  • The village of Yuledur is located 8 km from Kelmaksola in a northeast direction. The name of this village characterizes the area where the settlement was formed and consists of two words: “the edge of the burnt area” or “the village near the burnt area.”

In 1928 - 1929, several families from Laisola, 5 km from the village, cleared the site of the felled forest to build a repair. They cut down trees and uprooted stumps. The organizer of the resettlement was Andrei Semenovich Kozyrev. To protect the building materials and logs, a small house was built, where the watchman Philip Egorovich Ivanov settled. In 1929, the families of the Ryabinins, Zagainovs, Ignatievs, Kozyrevs, Kudryavtsevs, and Ivanovs moved to Yuledur. In 1931, 10 families, 12 people moved, in 1932 - 2 families, 6 people, in 1948 - 1 family of 4 people. In total, 27 families and 82 people moved from Laisola to Yuledur from 1928 to 1948.

The largest population in the village was in 1950, 163 people lived in 28 farms. The Staraya Voda river flows near the village. In 1929 - 1930, in order to drain water and open new land plots, village residents manually dug a ditch to the Ryabinovaya River.

In 1931, the Yuledur collective farm was formed in the village. Over the years, Andrei Semenovich Kozyrev, Kuzma Pavlovich Mochalov, Philip Egorovich Ivanov, Anna Ivanovna Zagainova and others served as chairmen. In 1932 there were 15 horses on the collective farm, in 1933 - 20, in 1940 - 23 horses. Mikhail Ivanovich Ignatiev worked as a groom. In 1933, a cowshed was built and 22 cows and 2 bulls were kept. In addition, there were 18 sheep and 17 pigs.

In 1931 - 1933, the collective farm did not have its own field. Collective farmers went to work in Laisola. Only in 1933, after the Ronginskaya MTS was uprooted by two tractors, a field with an area of 30 hectares appeared. In 1933, 33 collective farmers worked in the agricultural artel and built farms for the collective farm. In 1933, the village of Laisola transferred a water mill on the Kordemka River to the Yuledur collective farm; it was closed in 1944.

There was no separate prayer grove; people went to pray in the sacred grove of the village of Aleevo. The faith was pagan, only one resident - Andrei Mikhailovich Alekseev - was a Christian.

During the Great Patriotic War, 19 people left to defend the Motherland, 8 people did not return. One of the village residents, Vasily Stepanovich Zagainov, went to war on the very first day.

In 1944, 57 collective farmers worked in agricultural cooperatives, including 30 women and 22 teenagers. The collective farm had 100 hectares of cropland and 6 hectares of hayfields. They sowed 45 hectares of rye, 3 hectares of wheat, 33 hectares of oats, 2 hectares of vetch, 4 hectares of peas, and received 6 quintals of grain from each hectare. During the year, 5183 liters of milk, 40 kg of wool, 10 kg of honey, 99 kg of butter were obtained. For one workday, collective farmers were given 400 g of grain, 800 g of potatoes, 200 g of straw, 16 g of meat, 20 g of cottage cheese.

Electricity appeared in the village in 1962. The whole village bought the first television in 1963; it stood in a public house and worked for thirteen years, until 1975. In 1991, 23 people lived in Üledur.

Commander of the 1185th Infantry Regiment, Colonel

A book has been published dedicated to one of the experienced Komsomol, party and economic workers of Yakutia, Vasily Zagainov, who from 1973 to 1989 headed the Ministry of Forestry of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

On September 16, on the eve of Forest Workers Day, a presentation of the book “Vasily Pavlovich Zagainov” from the series “Yakutia is proud of them” took place.

« Exactly 60 years ago, in the good Soviet times, a tall, handsome, certified forestry engineer came to Yakutia. Did he know then that he would endlessly love this harsh region and would remain here forever - to raise this difficult economy of the republic?“, noted the famous journalist Dmitry Pukhov, the author of the book, in his speech.

The publication contains biographical information, numerous speeches, reports by Vasily Zagainov, memories of colleagues, associates, friends and relatives, and includes photographs from different years.

« When this book was being created, we encountered some objective and subjective difficulties. Vasily Pavlovich is a very modest person; he did not agree to publish this book for a long time. When we finally persuaded him, there were few photographs. They couldn’t find a photo of him with a deputy badge. Although he was twice, for 8 years he was a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic"- said the author. According to him, the book turned out to be very warm and sincere.

People's writer Andrei Krivoshapkin noted the titanic work of the author and spoke of the hero of the book, Vasily Zagainov, as a special person.

« His uniqueness lies in the fact that, despite his age, he actively and very fruitfully works to perpetuate the best people of Yakutia, who with their work provided enormous assistance to the republic", he commented.

Many warm words and congratulations were conveyed by his colleagues who worked under his strict leadership.
