The advantage of PC plates and PG in front of the PB panels is that they can pierce the holes for communication, without fear of the destruction of the structure. The reason is that the diameter of emptiness is at least 114 mm, which allows you to freely skip the sewage riser (with a diameter of 80 or 100 mm).

At the PB slab holes are narrower (60 mm). Therefore, here for skipping the riser has to cut the edge, relaxing the design. Experts argue that such a procedure is unacceptable only for high-rise construction. When erecting low-rise housing, punching holes in PB plates is allowed.

Installation of empty slabs

The maximum depth of sealing plates in the wall should not be greater than 160 mm (brick and light blocks) and 120 mm (concrete and reinforced concrete).
