  6. Bearings that will provide the rotation of the pendulum will be pressed into supports. As the latter, you can use both ready-made factory bearing nodes and segments of the steel pipe (15-20 mm) with a diameter equal to the outer cutting of the bearing.
  7. Bearing nodes handle the shaft on both sides. It is important that the connection is with a tension - this will eliminate unwanted longitudinal and transverse displacements. If the compound obtained for some reason is weakened, you can use the proven method - to fill the axis by the soldering iron, applying a thin layer of tin to its surface (it takes a soldering acid as a flux).
  8. At a distance of 50-60 mm from the edge of the platform welded a pendulum assembled with support nodes. At the same time, it is important not to overlay the bearings, so these parts are wrapped with wet rags or constantly watered with water for cooling.
