Wall valve. Installation of the supply valve in the wall with your own hands. Installation of forced ventilation

The installation of new plastic windows leads to sealing of rooms. Without a tributary outside the natural air exchange in a private house or an apartment stops. One way to resume ventilation work is to use a trim valve embedded in the building wall. In this publication, we will look at the design of these devices and tell you how to install the ventilation valve with your own hands.

Types of wall supply devices

For supplying fresh air inside of residential and any other rooms, 3 types of valves are used:

  • wall wires passive (natural influx);
  • peretracks;
  • advance-exhaust units of forced action with heating air due to heat recovery.

Note. The cheapest and primitive means of rooting rooms are window ventilation valves (manufacturers: Aereco, Air Box, Vents). Lack of ventilators - low bandwidth. In detail about the principle of operation and methods of installation in a separate article.

A single-storey country house ventilation scheme with supplies

In addition to the listed products, so-called bizers are used in apartments - household wall mounting appliances with forced injection and automatic air heating to a given temperature. The bizers are full-fledged aircraft, whose price is 3-5 times higher than any ventclosure.

Valves of natural tributary

The wall of the wall ventilator will look at the example of a fairly popular KIV-125 product from the KIV brand. Related valves are produced by Vents, "Doment", Aereco. The structure of the household appliance includes the following items:

  • air duct - PVC pipe with a diameter of 125 mm long to 1 m, inside - heat insulating sound absorbing insert;
  • outer supply grille with a bellock of a rainyotabinet and insect mesh;
  • ring Sealing silicone for sealing inside the wall;
  • double spring flap adjusting the amount of incoming air;
  • air filter coarse cleaning class G3-G4;
  • mechanical damper management drive;
  • additional insulation, cover of the inner head.

Reference. The Ukrainian brand "Vents" offers products with a telescopic air duct. The pipe is moving to the desired length, and not cut under the thickness of the wall.

The supply device is closed into an outer wall, only a lattice is visible, from the inside - the headband with the handle setting. The principle of action is simple: the air from the street enters the pipe is cleaned with a filter and leaves through the slot slots. Features of the valve:

  • the air flow dissipates along the wall towards the ceiling;
  • street noises are absorbed by the heat insulating insert;
  • petals of flaps can overlap the duct section by 100%;
  • adjustment is made by a handle or a special cord when the device is installed under the ceiling.

Inside the valve body of the KIV and CPV series, there are 2 flaps opened by turning knobs-regulator

Clarification. The air flow on the valves of other brands can be adjusted using a plastic chiber or aperture.

The productivity of the product entirely depends on the force of the thrust in the exhaust mine, with a resolution of 10 pa in the room, approximately 55 m³ of air flows in 1 hour. But the ventilator is able to skip and larger air volume. For example, you turned on the kitchen hood, which will easily "stretch" through the valve 150 m³ / h.

Advantages of wall ventilators:

  • non-volatility;
  • reliability, service frequency - 1 time per year (filter cleaning);
  • affordable cost of the product;
  • compatibility with any ventilation systems - natural, mechanical, combined.

In contrast to numerous advantages, the passive supply valve of the supply ventilation has 2 significant drawbacks: supplies cold air plus sometimes frosts at low temperatures. True, the mine appears from excess moisture (condensate), which remained in the room for various reasons. We will consider the specified nuance below, in the instructions for the installation of the ventilator with their own hands.

Pretten ventilation elements

Interior door with dense raids without a ventilation gap (or lattice) breaks out the air intake inside the apartment. If you block the stream moving from the living rooms to the exhaust mines of the kitchen and the bathroom, the ventilation in the house will cease to function.

Scheme and location of the Parent Ventilation Element

The hermetic door between the rooms is not necessary to refine - put the lattices or cut the cloth. It is enough to embed into the partition the sub-exhaust valve of such a design:

  • 2 decorative plaffones under the hole Ø125-160 mm;
  • the hollow cylindrical insert from a noise insulating material is 15 cm long;
  • 2 mounting rings + tie bolt.

Comment. Peretral valves are made only under partitions with a thickness of up to 150 mm - Polkirpich plus finish. On a thicker wall will have to make homemade fastening.

The assembly of the supply and exhaust device is extremely simple: sound insulation is inserted into the finished hole, then rings are attached to the ends and tightened with a bolt. Plafones are installed on top, preventing the penetration of light from one room to another. Read more about the principle of valve operation, see the video:

Supply-exhaust valves with heat recovery

There are situations when in a private house, there are initially no exhaust ventilation. Apartment ventilation is also ineffective - thrust in the mines of the upper floors is quite weak. The problem is solved by installing the supply and exhaust aggregates of a reversing type.

Constructive installation is close to the conductor, only inside the pipe is located the axial fan and the ceramic heat accumulator depicted in the photo. Wall reversing valve can function in 3 modes:

  1. Only the inflow + filtering of the outer air.
  2. Only extractor from the room to the street.
  3. Heat removal - combined mode, influx and extractor works alternately.

The main element of the unit - the heat acceumor of ceramics installed inside the air canal

The third mode is the main one. The algorithm is: within 70 seconds the fan drives the air out of the room through the ceramic heat exchanger. Then the reverse is triggered - the fan starts blowing in the opposite direction, tightens the street air, the path heated by the battery. After 70 seconds, the cycle is repeated.

Reference. Changing the flow direction 180 ° The manufacturers are implemented in 2 ways: switching the rotation of the impeller in the opposite direction or the reversal of the fan itself by an additional servo.

Pros from the operation of the recuperator valve:

The unpleasant minus of the supply valve with recovery is a high price. Judging by the reviews, it is this factor that prevents most users to buy this unit. Note, for full ventilation, there will be several household appliances - one in each residential premises.

Other shortcomings of a special role are not played, even a high level of noise. More information about the supply unit with heat regeneration you will learn from the video:

How to install a trim valve - instruction

Before installing, it is necessary to solve 2 questions: where to put the vent valve and how to drill a neat hole in the wall. At the placement, we will give the following recommendations:

Comment. If the room is heated with warm floors, the passive type conductor can be attributed from the window at any distance, the minimum indent remains the same - 30 cm.

The drilling of the reinforced concrete wall is better to entrust professionals, armed with a diamond crown of the desired diameter. You can make a hole in the brick yourself, although you have to tinker. A long thin brought is performed by many drills around the circle, then gently knock out the middle.

Two important points. Before starting work, make sure that there is no electrical wiring on the selected construction site or the heating pipe laid by a hidden way. Second: the hole is thrilled with a tilt of 2-3 ° in the side of the street to exit condensate.

How to install a trim valve into the wall:

  1. Cut the air pipe flush with a design or with a small release - as written in the manufacturer's mounting instructions. Telescopic air duct "VENTS" does not cut.
  2. Insert the pipe into the hole, the gaps we blow up the construction foam. Cement-sandy solution cannot be applied.
  3. Breeping outside the grille with mosquito net. We observe the correct position of the element - the visor at the top, the blinds are directed down.
  4. We insert the insulating element inside the air duct, if necessary, cut down the length.
  5. We disassemble the flap of the valve, attach the housing to the pipe and the inner surface of the wall with dowels. We put the filter, dampers and cover with the suppression slots up.

    Build the inside of the indoor part of the room ventilator

Mounting valve-recuperator is identical. First, the air duct is closed into the wall, the outer grille is attached, then the elements of the unit are installed from the inside - the heat exchanger from ceramics, the fan and other elements. Differences: Thermal insulation is mounted outside the pipe, the power cable is supplied to the fan.

Reference. There are models of ventilators with a fan that is operating from its own solar battery. Example - VENTS valve PSS-102, depicted in the photo.

Valve model with a fan feeding from solar battery

Why valve frost

The phenomenon is found in areas with low winter temperatures. The source is a condensate falling on the highly cooled surfaces of the ventilator. To resolve the problem, you need to identify the cause of frost:

  1. Natural extractor works inefficiently or does not function at all. Result: Water pairs remain inside the room and partially outward through the trim valve.
  2. The power of the heating system is not calculated for infiltration (natural supply) of air with a supply device. The headband is hypoded, moisture is condensed on it.
  3. Violation of the installation rules, for example, too close the location of the aircraft to the window, a large indentation from the battery or insufficient insulation of the pipe.
  4. The headpoint dwells too tightly with curtains, why a cold zone is formed along the wall. Flash appears on the lid.

Among the reviews users there are complaints about a decrease in temperature after installing ventilators, literally - from the valves blends. We want to remind a simple rule: air flow through an element entirely depends on the exhaust work. Try to adjust the stream on the wall valve or partially overlap the exhaust hole.

On the left in the photo shows the correct installation of the ventilator, the cold air is mixed with a warm flux from the radiator. Right valve stands too low

Finally, the importance of a full inflow

In the house - "Termos" with tightly clogged windows and entrance doors takes the following:

  • air rooms are wet, heavy;
  • residents are stuffy, the windows often open with the purpose of venting;
  • unpleasant odors are slowly removed from the kitchen and the bathroom;
  • gas-wide equipment - household plates, ovens, flowing water heaters - does not work well due to lack of oxygen.

Note. The insufficient amount of inflow provokes gas boilers - the thrust sensor is triggered or the flame ionization. It is also observed difficult ignition - the electrodes are "sparkling for a long time, a strong cotton is heard when ignited in the chamber.

The trim valve in the outer wall solves all the problems listed. When fresh air comes into the house, then the exhaust is functioning properly. Ventilation elements are distributed as follows: Exhaust channels are located in more contaminated rooms (kitchen, toilet), and the valves of the tributary - in the living rooms.

In the last decade, the installation of plastic windows or wooden with double-glazed windows, which are also hermetically closed, has become very popular. Among the huge number of advantages of such windows, there is a small spoon of tar, especially in the winter period there is practically absent. To ensure the circulation of fresh air there is an original solution, in houses with poor ventilation, a trim valve in the wall is mounted. The greatest discomfort from the front of the air is experiencing children and people of old age, and a healthy person usually does not notice the lack of oxygen, but it does not contribute to good well-being.

Read in the article:

Principle of operation and variety

The trim valve is installed in the prepared hole in the wall, and depending on the design consists of such parts:

  • adjusting handle - It is located on a decorative lid inside the house with its help you can control the amount of incoming air due to changes in the position of the plastic damper located in the inner part;
  • filtering element - can be made of synthetic materials or fiberglass, although coal filters are most often used, since they are used in addition to cleaning air from dust capable of delaying impurities of harmful gases and aerosols;
  • noise insulating element - He also plays the role of the insulation and prevents the penetration of cold air from the street;
  • duct - Usually manufactured from plastic, but sometimes galvanized metal is used. The length of the duct pipe is adjustable and depends on the thickness of the walls of the house;
  • street grille with a small network, protects against insects;
  • protection against precipitation.

Helpful information! If forced ventilation is needed, then in some models, the plastic duct is equipped with a blade device.

The external trimming valve in the wall in the kitchen is most often installed, since it is the largest concentration of moisture, it is caused by regular evaporation. If the valve is not installed, it is possible to determine the lack of ventilation by turning attention to the condensate surface glass in the kitchen. With insufficient ventilation, condensate is assembled on the inner part of the lower corners of the glass.

Ask a specialist

"If there is a hood in the kitchen, located above the stove, then the need for the installation of the supply valve does not disappear, on the contrary, the effect of it will only increase."

The constant ventilation of the opening of the windows is not able to fully replace the ventilation system, especially for homes located near the roads. The supply and exhaust valve is able to reduce the noise level and clean the air from dust entering the room. Valve systems are wall and window.

Differences of the supply wall valves

  • walls are a pipe that takes through the bearing wall of the house. From the street side she has a grille, to protect against garbage and insects, and with the inner is a filtration element;
  • the window valve of the ventilation is mounted in the window frame, and also serve to ventilate the room, the main disadvantage of this type of unnotes is the absence of a filtration system;
  • wall valves can be with manual adjustment of the incoming air or without it;
  • in some models there is no noise insulating layer, due to the small diameter of the duct;
  • in the main number of models, it is possible to completely overlap the air intake, but some this function is absent.

Pattern valve in the wall: installation locations

You can install a wall trimming valve with your own hands, besides, it will be functioning without supplying electricity. The best places for installation are considered:

Typically, the installation of the supply valves into the wall is advisable in private houses, but also in apartment buildings on the lower floors, the ventilation system is sometimes not coping, so it should be strengthened by itself. The best place in this case will be the windowspace, as the radiator is located nearby, and the lid is not visible behind the curtains.

The feasibility of installing wall supply valves

The installation of one valve of the supply ventilation in the room wall is not capable of solving the problem of the lack of oxygen itself, if its design does not provide forced ventilation system. Without it, the air exchange is carried out only due to the pressure difference on the street and indoors. Even with the most favorable circumstances, the proliferation valve itself is able to provide only one person with the desired amount of fresh air. Strengthen the effect will help additional installation of forced ventilation of the room or another trimming valve.

Article on the topic:

Modern humidifiers are considerable money, so many wonder: how to moisten the air in the room without a humidifier? There are several effective ways that we will consider in this article.

The main problem in the work of the wall supply valve in the winter period is the freezing on the surface of the condensate duct. In the process of a sharp drop temperature, the wet air forms ice crust in the air duct, and over time, its new streams form a multi-layer tube from it.

The undoubted advantage of the supply valves is that they can be installed both during repair and after its end.

Installation of the supply valve in the wall with your own hands

If you provide for the presence of a hole for installation at the design stage, you can save on their further drilling. Well, for already built houses, you will have to resort to the installation of the valve in compliance with all precautions.

PictureActions
Marking. By choosing a seat for the hole in the wall, you should measure the distance between the fixing anchor of the bed and the crown of the drill machine.
Drilling of the technological opening. With the help of a perforator, picking up the diameter of an anchor of the boring, you must drill the hole in the wall. To collect dust during drilling directly near the drill, keep the socket of the included vacuum cleaner.
Fixation of the bed. Anchor is driven into the drilled hole, use a copper for greater density. Before installing the face, the sheet of cardboard or other softening material should be placed under it to avoid damage on the wall surface. When the window is installed, it must be reliably pressing the wall with a pin, tightening the nut with the key.
Protection of the wall from the flow of dirty water. To do this, the tape is glued to the scotch, under the place where the rubber cuff will be installed. The film should be a width of at least 30 cm, and the lengths should be enough to the floor. The lower edge of the film must be placed in the water drainage tank (the bucket is suitable).
Mounting cuff. It is inserted into special adjustment arguments, on the Burmashin Case. The hose for the outflow of water is connected to the cuff, which ensures the cooling of the crown during drilling. The hose is tight on the nozzle and is fixed by the clamp.
Build the Burmashin. Professional drill plants are very heavy, so to simplify their installation, they are going to the fixed bed in strangepoint. When the assembly is over, the crown of the corresponding diameter is put on. The hose is connected to the Burmashin handle, through which the coolant will be supplied, it should also be fixed with a clamp. Next, the pump is pumped by manual pump when the working pressure is achieved, you can proceed to drilling.
Drilling. Turning on the drilling machine, you should bring the crown to the wall. When it comes in contact, and the process will begin, no strong pressure on the adjusting handle should not be. Otherwise, victorious diamond spraying teeth on the crown can be alleged, and it will be spoiled.
Removal of the rod. The length of the crown rarely exceeds 500 mm, and the wall subjected to drilling is usually thicker. Therefore, drilling is produced in two stages. After the first concrete rod, knocked out of the crown, and the conductor for the crown is installed in the burmachin.
End of drilling. When the hole is ready, you should disassemble the installation in the reverse order, and the place under the cuff rub wipe with a damp cloth or a cloth, from wet concrete dust.
Installing PVC pipes. The length of the plastic pipe should be equal to the thickness of the wall of the house. Next, the infiltration channel is tightly robbed into the hole.
The installation of thermal and noise isolation into the pipe is made by simply pressing the hand.
Installing the lattice. The landing site on the outer part of the wall should be covered with silicone sealant, the same should be done with the landing place on the grille, after which it is tightly insert it into the pad of the air duct.
Installing the inside of the valve. Planting places are also processed by silicone, after which the filter washer fixed is made to the inner wall. Valve valve in the wall is set.

Note! In the process of mounting the wall-based supply valve, security equipment should be followed, not allowing part of clothing or hair parts into rotating elements of the drilling rig. It is also important to limit dust from entering the respiratory tract and eyes, use glasses and respirator.

How to choose and where to install a trim valve

Ideal will be provided for the presence of beads for the installation of the supply valves at the construction stage. The second successful point for the installation of the valve is a major overhaul when you can damage the wallpaper without fear of it in the room, to produce all the necessary operations.

Before buying a trim valve into the wall, it should be compared its average cost of about 3-5 thousand rubles with a complete set. If you decide to equip all rooms with these devices, it is better to take models of one company, it will not break the overall interior of the house.

Article

For the organization of fresh air intake, the building (both residential and non-residential) is now often selected ventilation valves (conductor).

At the location of the most common, wall models are mounted in the outer wall.

Design Description

Wall shapes, regardless of model, arranged from the following elements:

Air duct. The pipe in which the air passes from the street into the room. The overwhelming majority of models have a plastic duct.

Outer ventilation grille. Prevents falling inside the precipitation duct. It is performed from plastic or metal.

The inner housing is the ledge (from plastic, usually comes in a disassembled form). Contains a filter, guides the air flow into the room. Performed from plastic.

Support Valve

Inside the air duct may be insulating-noise insulator. It is necessary in order for the wall around the pipe to be wrapped, as well as to reduce street noise.

As a heater usually performs polyph. The parts described above can be purchased separately, and make a homemade ventilator with their own hands, which will cost a little cheaper than buying a finished product.

If the ventilation wall valve has the ability to adjust - the regulator is located in the inner case (glove). Some models (Aereco EHT) are additionally equipped with a hygrorgulation system. It reacts to indoor air humidity, and opens the valve when a certain indicator is exceeded.

More complex supply installations (for example - a line of models of eco freshness) can be additionally equipped with the following elements:

Recuperator (air heater).

Humidity and / or air temperature sensors - to automate the device operation.

The remote electronic control panel (with which the fan and / or heater are turned on).

Purpose of the product

The task of the supply ventlipan is to provide a person (as well as animals and plants) with a sufficient air for breathing, and prevent the appearance of mold in the room.

Set of wall valve

If there is no constant inflow of fresh air to the room (and 1 person requires about 30 cubic meters per hour) - the body does not receive due amount of oxygen. In addition, the stuff leads to condensation of moisture on the window slopes, the frame and the windowsill, which over time can lead to the development of mold.

The wall air valve is able to ensure the influx of a sufficient amount of fresh air: under normal conditions (if the pressure drop is 10 Pa), about 25-30 m³ / h arrive through most of the models. Just as much as the sanitary standards for 1 person require. If the pressure drop will be larger - the amount of incoming air will also grow.

Principle of operation and checking ventilation channels

Air from the street enters through the ventilator, as the pressure in the room is lower than on the street. Such conditions (pressure drop) are created by the operation of exhaust ventilation indoors: exhaust or simple ventilation channel.

An important point that should be considered: if the exhaust ventilation works poorly - then the ventilator will also give less air (since the difference will be less than the norm, or it will not be at all). Therefore, before planning the installation of the intake ventilation valve, you should make sure that exhaust ventilation is functioning normally.

Network Ventilation Channel

To check the work of Ventkanal, it is necessary:

Open the window (or window, or balcony, most importantly - so that there is a flow of fresh air).

Log into the ventilation grille a lit match or lighter.

With normally working exhaust ventilation, the flame must "delay" into the channel. If this does not happen, or if the flame on the contrary deviates from the lattice - it means that there are no traction, and the work of ventilation in the apartment is broken.

Instead of open fire, you can check the operation of the ventka channel and the usual sheet of paper (the best toilet is better because it is thin and light). Small trim need to be applied to the ventilation grille. Ideally, the paper must attract: In this case, exhaust ventilation works fine.

The above methods of testing may be useless in the summer, in hot weather. The air in the heat is heavier than in cool weather, and therefore pressure in Ventskanal falls. Therefore, even normally working ventilation may not attract fire (or paper).

About the advantages and minuses of application

The use of the wall ventilator is a useful solution for several reasons:

there is no need to open-close the window (which means that accessories are not extended, designed for an average of 10,000 movements);

through the valve comes less noise than through an open window (thanks to the filter and insulation in the air duct);

it is possible to adjust the amount of incoming air (there are no regulators mostly only on the cheapest models);

installation near the battery or in the top of the wall allows you to avoid sharp temperature fluctuations in winter;

Support valve headband in room

the relative cheapness (1 set of the valve and its installation by experts in the amount will cost approximately 3-5 thousand rubles).

As for the last item: when installing the ventilating valve near the battery, the air will be heated from it. In the second case (if the valve is mounted at the top of the wall) the air will enter the room from above, and mix with room (warmer).

More expensive models of fittings can additionally be equipped with recuperators (heaters) and fans. Fans can be both exhaust and supply. Such installations are more effective, however, are at least 8-10 times more expensive than conventional ventilator valves (for example, rates for eco-freshness, having a fan and heating, start from 15,000 rubles).

There are disadvantages:

the need to make a hole in the wall (if the adhesive after some time will want to remove - there will remain a through hole to the street);

mounted errors allowed for installation can lead to the fact that the wall (section between the hole and slope) will freeze, or some part of the air duct will freeze in the winter;

in too cold regions (where the temperature drops below -10 ° for a long time), it will not work in winter, because it will be very cold in the room;

models without a fan on average can give about 30 m³ / h air (which is normal for 1 person in the room).

Views and differences

All wall shapes differ in several parameters:

What does the air ventilation look like (from the street) and from the inside (from the room)

With manual adjustment of the number of passing air or without adjustment.

According to the presence or absence of an automatic adjustment system.

According to the presence or absence of air duct noise insulation.

If possible or the impossibility of installing additional accessories.

If possible or the impossibility of full overlap of the valve.

On the diameter of the duct.

By the number of passing air.

Otherwise, the differences are only in the device of the internal (located in the apartment) case and the appearance of the elements.

As a special case - there are differences in the form and material of the air duct. For all models, it is a plastic tube. Only SVK B-75 M is different - this wall valve, the air duct is made of expanded polystyrene, and has a rectangular shape. It is located immediately under the windowsill.

Models of ventilators

The number of models is now considerable. Let's give specific names:

Nuances of Montaja

In addition to the above-mentioned model of the IVK in-75 m, the remaining wall valves of the supply ventilation can be mounted in an arbitrary outside of the outer wall. but the most successful are the following sections.:

Under the windowson, next to the battery.

At 2/3 level from the height of the window opening (for the ordinary apartment - at an altitude of about 1.8-2 meters from the floor).

In the first case, the air incoming inside immediately heats away from the battery. In the second - enters the upper part of the room where it is mixed with warm air. Both options are good because this location allows you to hide the wall valve behind the curtains.

The only requirement that should be taken into account in the second case: from the place of placement of the supply valve in the wall to the window sloping must be at least 30 centimeters. Otherwise, this section in winter can freeze.

Installation steps

To install the supply valve into the wall (consider the installation process for the valves with a round air duct, about the installation of the CVC in-75 m - you can read separately) will need:

Installing diamond drilling.

Hacksaw (for trimming the duct as needed).

Glue (if the outer grille is glued to the air duct) or a screwdriver (if attached to bolts).

Unnecessary rags or polyethylene film - to store the floor at work site.

Eye protection equipment and respiratory organs (from flying dust when drilling).

Stages of installation of the ventilating valve in the wall

Installation performed in the following sequence:

The installation site is selected, considering the rules mentioned above.

Through the wall drills through hole. It should have a small bias (3-4 degrees) towards the street - so that the moisture is not accumulated when entering the air duct.

Holes for the self-tapping screw (for fastening the inner case).

"Finds" the air duct: the pipe is inserted into the hole, and the desired length is noted.

Surplus pipes - cut around.

A noise insulator is installed inside the duct (if it comes in the kit; if not, it is recommended to independently purchase the pipe insulation "shell" of the desired diameter, and used as noise insulation).

Pipe is inserted into the hole.

Outside the pipe is attached (on glue or bolts) ventilation grille. Its blinds should be directed down towards the street, and is horizontally.

The inner body is attached to the wall on the self-tapping screw.

The inner case is assembled.

Care and operation

To clean, it is necessary to dismantle the inner case and remove the filter and noise insulator. It is recommended to do this in the warm season so that the cold wind does not blunt the room (or the hole will have to be stuck).

Wall Ventclap Care

If the filter and insulator are made of synthetics (and most models are so) - they can be washed in soapy water. After that, they must dry in obligatory.

Pay attention is required for the purity of the air duct inside: you can look inside until the filter dries. If there is a large dust or small garbage inside the large layer - you can remove it with a vacuum cleaner. As an option - you can remove the outer grille and blow the pipe with a vacuum cleaner.

If the temperature indoor in the winter begins to decline significantly (usually it happens at a temperature outside the window below -10º and / or with strong wind) - it is recommended to reduce the air pass through the valve (if possible adjustment).

Ventilation trim valve in the wall (wall)

Pattern valve in the wall: Description of the device. Rules, stages of the supply valve in the wall.

Using a wall ventilation wall valve

The last 7 years in residential premises are particularly popular with PVC, wood or aluminum windows. They led to very specific complications in the field of creating an ideal room microclimate. Using windows in 2-3 seals absolutely eliminates the inflow of fresh air in the rooms, which was previously present due to the presence of cracks.

Air inflow valve

Fix and normalize the inner microclimate is possible only if you use a wall trimming valve of manual or automatic control.

Types of ventilation devices

Installation of the forced ventilation system implies the use of 2 different constructions of the supply devices. It should be noted that each design is used in accordance with the requirements of the tenant and provides the room with fresh air.

For this reason, almost every modern valve is additionally equipped with a special filter that contributes to the detention of small and large contaminants, as well as the penetration of moisture inside the room.

Types of ventilation systems

To date, 2 types of devices are distinguished:

  1. Design located on the wall. This model is the most common and easy to perform. Visually, such a device is a cross-cutting pipe in the wall, which is closed only with a ventilation grille. For such a grill, in the wall itself, the systems of additional filtration and noise insulation are often installed. It should be noted that from the inside the hole has a larger diameter, which ensures the flow of fresh air of the required volume.
  2. Ventilation valve embedded in the window design of the modern window. This kind of ventilation systems refer to simpler devices, which in no way affects their performance. The only difference and disadvantage of the walls is the lack of the installation of filters.

Regulation of air flow such systems is carried out using a special handle, which allows you to block air intake if necessary.

Advantages of forced ventilation

Forced ventilation system has a lot of advantages, including:

  • reinforced air circulation;
  • the possibility of regulating the speed of air movement;
  • removal of air pollution.

Rationality use

If modern double-glazed windows are installed in the room, the air regulation is absolutely disturbed and leads to the accumulation of carbon dioxide, water evaporations as a result of human activity.

Design and sizes of Valve Kiv Quadro

The disadvantages of this method are: sharp differences in the internal temperature, the penetration of dirt and dust from the outside, the disappearance of noise insulation properties during airborne; A sharp drop temperature for plants, lack of process control and saving thermal resources.

The same disadvantages are also under the cracking mode, despite the longer way to depressurize the window.

Criterias of choice

To access fresh air access without deterioration of the noise protection properties of windows today, ventilating valves are installed, which must be selected according to some criteria:

  • Cost. The value of the valve as a sufficiently complex engineering device can reach one third of the price of the window itself. However, it is necessary to take into account that for normal and long-term operation, you should buy an expensive and verified valve.
  • Installation area. Modern models of the supply valves can be installed directly on the window or through the adjacent wall. It should be noted that the installation of the valve through the wall will cost more in the installation and can spoil the aesthetic facade of the building.

Hygrorgulated valve controlled air flow depending on the level of relative humidity indoors

If we consider the installation of the valve directly to the package, 2 different options for the installation are formed:

  1. Replacing the old glass package to the new window of smaller sizes and in the resulting slot to install the valve.
  2. Installation of the valve into an existing modern double-glazed window.
  • Valve control method. Modern models of ventilation valves are 2 types: manual or automatic control. Manual control units require constant monitoring of various indicators affecting air quality indoors.
  • With automatic control, everything is much easier, since all processes occur regardless of external influence and desire. The process of regulating and normalizing the climate in the room is carried out by means of humidity and temperature in space.
  • Noise protection level. To date, all models of the ventilation valves have their own level of noise protection, which must be chosen in accordance with the installed windows and the needs of those living.
  • Compliance with installed air exchange standards. Each installed valve must produce air flow in accordance with the established standards.
  • Workability in harsh conditions. Due to the fact that the manufacture of the device is carried out in fear with not such a harsh climate, the design of the valves may carry some shortcomings in the particularly cold season. A vivid example of such a shortage is the presence of condensate and its further freezing at highly low temperatures.

The appearance of condensate or land on the valve primarily depends on temperature and humidity from the inner and outer side of the window, the implementation of air flow and operating modes.

Installation of forced ventilation

Before performing the start of work, it is necessary to determine the location of the device. The most common option is the location in close proximity to the heating system.

Installation of a wall valve can be carried out both with their own hands and with the help of qualified specialists. By the first stage of work include drilling holes in the bearing wall. After installing the wall, all gaps are filled with special construction foam.

To make installation yourself, you will need: Outer grid of white color with special holes that provide access to the room, pipe, high-quality noise insulator and a set of special filters, a ventilation grille with a mosquito net.

Installation of forced ventilation is the only correct solution for sane and careful people. Such a small and inconspicuous design is able to significantly improve the quality of living standards.

Wall Ventilation Valve

Wall trimming valve is the perfect settlement of fresh air in a closed room. Classification of installations, dignity and installation.

Tracting valve in the wall: principle of operation, features of installation and operation

Modern technologies make our dwelling are increasingly sealed. The windows of metalplastic, laminated surfaces and stretch ceilings prevent natural ventilation, which is why dampness and mold develop in homes. Households suddenly begin to suffer from allergies and frequent respiratory diseases - this is also a side effect of full sealing of the house. The stagnant air is bellped with allergens, the pathogens of microorganisms them are actively multiplied in it. That is why it is important to build a trimming valve into the wall, which will ensure the access of street air into the room and at the same time will not allow the appearance of drafts.

A trim valve - a simple device for airing

What is needed and how the trim valve works in the wall

The main purpose of the supply device is to provide access to fresh air to the room. Upon the condition of normal operation, the trimming device misses the room on average to thirty cubic meters of air per hour, which corresponds to the physiological needs of one person.

The device does not occupy a lot of space and littleness

The device consists of several elements:

  • Tube duct. Usually this part of the device is made of plastic.
  • Grid (metal or plastic) to protect the outer part of the air duct.
  • Inner insert with the head and filter for air purification.

Some devices are equipped with an additional insulator and insulation. These additional elements do not allow the supply valve in the wall to drain into severe frosts and block outdoor noises.

Another additional feature present in all models - humidity adjustment

The hygroregulation system automatically opens the valve if the room is observed exceeding the regulatory indications of humidity.

The supplier the exhaust valve can also be additionally equipped:

  • fan;
  • temperature sensors;
  • air recovery system;
  • remote control.

Principle of operation of the device

Advantages and disadvantages of the wall supply valve

Like any device, the ventilator has its undoubted advantages and disadvantages that cannot be mentioned. First, good:

  • Using the device, the need for constant opening-closing windows is significantly reduced. It saves time and maintains window mechanisms.
  • The device acts as a noise insulator and filters air from toxic urban impurities.
  • The device has the regulatory functions, it can be customized under the needs of a particular home.
  • Installation of the conductor in the area of \u200b\u200bthe heating devices is significantly saved by heat loss.
  • The device has minor sizes, almost impaired on the wall and does not interfere with the placement of furniture.
  • The device has a relatively small price, easily mounted and can be manufactured and installed independently.

The trim valve is placed next to the radiator

Cons in the use of the device:

  • To install the ventilation valve in the wall, it is necessary to make a hole, that is, to break its integrity in some way.
  • Incorrect installation of the device can provoke the water freezing.
  • In the northern regions, in the winter time, the ventilator can contribute to the drop in the room temperature to uncomfortable values \u200b\u200bfor a person.

Supply valves are embedded in modern window blocks

Types of ventilators

The supply devices differ in the following parameters:

  • the presence of adjustment of the air flow (mechanical or automatic);
  • the presence of a noise insulator and insulation;
  • the presence of additional elements;
  • the possibilities of full insulation of the duct;
  • in size and external design.

Some devices may differ by manufacturing material. There are plastic, metal or polystyrene foam models

Selection of air exchanger

Before you buy a trim valve into a wall, you need to check it for compliance with some important criteria:

  • The device should not cost too cheap, a high-quality device, equipped with the necessary number of functions, is worth not less than a third of the average value of the metal-plastic window.
  • The valve must be installed directly into the window frame or in the wall next to the window. It is important to check the possibility of such an installation.
  • It is necessary to determine the type of control of the conductor - mechanical or automatic. The machine will greatly simplify the need to control the optimal temperature and humidity in the house.
  • Attention should be paid to the level of noise protection of the device.
  • Valve's ability to carry the temperature regime.

What is the supply valve of supply ventilation?

Everyone is well aware of how good ventilation in your apartment is entirely dependent on its microclimate. And in order for the ventilation to work correctly, along with the exhaust air should be also his influx. Then there will be the correct circulation of air masses in the room and you will not be afraid of increased humidity, growing fungi and various mold.

To date, almost all apartments are equipped with plastic windows. They do not require care, they do not blow through them, and they almost hermetically clocked a person's dwelling from the impact on it of various weather factors. This is certainly great, but there is, as they say, the reverse side of the medal. Because of this tightness, our ventilation system practically does not work, as there is no air inflow.

Many who read this article will immediately ask what to do in this situation? The answer to this question suggests itself: you need to make additional intimidate ventilation. The modern building market, today, is saturated with various types of supply valves. They are divided into window and walls. It is the wall ventilation valve that we will consider in our article.

What is this device?

This device is intended to create a forced ventilation system in rooms. The wall trimming valve provides reinforced circulation of air flows, with the possibility of adjusting their speed, while not creating a draft. Thanks to the complex labyrinth of air channels, and the filter system, this mechanism is cleaned with a cleaning air from mechanical contaminants. In addition, the device of this valve is such that it does not penetrate the moisture in the room, as well as various street noises.

Where wall valves are used

These valves can be applied both in private homes and apartments and in the buildings of industrial enterprises and social facilities. In addition, the wall influenza valve has increasingly began to install in hospitals, schools and preschool facilities. Also, the trim valve has proven itself well when creating ventilation in the houses of Khrushchevsky series. According to experts, the use of this adaptation in kindergartens is particularly relevant, because the absence of fresh air circulation leads to the spread of mold, and this very affects the children's body.

The inner device of the valve

The wall ventilation valve is pretty simple, but despite this perfectly performs its function. Depending on the manufacturer, the appearance of these devices differs from each other, but the main details and the principle of operation remains unchanged. It consists of:

  1. Pipes, slightly lengths than the thickness of the wall.
  2. Ventilation grille, which is visible from the outside of the wall. The function of this lattice is to delay the large garbage, from penetration into the dwelling.
  3. Special noise insulation composition, which is filled with the basic tube of valve.
  4. Sealing ring with dampers, which are from the inside of the wall, and overlap the air flow at strong wind gusts.
  5. Filter fine cleaning air purification.
  6. The cover of the device with the supply valve and the adjusting handle, due to which the air supply is adjusted.

Depending on the manufacturer's company, the appearance of the device may differ slightly from the described, but the inner valve device will be identical.

Operating principle

Air, falling through the ventilation grille into the device, passes through the pipe, which enters a special noise insulating material of the wall valve. After its passage, the air is already cleaned of coarse mechanical inclusions. This device provides a special channel, known as the "labyrinth". It is in it that the speed of the supply air decreases and its additional coarse purification occurs. After that, the purified air falls into the adjustable damper, where, through the technological holes and penetrates the dwelling.

How is the installation occurs - the main stages of work

First of all, to install the supplied ventilation valve in the wall, you need to decide on the installation site. And even though he does not spoil the appearance of the room, it is recommended to install it under the windowsill. This is due to the fact that the trim air falls immediately on the battery radiator, and heats up, spreading around the room. Experts are this way that is recommended to mount this device, although the location does not play any role, and the choice remains for the owner.

  • In the wall under the windows, a through hole is made, with a diameter of 40 mm.
  • After that, a plastic tube with an external protective grid is installed in it.
  • Inside the pipe is laid insulating material.
  • The valve is assembled according to the manufacturer's scheme.
  • At the end of the assembly, the cap with the adjusting handle is installed.
  • Immediately after installation, your wall valve is ready for operation.

To install the supply valve in the wall gave maximum results, there is another common way. The hole in the wall is drilled after the heating radiator. With this location, the valve is absolutely unparalleled, but the air that comes from it, the rich radiator rises, and goes over the battery. The most important thing is that the air applies to the apartment, already with a temperature close to room. Therefore, even in the most severe frost, your room is ensured by the influx of warm, fresh and purified air dust.

The assembly and installation of this type of valves is simply simply simply and any domestic wizard is able to install a wall trimming valve with their own hands. To do this, it suffices to read the installation instructions that are attached to this device, and also have some tools. On how to install this device, we wrote above.

Before drilling, make sure that there is no hidden wiring and use the personal protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, etc.). If you are unsure that there are no wires at the installation site, then it is better to trust the professionals.

For self-installing this device, it is necessary:

  1. The perforator, equipped with a drill-brown or crown with winners, the desired diameter.
  2. A set of bones that can drill concrete and brick.
  3. Figured screwdriver.
  4. And, accordingly, the sub-wall-wall valve itself.

Not without drawback

With all its positive qualities, the sub-wall valve has shortcomings, and they are associated primarily, with timely departure for him, although manufacturers are silent about it. You must at least once in the season disassemble the valve and clean the filters. In addition, according to eyewitnesses, some models of this adaptation are freezed. This, first of all, happens if the valve pipe is made of metal, so it should be treated with all seriousness. Although, in fairness, it is worth noting that recently the manufacturers have ceased to use the metal in these valves, so the condensate in it has remained in the past.

And the last drawback is its price. In the building materials market, it fluctuates, depending on the design and firms of the manufacturer, from 2.5 to 4 thousand rubles. But experts believe that this is an adequate price for a good, healthy microclimate in your home, as well as comfort in your apartment.

Wall valve supply ventilation - Is this device need?

Features of the design and applying wall devices to provide forced ventilation. How to choose and install a wall ventilation wall valve

For the organization of fresh air intake, the building (both residential and non-residential) is now often selected ventilation valves (conductor).

At the location of the most common, wall models are mounted in the outer wall.

Design Description

    Fan.

The use of the wall ventilator is a useful solution for several reasons:

    there is no need to open-close the window (which means that accessories are not extended, designed for an average of 10,000 movements);

    through the valve comes less noise than through an open window (thanks to the filter and insulation in the air duct);

    it is possible to adjust the amount of incoming air (there are no regulators mostly only on the cheapest models);

    installation near the battery or in the top of the wall allows you to avoid sharp temperature fluctuations in winter;

  • inside the room, the product is unnoticed (with any method of installing it easy to cover with curtains), and if noticeable - it does not spoil the interior and does not face;

    the relative cheapness (1 set of the valve and its installation by experts in the amount will cost approximately 3-5 thousand rubles).

There are disadvantages:

    the need to make a hole in the wall (if the adhesive after some time will want to remove - there will remain a through hole to the street);

    mounted errors allowed for installation can lead to the fact that the wall (section between the hole and slope) will freeze, or some part of the air duct will freeze in the winter;

    in too cold regions (where the temperature drops below -10 ° for a long time), it will not work in winter, because it will be very cold in the room;

    models without a fan can average can give about 30 m ³ / h air (what is normal for 1 person in the room).

  1. (the only model in the list with a rectangular duct).

    Marking tool.

You can ventilate the rooms with closed doors and windows. How to make it right you will be prompted by the company's company's specialists. They are great oriented in the range of the Russian ventilation market market. Have a great successful experience in the implementation and installation of climatic equipment and will be happy to share their knowledge with you.

The easiest option is to buy and install in the wall or on the window Ventation Valve Valve. Flowing fresh air in the apartment, it filters dust and is an obstacle to penetrate insects. Such devices are not equipped with heaters and fans. They are designed to feed and basic airflow filtering coming from the street.

Types of devices for venting

In the range of our company, they are represented by almost all existing varieties:

  • In supply. Designed for air supply from the street.
  • Exhaust. Withdrawing air masses outward.
  • Reverse. Installed in exhaust umbrellas to prevent the reversal of the air flow arising from certain atmospheric phenomena.

They can be mounted as a Valve Valve Kiv into the wall or window.

You can buy not only the simplest exhaust models, but also electric. The device of such installations is more complicated, as they are equipped with various sensors, electric drive, respectively, the price is higher. Among them are heated models that can be used for the heating of small rooms, with automatic control and adjustable inflow. However, the principle of work remains unchanged.
