Box for disk with your own scrapbooking. Box for a wedding disk. Step-by-step master class for the manufacture of the cover

Boxes from disks - 5 ways to give them a second life

Boxes from disks - 5 ways to give them a second life

Again from Galina Spring (here is the inexhaustible storehouse of ideas). Photo and text of the author

Ideas where to go boxes from disks, rather where I devale them
1. Postcard-packaging
If you decorate such a box - it turns out a postcard that can be put as a frame,
This time. And you can also put something suitable for size as a mini-gift is two.

2. Mini-mirror.
Forming acrylic paint, stagepat / I used a printout / sizing, glue the mirror and beads - opa! Ready!

3. The very first my ideas. 2007 more. On February 23, I urgently need a gift of a pile of men / and where did I get them so much! Sold off with printing discs. I bought cheap chinese alarms. In the box from the DVD cut out the middle for the clock. We glue the clock mechanism on one side - the disk on the other. Decorate a mosaic from the shell. Covered with varnish. Everything.

4. Also dvd discs, the same watch. The same for men. But ... decorated with grains of coffee and jute twine

5. And here is such a vase.
We glue the discs with an adhesive gun ribs to each other in the form of a triangle. In three rows I got. And then decorating as we want. I used a napkin technique and shell
Inside the plastic bottle pasted.

Good evening, girls and boys :))

Here prepared for you your first master class! I like it very worried, if everything did everything correctly, whether it was clear whether the photos wrote and are good ... Eh :)) Well, I don't show you - I don't know the verdict%)) So today we will do this such a box for a disk with wedding photos today: )

The thing is a laconic design, everything I love I and the photographer Julia Gorbunov, on the order of which this box was done :)
So, what we need:

Instruments

  • metal rules: large (50cm) and small (20cm).
  • scissors for ribbon and paper (with blue handles) and for scotch (with black handles)
  • moment-crystal glue
  • toothpick
  • stationery knife (I just adore the tools of the Japanese manufacturer OLFA)
  • scotch bilateral wide (5cm) and narrow (9mm)
  • lighter
  • tweezers with long flat halves
  • bone for bigovka
  • scotch ordinary narrow (1cm)
  • self-regenerating rug (I have OLFA A2 format - shikaaric :))))
  • pencil (forgot to lay out in the photo)
  • needle or pin (either not in the photo)
Maybe without any tools from this set, you can do, but I love my tools very much and try to use them more often! :))

Materials

  • binding cardboard 1.5mm
  • paper for Basics (Box Casting)
  • scrapBumaga for Cover
  • plastic disk holder
  • ribbon (for tie boxes)
  • any decor on your taste (not all to be so laconic as I am%))))

It seems to be all. I also prepare for myself printing signs with pair names (by the wishes of the customer), and "Forzac", if you can say so, with the customer's logo :))

Start!

1. First you need to determine the size of the box. To do this, we measure our disk holder if it is available :) My holder size is 13.7x12.4cm. We add around the perimeter of 0.3 cm and gets the size of the base of 14.3x13cm. The thickness of the holder is 3.5 mm ... rounded to 5mm.
We get two parts of the cortex 14.3x13cm and the spine 13x0.5 cm (if you do not have a finished holder, or it is small and round as a button, then you can make the size of the crusts based on the diameter of the disk). Cut from cardboard crust and root and put them in a row, leaving between the parts of the gaps of 4mm (these are two thicknesses of our cardboard (1.5mmx2) + 1mm). Fix the usual tape from below and on top

2. Cooking pasting paper. Measure at the bottom of the band in 1.5 cm and carry a line with a bone for raging. We glue the crusts + the root of bilateral scotch as shown in the photo below (the sides where the tape was not before this). Then we spare protective papers from the tape and, retreating on the left of 1.5 cm we glue on a sheet of paper, combining with the penetrated line from the bottom

3. Slices of scotch, which fixed the design, carefully dug. Cut off the sheet around the cardboard, retreating 1-1,5 cm around the perimeter (if paper for salabing is thin or medium density, then you can do 1 cm, if it is thick 250-300gr, then it is better to leave the reserve 1.5 cm)

4. On the corners cut up too much. Cuts are made under 45 degrees to the sides of the rectangle, retreating from the corner of the cardboard about 2.5mm (the thickness of the cardboard is 1.5mm + a slightly back). Big the foundation on the perimeter of a cardboard rectangle and bending along the ravines

5. We glue a narrow double-sided tape for long sides, slightly leaving the corners. I then stroke a bone for bigting Scotch for a stronger gluing (I think)

6. We glue the long sides, we linse the corners as shown in the photo (I also stroke the bigful ends of the part for the beauty and clarity of the lines). We glue the tape for the short sides of the rectangle, not reaching the corners of about 1 cm

7. We glue short sides, stroke the ends and "bend" raging for better gluing Scotch

8. We admire neat corners :))) I get our tape, I stroke it and make measurements :)) "Height" of a crust 13.0 cm, the width of the tape is 2,8cm (I forgot to stroke the ribbon at this stage and stroked at the end)

9. We need to arrange the tape in the center of the crust. For this make simple calculations
13.0-2.8 \u003d 10.2 cm; 10.2 / 2 \u003d 5.1cm;
Measure 5.1cm from the bottom of the crust and put a pencil label in several places (but not closer to 5mm to the edges of the crust on the left and right). We glue the pieces of scotch (3 cm approximately) on the left, right, along the root (from the pencil tags up), and about the middle of each half of the crust

10. Measure about 80cm tape. Bend it in half to mark the middle. We glue the tape, focusing on the labels (and the bottom of the side and central tile sicks) and the root (here the middle of the tape, as you understood). If you are planning sewn ornaments or Brads, then now you need to sew them and install! :))
We are preparing "Forzatz", if you can call it so. To do this, we measure our crust over the short and long side. Then from the obtained lengths take 0.6 cm (that is, 0.3 on each side), and cut the paper of the desired size (I have a printout with the logo)

11. We try on the "Forzatz" to the crust. Apply so that the perimeter remains an equal distance (that is, 0.3 cm). We put the light labels with a needle (but to see later) on the upper cut of the mouse, at the very corners and on the root

12. Printe a narrow double-sided adhesive tape around the perimeter to the wrong one. To the crust, be sure to stick to the root and in several places on the halves of the crust (I tried from the soul and stuck everything%))))

13. Divide protective pieces with tape, and glue the faucets into place, focusing clearly on our needle marks in the corners and the root! Hands (clean!) Invilitate Forzatz as it should :)) Then the stupid side of the bitter as it should drive the root.
(If you decorate the cover in paragraph 12, then we turn to paragraph 19)

14. We make a cover. We make measurement in width and height. We get a width of 14.5 cm and a height of 13.0 cm

15. We make the next simple calculations and cut out two rectangles from scrapbooks 13.9x12,4 cm. We try to cover the cover, we heat the needle labels (with a bent cover), we glue from the reverse side of the scotch

16. We glue, focusing on the needle labels, admire :))

17. We make a beautiful multi-layer card (I have with the names of newlyweds). To do this, we prepare the printout (it is printed on the same paper that was wondered by a crust), scrapbook, a piece of paper for pasting. We glue a printout on scrapbook, retreating the distance you need (I have about 1.5 mm). Then cut off from the two remaining parties with the same indentation (it's easier to make the same small indent than if you cut the substrate a little more printout and then come together and glue)

18. We repeat the same procedure again (with inlet paper). Card ready!

19. We will glue the card in the center of the box. To do this, we make calculations, try, we plan, glue :) Then we prepare the holder and moment-crystal. We apply on a drop of glue with a toothpick on 4 corners of the holder, trying on (in the first paragraph, we calculated 0.3cm from all sides of the holder), we glue to the inner right side of the crust

20. I stroke a ribbon (if it was smashed in the process, or if they did not stand before). We fold the box, fold the segments of the ribbon with each other and together cut the male painter. Then, with the help of a tweezer with a flat long nose and lighters, I treat the edges of the ribbons (I climb into the tweezers so that 0.5-1mm slice performs and fall; the slice is obtained very smooth and not loose).

The wedding is a very magical and romantic holiday in the life of every young couple. For most weddings, it is considered a holiday and an event that happens once and for life. Therefore, you understand that you need to prepare it, organize and spend on the highest category to remember for life. There are quite a lot of preparation and organization for the wedding celebration, so you need to think through everything in advance so that I didn't have to run in advance. It will be best for help from specialists who are playing holidays, their preparations, design and complete conduct. But, as for the wedding, there are much more nuances and all sorts of little things that best take into their own hands and, for example, to do this bride. We are talking about wedding invitations, mini-presents for guests, they are also called so-called bonbonnies, seating cards, guest list, etc. These are very responsible such trifles, so it is better to do them yourself. At any wedding, a photographer with a video photography is necessarily present, which fixes and removes the most noble points that occur in your celebration. And a year later, you will be able to look at your wedding together, and remember what a happy and romantic day was. The video is stored on the disk, which must be carefully stored so that the shooting does not deteriorate. So this part can take on the bride and make a very beautiful box for a wedding disk handmade. So, for its manufacture, we need to take:
Binding cardboard, two sheets 15 * 15 cm;
Two Watercolor Paper Sheet A4;
Two sheets of paper for scrapbooking from Evgenia Kurdibanovskaya from the collection "Love and Pigeons", sheets 30 * 30 cm;
Metal corners for gold 4 pcs;
Border hole punch;
Hollow chopped heart pink color;
Swan pictures;
Stamp "Happy Wedding Day", pink ink;
Rosets made of polymer clay of white and peach colors;
Pink poppy;
Pink-peach roses and forget-me-not;
Pink double lace;
White ribbon with tissue roses;
Cutting paper butterflies;
Leaflets;
Semobusin;
Satin ribbon light pink in polka dot;
Two-way tape, adhesive gun, pencil, line, plow glue, scissors.

So, first we need to make the basis of the box. Apply binding cardboard to the watercolor paper sheet.

We retreat around the perimeter of 1.5 cm. We do the same and with the second sheet of paper cardboard. Superior cutting and we get squares 18 * 18 cm from watercolor. Now we press the cardboard with one hand and the sheard's ends are passing around the perimeter of one and second squares. This we make flex lines.

At the corners, we retreat on both sides of 3 cm, then connect the angular lines and make sections.

We begin all sides. Scotch strips glue these billets on binding cardboard.

Parties that bend, glue PVA glue. Get these squares. They need to be glued together. Cut two strips 3 * 15 cm. We divide them by 1.3 * 0.4 * 1.3 cm and also begow.

One strip glue from above, the second bottom, thus we connect the squares, get a little book.

From white-pink scrapbook cutting 4 squares 15 * 15 cm. Two rectangles 7.5 * 15 cm cut out from another paper. Up to glue paper lace with PVA.

Pockets rectangles glue to squares at the edges.

I cut off the front and glue the ribbon strip for the strip. Glue inside scrap squares with pockets. One of the front squares decorate: glue a picture and an inscription and sew their typewriter.

Now both front parts are glued and an outside of both sides of the box.

My master class is released - a box for a disk. I am pleased to duplicate it here for your favorite bees. Today we will make a bright box under the disk, maybe it will be photos from a children's photo session or from your wedding - the principle of manufacturing such boxes is the same. Here are some options.

And we will do this bright.

So, proceed. We need:
- Pastel paper, cardstock or watercolor paper for the base
- scrap-paper
- decorations for decorating (I have buttons, acrylic stone from Glitz and paper tape)
- glue.
- I use a line, but if you do not have a typewriter, you can also do without it.

1. Making the basis. To do this, cut the rectangle 14 * 28.5 /

2. Then Bigue: Measure it from each side of 14 cm, in the middle it turns out 0.5 cm. We spend the folds of the folds. The basis is ready.

3. Separately, we make the top decorative part: we cut the substrate 13.5 * 13.5 cm, we have scrap-paper 13 * 13cm (or a company from residues, like me, leaving the torn edge)

4. Now we design the inside. Cut the substrate 13.5 * 13.5, we make a substrate under photo 7.5 * 10 (substrate size 8.5 * 11cm)

5. Cut the pockets under the drive 8 * 13.5 cm, in the middle, cut the semicircle and fix it with the help of two-way tape.

6. Send all elements of internal design to the base.

7. From the reverse side, we remove all the threads and fix with the use of glue in-stretch.

8.Sholes from punctures with needle pass the handle of scissors to smooth them. So 2 parts will be tightly glued to each other and will not be strained.

9. Decorating the backdrop and glue 2 parts to our "boxes".

10.

11. I can remember the result and participate in our tasks)))
