-called sound bridges, there are two options for work. You can cry the perimeter of a 10 cm width of a foam edge ribbon of 10 cm wide and a thickness of 1 cm. To increase the speed, we recommend buying a self-adhesive tape, in the case of its absence, fix the simple ribbon from the foam rubber with the assembly tape.

Also for sound insulation, you can use the edge ribbon from mineral wool or polyethylene agent. These materials perfectly perform the function of protecting the finishing floor from deformations that may be caused by thermal expansion.

After laying the soundproof ribbon is complete, it is necessary to cut the surplus, focusing on the top floor, including the level of frustration and the thickness of the GWL plate.

Step 7.

We begin the filling of the clay. To the steam insulating layer, it is gently crumbling with a fraction with a fraction of no more than 0.5 cm. For example, the respirator is supposed to be put on the dryer, as a large amount of dust will inevitably rise from bags into the air.

Step 8.

The next step is to resurmine the ceramisite with the help of guide beacons from the metal profile. When performing this operation, be sure to use the level. If you use the water level, then when calculating the distance between the profile, focus on the level length. The ends of the tool must lie on the neighboring guides, which will later serve as a reference and support for the rule. Some craftsmen are convenient instead of the rule to use the water level. This technique gives additional control over the thickness of the claying layer. Meter for meter Running the layer of frustration.

Pay special attention to the tamper of the material near the walls, in the doorways and in the corners of the rooms. Make this work only in the respirator to eliminate dust entering the respiratory tract.

After the completion of this stage of work, be sure to remove the guides, and pumped up the empty clamisitis. In order not to deform the aligned and rambered clay, use GVL sheets as special "islands". However, any similar materials will be suitable for this purpose. For example, waste dish or plywood. The size of the islands should be no less than 50x50 cm.

Step 9.

Additionally, the floor can be insulated and soundproofed, for this, under the GWL, plasterboard and penplex sheets are stacked

Joints are sampled in the installation process

To start the installation of GVL slabs follows from the angle, located furthest from the door. This will eliminate the possibility of damage to the aligned dry screed from the clay. The edge of the sheet, located at the wall, must rest in the edge ribbon. The folding edges of the neighboring plates must be missed by PVA glue to get a durable "lock". Then every 10-15 cm it is necessary to screw the screws with a length of at least 2 cm. Thus, the perimeter of each sheet will be strengthened in two ways.

When laying a second row of GVL slabs, disappear the joints so as to get the effect of brickwork. Use the jigsik to fit the plates in size.

In cases where in the room there is a very uneven floor base and the thickness of the clamping layer ranges from 6 to 10 cm, it is necessary to lay the second on top of the first layer of GVL sheets. During the styling of the second layer, the work should be started from the angle of the opposite entrance to the room. Carefully make sure that the seams between the plates of the first and second layers did not coincide and did not impose each other.

Step 10.

When the Laying of the GWL floor is complete, it is necessary to sharpen the seams between the sheets and those places where the screws are screwed. Additionally, you can use the reinforcing ribbon. When laying a GWL floor in the bathroom and in the kitchen it is worth using special means for waterproofing joints with walls and seams between sheets.

You can start the flooring of the floor covering of the floor after the end of the work with GBL slabs, during which time it will be time to dry the glue and putty. From above, you can put a tile, laminate, linoleum or any other coating. If necessary, use specialized uu substrate.

Video - GVL for the floor

The smooth floor in the house clearly illustrates the correct approach to the selection of the leveling layer. As a rule, the alignment of the floors was previously resorted by wood-chip or fibreboard. To date, such a material appeared, which in operation and installation is much more efficient than the indicated - a gypsumless sheet.

GVL is used for finishing and produced by pressing using gypsum powder and cellulose. A distinctive feature of this finishing material is that it does not contain coatings from the cardboard sheet and uniform in its structure. Installation of GBL on the wooden floor can be carried out on its own. Due to the reinforcing properties of flipper pulp, the density of the gypsum fiber plate is much higher than plasterboard, which makes it possible to improve its operational characteristics and the quality of finishing works.

The main properties of GVL: Benefits and Disadvantages

Hypox fiber plates This material obtained by pressing. A reinforcing function in its structure is played by flocking waste - it is she who gives the composition of GVL a special strength.

Laying plates of GVL

Such a combination of materials exceeds its characteristics such as plasterboard plates and tree fiber. By the way, this concerns the stability of such layers to a wet environment.

In addition, there is a separate category of moisture-resistant GVL (GVLV), which are recommended to use in rooms with elevated moisture levels. One of the characteristic features of this type is the ability to regulate and maintain the level of humidity in the premises, which contributes to its composition. With an elevated level of moisture, it absorbs it into himself, and with insufficient - gives.

The viscous composition allows the material to be plastic and at the same time not to be folded. In addition, the dry-fiber has high rates of heat and noise insulation, and also not susceptible to burning. This material is distinguished by the simplicity of installation and seal the joints. By the way, high viscosity and strength indicators allow you to score a nail and screw the screw without using a dowel into it. Such material is easy to handle the same tool as wood.

We list the most important properties of the gypsum -

Hypus fiber leaf.

  • Low level of heat conductivity, thanks to which it is pleasant to touch it - it is always warm;
  • Good soundproofing properties of the material that depend on which it has a thickness;
  • Resistance to fire exposure. Such plates are great for protecting structures of wood from ignition;
  • Ease of processing. For such sheets, special processing tools are not needed, besides, GVL has always very little waste;
  • Good flexibility allows us to use this kind of construction of arched structures and various elements of the interior decoration;
  • Hodged resistance allows sheets not to crack and not deform in the process of defrosting and frost;
  • High hygroscopic performance allow you to adjust the level of humidity in the rooms;
  • The ability to hide under the sheets, engineering communications allows, for example, to use sheets with a success with a warm floor system.

The disadvantages include relatively high weight, as well as much more value than, for example, a leaf of plasterboard.

The qualitatively produced sheets of gypsum fiber in the production process are well polished, as well as are processed by a special composition so that the sheet cannot be folded. In the event that high strength and good stability resistance are needed from finishing material, the drying sheet will become an excellent solution.

GVL on the wooden floor: features of application

Many finish flooring, as a rule, can only be laid on a very flat surface, and if we talk about wood, it is not always possible to align it, for example, under ceramic tiles. In addition, not every finishing finishing material has good sound insulation indicators. In these cases, dry-fiber plates may come to the rescue, which form the so-called dry tie on the surface.

GWL plates optimize air humidity in the room: with high humidity - absorb, with low - give.

There are three main types of floor coverings that can form plaster sheets:

  • The basic basis, which is basic. It is suitable on the cushion from the ceramisit. It is used if the wooden base is already insulated and relatively smooth;
  • A rough floor, which is covered by a foam layer. One of the most suitable combinations to eliminate the irregularities and creating an additional insulation system;
  • The collection floor, which is arranged on polystyrene plates, which are stacked on the clay layer. This system is perfectly suitable for wooden bases that have quite large high-altitude differences.

If we talk about the prefabricated dry tie, it usually consists of:

  • Stripes - waterproofing separating layers. In the case of flooring of the sheets of GLC on the floor of the wood in this role often performs Pergamine;
  • Compensating gasket for sound insulation;
  • A layer that aligns the previous ones;
  • Plates of gypsum fiber, which can be laid both in one and two layers that are tightened using self-tapping screws.

Dry screed.

Before starting to install, you need to insulate the floor of the clamzite layer, which will give the coating evenness and will allow longer to maintain heat in the room.

Preparatory work

In order to mount the gypsum fiber sheets on such a base like a woody floor, you should carefully close to the preparation of the basis for further work.

First of all, it should be estimated to evaluate the state of the available floor: the boards must be dismantled and carefully consider all the elements. As a rule, often on separate elements of the design can notice the damage to rot or fungus. Such sections are subject to replacement, after which all elements from wood are mandatory processed by an antiseptic.

Next, it should be verified that for the finish coating of the floor, it is not necessary to additionally install lags, after which the base is checked using Waterpas and, if necessary, is aligned. By the way, with the help of fitting the lag to align the foundation is quite simple: the place where there is surplus is adjusted by the plane, and the lack of height is compensated by bricks or special wedges.

The procedure for making the boarded floor of the smooth level begins with the blowout of the protruding hats of the screws. After processing with the planer, all defects should be sharpened. If the depth of defects is more than two centimeters, they can be aligned using a fine caliber clay. After the preparatory work is completed, you can start up the main part - laying plates from GWL.

The order of laying GVL on the floor of wood

Laying of GVL plates is a painstaking process requiring diligence and accuracy.

In order to avoid various damage to the gypsum, it follows during the work on cutting to give it a horizontal position. For cutting, it will suit the saw - hacksaw or a construction cutter. Plate laying can be divided into the following steps:

  • Fixing the edge ribbon. It is mounted around the perimeter of the room and is intended to absorb the shock noise. In addition, this tape is not bad compensator of deformation changes due to temperature difference;
  • After the ribbon is fixed, steamproofing is made to the overlap. Be sure to lay the stripes of the insulating material of the camist, so that no gaps remain;
  • The surface of vaporizolation is covered with a clay layer;
  • In terms of embankment, guides are exhibited and the basis is aligned with the help of the rule;
  • The crumplement of the clamping layer is made. During this action, it is worth paying high attention to corner spaces and places near the walls;
  • The first layer of drying plates is worth starting to lay the corner of the face. After mounting the initial layer, the adhesive composition is applied to it, which the next layer is stacked on top. This layer must be laid in the opposite first direction;
  • According to the installation technology, the upper layer is tightened with fasteners and is sampled by folds;
  • The final reservoir sweeps, since the surface needs priming. The primer must be compatible with the adhesive composition.

During the assembly of the final row, the plates are adjusted for size. For trimming, as a rule, a hacksaw is used. If the add-on to the alignment has a thickness of more than ten centimeters, it is necessary to put the draft floor from three rows of GVL, the last of which in thickness should coincide with the first two.

If a warm floor is planned, the installation of a dry screed should be started with styling of polystyrene reservoirs, but if the base floor arrange is assumed, the insulation material is placed on the subtype.

Conclusion

The gypsum sheet is of great interest for those who want to arrange a beautiful, smooth floor in their wooden dwelling. It has high performance, durable and flexible, and also can protect the wood floor from the fire. In addition, such a floor with proper laying will serve for many years and help adjust the microclimate in the room due to its hygroscopic properties. This material is universal, and, most importantly, simple and easy to install, which will allow it on their own.

Video: Working with plates

Not always during construction or overhaul when you have to transfer the floor, it turns out perfectly even. This affects its service life, furniture and other items are unevenly. How to align the floor? For many it will seem that it is impossible task. If you imagine how this is done, advise with friends, familiar, read the information on the Internet, it turns out that there is nothing too difficult here.

Some of the cement tie comes to mind, but this work will take time and affect the budget. Now the overall popularity is gaining such a way as the use of hydro fiber for flooring. Especially it is suitable for bases that do not maintain large loads. GVL primarily material for decoration, it is produced on the basis of plaster, there is also a cellulose and many technological impurities. Hydro-fiber sheets there is no cardboard coating, its compacon is higher than that of GCL. This is the indicator that it is strong. They produce like simple GVL, so GVLV, which means moisture-resistant. By environmental performance, safe, fire-resistant, does not completely burn on fire. It has heat and sound insulation.

GVL is now gaining increasing popularity

When performing repair work, the wet screed is not always suitable, there are times when the floor should be to be able to be quickly, and here you will need a period of time so that it can become stronger. GVL can be kept on dry floor. The final finish requires a smooth plane, so the dry-fiber is the best material for such works. It is used as a substrate, rough floors and insulation.

Advantages and disadvantages of GVL for sex

Not all building materials possess one advantages. They have both positive and negative sides. Consider the advantages of gypsum fiber sheets.

  • Moisture-resistant, massive. According to this property, the dry-fiber prevails over the Fiberboard and Gl.
  • It has high density.
  • Non-toxic, eco-friendly (natural materials are used for manufacture).
  • Durable, but at the same time flexible.
  • It has excellent sound and thermal insulation.
  • Fireproof does not burn on fire.
  • Perfectly tolerate temperature difference. With their drops, its form does not change.
  • It is easy to assemble, after the operation of the waste almost does not remain.
  • Under drying can be installed a warm floor. "
  • It is much easier than the wet screed.
  • During operation does not creak.
  • Perfectly tolerate weighty loads.
  • Can be laid on a wooden base.

A few words about his shortcomings.

  • Its enough of its mass is 18 kg.
  • High price indicator. Plasterboard is much cheaper.
  • It is worth remembering how to work properly with the gypsummer. If working with disorders, the material may be subject to literacy.

Attention! Before you purchase gypsum fiber sheets, be sure to look marking. Buy from qualified manufacturers. Unfair manufacturers can replace GVLV on GWL, which is difficult to distinguish.

Before buying, pay attention to the marking

Some information on the use of material

To competently do focusing from gypsum fiber sheets, follow the rules. Plate thickness should be 10 mm. On the ground we put the guides, firstly, will serve as a kind of border when you pour a mixture, and secondly, it will serve as a support for GVL sheets. Due to the leveling mixture, the floor will be smooth and warm. It is necessary to use the film, its thickness is 200 microns under the clamzite. It will perform a vapor polypoletor function.

Hypus fiber can serve as a draft floor. It is placed on wooden and concrete floors. The material is steady on the finished cement screed, thereby further align the floor, and the finish coating is placed on it. In addition to the most advantages, the material provides the perfect microclimate breathing, "absorbs the excess moisture. It is worth mentioning about the important advantage: under the drying fiber, you can safely mount the heating system with water, electrical or combine them. Due to the fact that the material is quite dense, at such a temperature it will not collapse and is not deformed.

The scope of application of GVL is diverse. They are squeezed ceilings, walls, inner partitions, designs for communications, design doors, windows, and this is an incomplete list.

GWL sheets are used in many directions

Features of acquiring GVL

Before you go on a shopping point for GWL sheets, consider the following points.

When buying a GWL sheets worth carefully choosing material

If you are going to warm the floor, it is important to remember that the material is divided into three types:

The polystyrene foam reminds a bit of foam, has a long service life, maintains heat, but there are two drawbacks: it is easily flammable, a rather high price.

The fibrous to it refers to minvat and glass gamble. Here you can give advice: if you decide to use this material as insulation, it is better to purchase imported, as Russian is not suitable for residential premises.

The falling to it includes crushed stone, ceramzite, slag pumice. They do not warm very well, but the price is quite affordable.

GWL plates, thanks to its properties, are in great demand and are increasingly in demand among professionals and those who love to conduct construction work independently.

Such material is increasingly gaining popularity.

Dry screed options based on GVL

Dry screed from GWL is divided into three types:

The screed of GVL is divided into three types

The main components of the team screed

This method conquers increasingly fame. All because it is convenient, practical, less consuming tools, and it is easy to work. Itself, if you can put it, the system has several layers in its composition. It is equipped with concrete floors, concrete floors. This method of laying the floor is used to align it, allows you to evenly distribute the load, it is immediately covered with a finishing material. Let's look at the components of such a screed:

Hydro and vaporizolation. This is a peculiar layer, separating the main overlap and the elements of the screed. If the base is reinforced concrete, then the film is used if the wooden is better to take pergamine.

Pick up the GBL plate for specific purposes will not be labor

Compensation and soundproofing gasket. This component of the edge ribbon, it is attached with self-drawing or sticks. They are made of Polynescence, Isolon, basalt wool.

Leveling layer. For this purpose, quartz sand is usually used. Perlite sand or ceramzite is suitable. The use of these materials will increase heat and sound insulation.

Plates of GVL. Now there are two-layer on sale, you can use them or single in two layers, glue and secure screws.

If the aligning layer is more than 10 cm, then laying the drying chicken in three layers, it should be the same as the first two.

Now there are two-layer on sale, you can use them or word single in two layers, glue and fasten with screws

GVL for floor: laying rules

How to properly place the floor? You have acquired everything you needed, gave materials to be searched at room temperature. First of all, it is necessary to lay a polyethylene film. It will serve as a separation layer, then attach the edge tape along the entire length of the room, its thickness should be 1 cm.

The next stage of the work will lay the steam insulating substrate for the film, to be flat. After coating the alignment layer. It should be loosen using the level or rule, making the focus on the guides, and tamper. Attention deserve places near the doors, walls and corners.

Work starts from the corner at the door. By mounting the original layer, it is smeared with mastic or glue for GWL. The next layer is beginning to put on the opposite side. Falves of GVL sheets are missing with glue. The distance between the self-drawing, which will be needed to fix the gypsum fiber must be exactly 30 cm.

Before you retain the finish coating, then all the seams and the places where the fasteners are, it is necessary to sharpen. How all the layers will be laid, the surface is ground. The obligatory point of the sheets must be cut from the wall where you finished flooring. The slabs of a small size, intended for the floor, have false. It is applied with glue, and the sheets are docked. If the folds are adjacent to the wall, they are cut, and the slab is tightened with self-draws.

Before laying the finish layer, the seams need to put

Installation of GBL on a wooden floor

With wooden floor it is a little more difficult. The main coating must be carefully prepared. The first thing to take off the old coating and carefully inspect everything. If there are affected areas, they must be replaced and apply an antiseptic. Then, if necessary, mount additional lags, check Waterpas (who does not know, so call the tool to check the horizontal position of the line on the plane), if necessary - align. The next moment of the protruding self-tapping screws are plugged, we carry out the rubank processing, is flawed with spit.

Now you need to do everything right. In order not to damage the sheets of GVL, they cut them strictly in the lying position. For this, a hacksaw or cutter is suitable. At first, the edge ribbon is fixed along the entire length of the room, then lay vaporizolation. In order not to be any slots and gaps, the material strips are put on the venge. Then pour the leveling layer of clay. The basis needs to be aligned using the rule or construction level, and the ramp. All attention to places near the walls and in the corners.

Mount the initial layer of GWL, starting from the corner at the door. When laying the entire layer, the plane is covered with glue, then put the second layer, starting on the other side. According to the rules of laying, glue is applied to the fold, and the plates are tightened with self-draws. In the end, putty is applied to the desired locations, and then the surface is ground. When the height of the clamzite layer exceeds 10 cm, then the auxiliary GWL layer is required.

Place the GBL plate need from the corner of the door

GBV GBV floor on a bulk pillow

What is the band screed? These are 2 layers of GVL sheets, which are put on each other with the shift of the joints. The main thing is that they do not coincide. The plates of both layers are fixed with special glue and tighten with screws. Therefore, the coating will be smooth and good. The room should be + 10 degrees, but not lower, humidity is 60%.

If the difference in the irregularities of the floor is significant, use auxiliary materials to align the plane. On the basis of mounted rails, there will be a grille with cells. There is a medium-suffered ceramzite with a layer of 2 cm. It will serve noise and thermal insulation. Then they laid the gypsum fiber in two layers. The lower layer is screwed to the reikas. The top is fixed with the first glue. Carefully look at the joints they should not coincide. And one more important point is necessarily between the GWL and the wall there must be a period of 1.5 cm. This will serve as added ventilation and will allow you to maintain a facility.

The screed team is held in two layers.

What consequences may cause errors when installing GVL Plate

Laying GVL on the floor is not a simple. If you can not independently select the floor, here the reasons can be different simply do not know how to qualify, this work is difficult for you, and I had to appeal to builders, be attentive, since unscrupulous workers who do not know their work may allow gross mistakes may affect the result of work. Then you have to fix it or redo.

If the floor itself does not work, you can use the services of the Master

What mistakes can be allowed?

  1. Incorrectly prepared surface. Before work, you need to carefully clean the floor from dust, garbage and dirt. We remove all the sand so that no sand stick remains, because there may be slots, cracks under it. This will affect the final result, and the floor will not be smooth.
  2. Invalidly selected material or poor quality. It happens that the builders are asked to acquire profiles for GVL sheets. Should not be doing that. Profiles are usually used as lighthouses or serve as a border when the leveling layer is covered. Do not allow employees to leave the GWL plates in the clay. Both materials after the coating are at one height. After a half time, the floor will give a shrinkage, the mixture will fall, and the hollows will appear on sheets attached to profiles, the plates will begin to give.
  3. Error the selected clayjit and GVL. The mixture should be homogeneous, without any additives in the form of pebbles or other components. As for the gypsum fiber, it is better to purchase from plaster structures.
  4. No experience or lacks the necessary tool. Montage was not made according to the rules, they were not missed by special glue False GVL. The glue must be applied. Self-tapping screws must be screwed up to the end of drowning "the hat.

These are not all errors. Unfortunately, employees allow the negligence more and more. With such a serious work, as laying the floor, it is better to refer to real masters.
