Pie with pears and cottage cheese

Wonderful cottage cheese pie with pear. Crispy dough and curd-sour cream filling with juicy pieces of pear will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients:

For dough:

  • Butter - 130 g.
  • Sugar - 110 g.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • Flour - 300 g.
  • Fresh pears - 2-3 medium;
  • Cottage cheese - 240 g.
  • Sour cream - 220 g.
  • Sugar - 70 g.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Vanilla sugar - 2-3 teaspoons;

Cooking

Let's start with a test. Cut the chilled butter into cubes, then mix it with flour, baking powder and sugar. It turned out a loose and at the same time dense mass, which in this case is the test.

We roll it up and put it in a bag, and then we close it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Is the dough frozen? Fine! We take it out of the refrigerator, roll it out on the table as best we can. Now put in a greased mold. Press firmly to the bottom and arrange the sides.

Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork, and then mix with sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla sugar. You can use a mixer or blender to make the mass homogeneous.

Wash the pears, remove the cores with stones, and then cut into thin slices.

Put half of the slices on the dough, then put a layer of cottage cheese and sour cream, and then you can decorate with the final pear layer.

In the photo, if you noticed, the whole pear was laid on the dough and simply poured with cottage cheese.

Heat the oven to 170 degrees and bake this cake for about 45 minutes, depending on the height of the mold.

Shortcrust pastry pear pie with chocolate

Wonderful pear pie on dough with chocolate and garnished with grated nuts. Looks, you see, awesome!

Yes, this cake takes longer and is harder to cook. Although, not that much longer, just a lot of body movements with many ingredients. But the result is worth it!

Ingredients:

For test:

  • Wheat flour - 235 g.
  • Cocoa powder (dark or mixed with cream) - 30 g.
  • Butter - 130 g.
  • Sugar - 90 g.
  • Eggs - 1 pc.

Cream (filling):

  • Butter - 50 g.
  • Sugar - 80 g.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
  • Wheat flour - 80 g.
  • Dark or milk chocolate - 180 g (Two bars of 90 g each);
  • Liquid cream - 180 ml.
  • Ground nuts (any) - 30 g.
  • Pears - 1-2 small;
  • Grated (ground) nuts - 20 g.

Cooking

First, let's start with the chocolate dough. Accordingly, the ingredients "for the test" are needed.

Mix flour with cocoa, add pieces of cold butter there and add sugar. Stir, beat in the egg and knead again. Ideally, you need to process in a food processor, but you can also use your muscular hands.

It turned out to be a dense heavy dough.

This dough should be thinly rolled out with a rolling pin, and then laid in a mold, which must first be greased with oil.

Now the dough needs to be put in the refrigerator so that it becomes denser, colder, and in general, so that everything is cool with us. 20 minutes is enough.

Now let's start filling

In fact, here we are preparing the flour mass again, and only then the filling.

Mix warm butter with sugar and egg. The sugar should dissolve.

Combine the flour with the baking powder, and then add to the sugar-egg mass. Mix well - done!

Well, here we come to the chocolate cream.

Pour the cream into a saucepan, put on the stove and bring to a boil over low heat. We stir constantly.

In a separate deep bowl, you need to put the chocolate broken into pieces. Pour in the hot cream, stir gently to melt the chocolate.

And now you need to actively beat with a whisk until a creamy fluffy consistency. Add grated or ground nuts.

That's not all! Pour the previously prepared dough with this cream (not the one in the refrigerator!). Mix everything again.

Now the final stage is filling, molding and baking.

We took out the chilled dough, laid out an even layer of chocolate-cream dough on it.

My pears, we get rid of cuttings and all sorts of bones. Cut into thin slices or small cubes.

Hide a part of the chopped pear deep into the pie, and it is advisable to cover it with beautiful thin plates on top, which will give not only taste, but also aesthetics.

It remains to sprinkle with nuts (almonds, peanuts, but at least some!) And send it to the oven heated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. You can check the readiness with a match. Pierced the pie - the dough stuck to the match? So it's not ready yet!

Lean pear pie

From the royal recipe, we move on to a simpler one - lean. Someone wants a delicious pear pastry in the post? Please!

Or maybe this person just has some temporary preferences, for example, diet, weight loss, and so on and so forth, where you want sweets and at the same time low-calorie (relatively), and without animal components. Then this is the recipe you need!

Ingredients:

  • Semolina - 160 g.
  • Sugar - 100 g. (If desired, you can reduce the amount);
  • Wheat flour - 110 g.
  • Pears - 3-5 pcs.
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • Vegetable oil - 80 ml. (You can also use water, but it will not be so tasty!);
  • Brown sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons for color and beauty!

Cooking process

  1. This pie is being prepared according to the “jellied” technology, and indeed, it can be called a mannik with a pear due to the presence of semolina in the composition.
  2. In a large bowl, mix regular sugar with flour, baking powder and semolina.
  3. Rinse the pears, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Send them to flour, pour oil and mix everything well. But there is no need to crush and tamp!
  4. The oven can still be put on heating, set the temperature to 190 degrees.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease well with oil. Pour in the batter, smooth the top lightly with a spoon and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  6. Baking time for this cake is approximately 35 minutes. The sugar will melt and form a shiny, ruddy caramel.

Yeast cake with pears

What is a selection of recipes without yeast dough pie? Most often, under the pie, we imagine something cooked with yeast. In this case, we have a yeast pear pie.

We will cook from the purchased dough. The choice in stores is now wide, which means you can save a lot of time.

But if you still want to cook everything completely yourself, inside and out, then you can go to the page:. There you will find information about the dough!

Ingredients:

  • Yeast dough (preferably rich) - 370 g.
  • Sugar (brown) - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Fresh pear - 1 large;
  • Pieces of nuts - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

Cooking

  1. Punch down the dough and roll out to cover the baking sheet. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the dough. Press well to the bottom and make high sides.
  2. Pierce the dough all over with a fork a few times to prevent it from expanding too much during baking.
  3. Wash the pear well and cut into arbitrary pieces.
  4. Lay the pear in a thick layer on the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and walnut pieces. In our case, a walnut was used.
  5. Bake this cake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.

Do not think that it will turn out somehow “poorly” and dry. A baked pear will give juice, which, in combination with sugar, will turn into a fragrant caramel crust.

Pear shortbread pie with cheese

Delicious pear pie with cheese. In our case, “brie” is used, but if desired, it can be replaced with any other cheese product (dor blue, ricotta, etc.). The main thing is that it should be tender, creamy, suitable for sweet pastries.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add sugar to it and “cook” until the sugar dissolves.

Add pears to them, then turn over, let the excess liquid evaporate a little to get a thick caramel. Then put aside and let cool slightly. In the meantime, you need to quickly, quickly prepare the dough!

Beat butter with eggs, nutmeg, sugar and flour with baking powder.

Put the pears into the mold, top with the rest of the caramel. Now lay out the dough and send it to a preheated oven (180-190 degrees) for 30-35 minutes.

Today I have prepared for you a simple recipe for kefir pear pie, which turns out to be incredibly tender and soft. It is perfectly baked inside and does not remain wet, but at the same time it is very juicy and tasty. Any hostess can handle it, even a beginner.

First, kefir batter is made for the pie, it is easy and quick to prepare, and it also does not need to be kneaded, and this is a huge plus for many, because in this case a lot of time is saved. Next, sliced \u200b\u200bfruits are added and always without peel, so that the taste is as tender as possible. From above it is enough to sprinkle it with powdered sugar or pour chocolate icing.

Although this is a simple pear pie in the oven, but believe me, it is not a shame to serve it to guests on the table. If you are planning friendly gatherings, then there is nothing better than a delicious homemade pie for tea. Your guests will definitely appreciate it.

I love the texture inside, which is a bit like a cupcake, but in a lighter, non-greasy version. I tried different options for making pies on batter and I can safely say that this recipe is really worthy and successful.

Ingredients:

  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Vanilla sugar - to taste
  • Kefir - 130 g
  • Wheat flour - 165 g
  • Slaked soda - 0.25 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 60 g
  • Pears - 3 pcs.
  • Butter or margarine - for greasing the mold

How to cook pear pie in the oven

To begin with, I make a quick dough on kefir for a pie. To do this, I beat eggs into a mixer bowl or just into a deep bowl and add sugar. Then you can work as a conventional whisk, and a mixer. I chose the second option to be faster.

Therefore, with a mixer for 3 minutes, beat the eggs with sugar until splendor and complete dissolution of sugar. It is better to beat them at a high mixer speed so that the mass is even more magnificent. Then I add kefir and mix.

Then I add vanilla sugar, flour and soda slaked with vinegar. By the way, soda can be replaced with baking powder, but then I increase its amount to 1 tsp. It is advisable to sift the flour before adding, as this also affects the final result.

The last I pour in vegetable oil, which must be refined and without a strong smell. In general, I do not recommend adding homemade vegetable oil to sweet pastries, especially when it has a strong characteristic smell. I tried to do it on a regular one, and on a refined one, that's why I warn you that the difference is huge.

I mix everything again and you're done. The consistency is quite liquid, but this is what we need. The main thing is to add flour in exactly the indicated amount and everything will work out. As you can see, such a pear pie recipe is quick and does not take much time.

Now I prepare pears, for this I peel them and remove the core with stones. Then I just cut them into slices. I have them sweet and juicy, so they are ideal for such baking. It is imperative to peel the peel, do not leave it if you want your pastries to be as tasty as possible.

Lubricate the baking dish with butter or margarine, and pour the finished dough into it. Next, I carefully lay out the slices of pears, next to each other, but so that there are gaps between them. And you can do it a little differently, first pour half the dough into the mold, then lay out the slices and pour the remaining dough on top. This is how you get a delicious aspic pie with kefir pears.

I heat the oven to 200 degrees, and put my quick kefir pie in it to bake. Baking time 30 - 35 minutes. Be sure to check the readiness with a wooden torch, which comes out completely dry from the finished baking. I sprinkle it on top with plenty of powdered sugar, and you can also pour it with boiled chocolate icing, if desired. To make it more convenient to get it out of the mold, it is better to take it with detachable sides.

Here is such a simple recipe for pear pie in the oven. We ate it with pleasure, and the recipe goes to the list of my favorites. A piece of such pastry with a cup of hot tea on a cold evening is what you need. Happy tea drinking!

A pear pie in the oven is pleasant to cook, but delicious to eat. It turns out it is for everyone who wants to make beautiful pastries. Products are needed affordable, it takes a little time. And the result is an elegant, fragrant and amazingly delicious cake, which is impossible to tear yourself away from. Our story about a dessert for real gourmets.

Crumbly shortbread base stuffed with frangipane (walnut-egg cream), juicy pear slices in alliance with caramel nuts and caramel threads - an irresistible temptation. The aroma of a freshly baked pear and walnut pie invites you to a friendly tea party for a heart-to-heart conversation.

Oven pear pie recipes

There are not so many such recipes as a juicy, fragrant, ripe pear deserves. The summer period persistently declares itself with an abundance of fruits and berries. The hostesses cook to the fullest, but for some reason they don’t put the pear anywhere, except for compotes and jam. And her pies are so juicy and delicious. It looks so beautiful surrounded by cream, filling or caramel.

Unfortunately, the vastness of the Internet offers a meager number of variations on the theme of pear pies in the oven. There are step-by-step instructions in various sources, but everything can be reduced to several denominators.

Pear Pie Base:

  • sand;
  • yeast;
  • puff;
  • on kefir (yogurt, sour cream).

Pie with pears and nuts

This is perhaps the most delicious version of pear pie. It will be described in detail in a step-by-step recipe). Favorite nuts are added to the dough (the options are listed above) or, which is poured onto the base. Halves of a quarter or slices of pears are laid on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. The finished dessert is poured with caramel or chocolate. Served with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.

Pie with pears and apples in the oven

In the base itself (with the addition of kefir or yogurt), pieces of pears and apples are placed on the bottom of the mold or on top of the dough. The combination of these common fruits harmonizes perfectly with any kind of foundation. A changeling is very interesting - a type of pie in which caramelized fruits are laid out on the bottom of a baking sheet, poured with dough, and turned over after cooking. As a result, the top of the cake seductively shines with caramelized fruits.

If you want to use shortbread, puff or yeast dough, just put frangipane and fruits on the base and bake a pear pie in the oven. A simple version of a homemade dessert (especially if you use a ready-made base) will work even for a child.

Some are stacked, fruits are placed on it, and everything is sprinkled with sand crumbs on top.

The easiest option is a la charlotte. Pieces of pear-apples are added to the biscuit (or kefir) dough. Everything is baked in the oven, then poured with your favorite sauce or decorated with delicious cream.

In our opinion, the most successful pear pies are pie with nut filling, pear strudel and upside down. You can also make a pie with pears and cottage cheese, as in or in. In subsequent publications, we will bring these ideas to life, taking the named recipes as a basis. Only instead of gooseberries and cherries we will put pears.

Easy pear pie recipe

  1. Two glasses of flour are mixed with baking powder (1 tbsp. L) and vanillin. Add sour cream (250 ml), beaten with sugar (100 g) chicken eggs (3 pcs.) And butter (50 g), melted in the microwave. Everything is well mixed. The form is lubricated with vegetable oil.
  2. Pears (1-2 pieces) are peeled, cut into slices along, having previously removed the seeds and the hard core.
  3. The dough is poured into the mold, pears are laid out like a fan on top.
  4. Put the pear pie in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.
  5. After 35-40 minutes, they are removed by checking with a wooden skewer. The finished cake will be golden brown.

Nuances

In order for the pears to be ruddy, before laying them in the pie, the fruits must be caramelized. To do this, melt 100 g of sugar in a pan, dip the pear slices in turn into the resulting caramel and put them in the base.

To get a flip, the pears are placed on the bottom, on top - the dough. Bake, flip and enjoy. Mmm. Delicate porous dough, juicy caramel pears - delicious, just delight and happiness.

A step by step recipe for an amazing pear pie in the oven

But the most delicious and beautiful, of course, is our step-by-step version of pear delight. Three times more delight and a million times more happiness in an amazing baked pear pie. This cake will consist of a shortbread base, nut filling, baked pears and caramelized nuts with caramel strands as decoration. It may sound complicated, but it is prepared for one or two.

Pear pie can be prepared according to different recipes. Today I will give you, in my opinion, the easiest and fastest recipe for making pear pie. You will need 5-7 minutes to prepare and about half an hour to cook in the oven. A great option when you need something to quickly prepare for tea.

Pear Pie (Easiest Recipe)

When I need to quickly prepare something for tea, charlotte with apples often comes to my rescue.

By the way, how to cook charlotte with apples and apple cake I already wrote

In general, I always made charlotte with apples before. But then friends treated us with pears from their garden. And their variety is such that when the pears ripen, they turn brown inside very quickly. Something urgently needed to be done with these pears. Part went to the compote, and I also decided to quickly bake a pear pie. And the idea came to my mind to make charlotte with pears.

I cook Charlotte very quickly, because I don’t even beat eggs with sand with a mixer. If you beat, the dough will turn out more airy and lush, but we like it anyway, and time is saved. That's why I think this recipe is the easiest. Judge for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • pears 6 pieces (small)
  • flour 1 glass
  • granulated sugar(3/4 - 1 glass)
  • eggs 3 pieces
  • baking powder 1 teaspoon (or soda)
  • vegetable oil(for mold lubrication)

Cooking the easiest pear pie

Since preparing the products for the pear pie will not take us much time, it is better to immediately turn on the oven, because it should have time to warm up to about 180 degrees.

Let's start making the batter.

Mix flour with sugar.

For charlotte with apples, I always take 1 cup of granulated sugar. But still, apples are more sour than pears. Therefore, taking the same 1 glass of sugar for charlotte with pears, the cake will turn out to be sweeter. If you do not want a very sweet cake, take less granulated sugar - 3/4 cup.

My husband loves sweets, so I took 1 glass.

Add baking powder.

If there is no baking powder, add half a teaspoon of baking soda quenched with vinegar.

Crack the eggs and mix everything thoroughly.

I washed the pears, cut off the tails and removed the cores with bones, cut them into pieces. I didn’t cut the peel (it turned out well as a result).

I poured the chopped pears into the dough and mixed everything.

The baking dish (both the bottom and the walls) must be greased with vegetable oil.

Put our batter with pears into the form.

The oven should be preheated by now. We place our form in it. I put the mode "Baking with convection". Do not be discouraged if you do not have such a mode in the oven. I used to have an old gas stove without any modes, and charlottes in it always turned out well.

In my stove, pear charlotte was ready in 25 minutes. Here's what happened:

It can be eaten both hot and cold.

The husband said: "By appearance you expect one taste (apple meant), but you get a completely different one, but also very tasty!" And I really liked this pear charlotte too.

Well, do you agree that this is the easiest pear pie recipe? It seems to me that it is impossible to think of anything easier and faster!
