To date, the Eurosit 630 gas valve 630 is most often used in domestic and imported gas equipment. It is it that performs the functions of maintaining a given coolant temperature and in case of an emergency, it carries out a complete overlap of gas supply to the burners. Further launch of boilers with such automation is possible only manually. However, it is not always the reason for the emergency shutdown of the boiler is a real accident.

Let's try to deal with this on the example of Zhytomyr-3 boiler. From automation in it, it provides protection against the disappearance of the flame on the stall and the traction disorders.

We will define that we will be called the ralkign of the fist. The EUROSIT 630 valve control knob allows you to translate the boiler in three main modes:

  • disabled;
  • ignition;
  • temperature adjustment (1-7).

To ignite the pilot burner (stobnant), it is necessary to translate the control knob to the ignition position (spark), click on it and using the Piezorozal button to ignite the pilot burner. Next, the handle is held for a few seconds (no more than 30) and is released. The stall must continue to burn. This we will be called the ralkign of the stobnant. If the spinner is moving - you need to repeat the procedure several times. If it does not help - you need to look for a fault.

At the moment of ignition, the flame is heating the thermocouple, which in turn produces EMF (approximately 25 mV for good SIT thermocouple), which comes through the sensor circuit (sensors) of automation to the electromagnetic valve.

Pressing the gas valve handle, we manually open the electromagnetic valve, feeding the gas to the stall, which, in case of proper operation of the equipment, is held in the EDC produced by the thermocouple and remains in the open position after the handle is released. Thermocouple itself performs the function of protection against the disappearance of the flame on the stall. Sensors in the chains are normally closed and when they trigger their contacts, providing a complete shutdown of the boiler.

Preparation for work

To carry out work on the definition and elimination of problems with the sparer, we will need the following tool:

  • horn keys number 9, 10, 12;
  • pliers;
  • multimeter;
  • flat slot;
  • alcohol.

Getting to work

To determine the cause of the malfunction, check the thermocouple chain - the electromagnetic valve. To begin with check the thrust sensor. In this boiler, it is located on the gas duct. To do this, remove the two terminals from the sensor.

We clic down two terminals with each other, they must connect tightly (for this you can squeeze them a bit).

We try to produce a spare stamp. In case it managed to do, the cause of the malfunction in the thrust sensor. However, do not rush to change it. To begin with check it.

Note: In this work, we dismantle the sensor in order to show the features of its installation on the boiler and labeling. To check it is not necessary.

We unscrew the two screws fastening the thrust sensor to the boiler gas pipe.

Please note that the sensor is not attached close to the body of the gas plant, but is installed on paronite gaskets. This is necessary in order to reduce the heating of the sensor through its contact with the case, as well as to ensure the gap between the hole in the gas duct and the plane of the sensor.

We inspect the sensor. His contacts must be tight on the housing. They should not be oxidation. The nominal sensor (the temperature at which the sensor contact disks) in this case is 75 ° C (designation on the L75C case).

Check the thrust sensor with a tester, measuring its resistance. It must be minimal (equal to the impact resistance) - 1-2 ohm. If the sensor is not nicknamed, the replacement is unambiguously needed to (with the corresponding response temperature).

If the sensor managed to call, wipe the sensor contacts and the chain terminals with alcohol, press them with pliers and dried. Mount the sensor in place and connect it. We try to make a span.

If the ignition managed to produce, the cause of the fault was found and eliminated.

Be sure after the ignition of the main burner needs to be checked. To do this, you can bring your hand to the place where the thrust sensor is installed. From this opening should not go warm. If this happens - it is necessary to eliminate the reason that causes insufficient traction. The sensor is triggered correctly.

Attention! Operate the boiler with a faulty chimney is categorically prohibited!

Remove the terminals from the contacts of the burden and measure the resistance of the chain. It must be no more than 3 ohms.

If this condition is observed, produce the following actions. Key number 9, unscrew the thermocouple fastening nut to the burden. The key number 12, we unscrew the turnover to the floor, which consists of two parts: a brass sleeve and plastic insert.

We take out the plastic insert with the contacts and unscrew the part completely.

We check the thermocouple. We attach it directly to the electromagnetic valve (the place where the burden was installed). Fix it with key number 9.

We produce a spinner spinner. If it failed to produce - the cause of the malfunction is most likely in the thermocouple. The electromagnetic valve fails to be extremely rare.

We will examine the thermocouple. In some cases, the thermocouple is repaired. It happens that the thermocouple contact disappears. This is not a reason for replacement, just supper it.

It is important that the dielectric gasket is a must.

Make sure the thermocouple is correctly installed in the flame of the furniture. The tip of the thermocouple must be immersed in the flame.

To configure the position of the thermocouple relative to the flame, the supplier must be released the key number 10 the fastening nut of the thermocouple to the pilot burner. By moving the thermocouple, you need to install it in the correct position and fix the key number 10.

To make the final verdict on replacement, you can measure the EMH, generated by a thermocouple. To do this, it is necessary to locate the stobnant, and, holding the valve handle pressed, measure the EDC between the contact of the thermocouple and its body. The optimal value should be at least 18 mV. If the thermocouple is good - clean the alcohol details of the burrier, as well as the protector of the thermocouple. Especially if it had to do.

We collect the burrier in the reverse order, connect the thermocouple to it. It should not crimp the details. Efforts should be enough to ensure reliable contact. Crush the terminals of the pliers and, rub them with alcohol, try to produce a ignition.

Another reason for problems with the ignition may be insufficient gas pressure on the stall. This is due to clogging the nozzle. For its cleanings, it is necessary key number 10 to release the fastening nut of the stobnant and extract the jetwork.

The setting is performed by rotating the screw on the valve. When it turns it counterclockwise, the gas pressure on the stalk increases.

If not, then you should check the screwdriver for the slots or do it using a special key.

When the air is clusted in the pump, you need to open the air vent and release air. The air vent is a rotating or up cap, the sound of the outgoing air must be heard when released.
