In general, the solution turned out to be primitive: to connect the hose to the tap, the easiest way is to use an aerator:

We go to the nearest market, where they sell all kinds of plumbing fixtures and buy there a fitting of the required diameter (for the hose we have) with a 1/2 inch female thread. I bought at 9mm:
