1. General Provisions

1.1. This job description defines the functional, job duties, rights and responsibilities of the 5th category repairman of the "New Technologies" division (hereinafter referred to as the 5th category Repairman) Non-profit partnership "Development of innovations in the fuel and energy complex" National Institute of Oil and Gas (hereinafter referred to as the Institution).

1.2. A person who meets the following requirements for education and training is appointed to the position of a 5th category repairman:

  • Educational programs of secondary vocational education - training programs for skilled workers (employees);
  • with practical experience:

  • At least one year of experience as a mechanic-repairman of the 3rd qualification level;
  • Special conditions for admission to work as a repairman of the 5th category:

  • Passing obligatory preliminary (when applying for a job) and periodic medical examinations (examinations), as well as extraordinary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • 1.3. The repairman of the 5th category must know:

  • 1.4. The mechanic-repairman of the 5th category should be able to:

  • Inspect and evaluate the correct operation of the serviced equipment;
  • Work with locksmith tools;
  • Determine the malfunctions of the repaired equipment;
  • Work with pneumatic power tools;
  • Possess the skills of centering equipment of medium complexity and technological pipelines;
  • Perform tin work;
  • Install plugs;
  • Possess the skills of metalwork and assembly work;
  • Install plugs;
  • Mark pipes for cutting;
  • Work with metalwork and pneumoelectric tools;
  • Manufacture of gland packings;
  • Work with machine tools;
  • Perform tin work;
  • Replace gaskets on flanged connections;
  • Work with the winch mechanism and other rigging devices;
  • To produce flat gaskets (seals);
  • Work with insulating materials;
  • Identify malfunctions of repair equipment and repair equipment;

  • 1.5. The repairman of the 5th category is appointed to the position and dismissed by the order of the General Director of the Institution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

    1.6. The repairman of the 5th category reports to the General Director of the Institution and the head of the "New Technologies" division

    2. Labor functions

  • 3.12. Replacement of valves, oil pipes, pipe handles and other similar units of pumps and compressors.
  • 3.13. Dismantling-assembly of liquid nozzles and burners.
  • 3.14. Dismantling-assembly of heat exchangers, heaters with steam space, with a floating head.
  • 3.15. Dismantling-assembly of sectional condensers-refrigerators.
  • 3.16. Disassembly-assembly of coil condensers - refrigerators with straight cast-iron or steel pipes.
  • 3.17. Dismantling-assembly of flange connections.
  • 3.18. Dismantling-assembly of pipeline fittings with operating pressure (Ru) up to 4 MPa (megapascal).
  • 3.19. Dismantling-assembly of simple pumps.
  • 4.2. Improve qualifications, undergo retraining (retraining).

    4.3. Enter into relationships with departments of third-party institutions and organizations to resolve issues within the competence of a 5th category repairman.

    4.4. Participate in the discussion of issues that are part of his functional duties.

    4.5. Make suggestions and comments on the improvement of activities in the assigned area of ​​work.

    4.6. Apply to the relevant local authorities or to the court to resolve disputes arising in the performance of functional duties.

    4.7. Use information materials and legal documents necessary for the performance of their duties.

    4.8. Pass certification in the prescribed manner.

    5. Responsibility

    The repairman of the 5th category is responsible for:

    5.1. Failure to perform (improper performance) of their functional duties.

    5.2. Failure to comply with the orders and instructions of the General Director of the Institution.

    5.3. Inaccurate information about the status of the execution of assigned tasks and instructions, violation of the deadlines for their execution.

    5.4. Violation of the internal labor regulations, fire safety and safety regulations established in the Establishment.

    5.5. Causing material damage within the limits established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

    5.6. Disclosure of information that became known in connection with the performance of official duties.

    For the above violations, a repairman of the 5th category can be brought in accordance with the current legislation, depending on the severity of the misconduct, to disciplinary, material, administrative, civil and criminal liability.
