Establishes and promptly communicates production targets to brigades and individual workers (not part of the brigades) in accordance with approved production plans and schedules, standard indicators for the use of equipment, raw materials, materials, tools, fuel, energy. Carries out production briefings for workers, takes measures to comply with the rules of labor protection, safety precautions and industrial sanitation, technical operation of equipment and tools, as well as control over their observance. Promotes the introduction of progressive forms of labor organization, makes proposals on the revision of production standards and prices, as well as on the assignment of workers in accordance with the Unified Tariff Qualification Reference Book of Works and Professions of working categories to workers, takes part in the pricing of work and the assignment of qualification categories to workers in the area. Analyzes the results of production activities, controls the spending of the wage fund established by the site, ensures the correctness and timeliness of the execution of primary documents for recording working hours, output, wages, downtime. Promotes the dissemination of best practices, the development of initiative, the introduction of rationalization proposals and inventions. Ensures timely revision in the prescribed manner of labor cost norms, the introduction of technically sound norms and normalized tasks, the correct and effective application of wage and bonus systems. Takes part in the implementation of work to identify production reserves in terms of quantity, quality and range of products, in the development of measures to create favorable working conditions, improve the organizational and technical culture of production, rational use of working time and production equipment. Controls the observance by workers of the rules of labor protection and safety, production and labor discipline, internal labor regulations, contributes to the creation of an atmosphere of mutual assistance and exactingness in the team, the development of a sense of responsibility and interest in the timely and high-quality performance of production tasks among workers. Prepares proposals on the promotion of workers or the application of measures of material influence, on the imposition of disciplinary sanctions on violators of industrial and labor discipline. Organizes work to improve the skills and professional skills of workers and foremen, train them in second and related professions, conducts educational work in a team.

3. Rights

The foreman has the right to:

1. give orders that are obligatory for execution by employees subordinate to him;

2. participate in the selection and placement of personnel for their activities;

3. make proposals to the management on encouraging and imposing penalties on the employees of the enterprise in their activities;

4. make proposals for the development and improvement of the enterprise;

5. request from the management, receive and use information materials and legal documents necessary for the performance of their duties;

6. to take part in conferences and meetings at which issues related to its work are considered;
