When you feel proud that you have done a good deed

Every time when it seems that you have done a good deed, and Iblis immediately adds fuel to the fire, and the heart begins to overflow with joy from the perfect deed, and small, barely noticeable sprouts of pride appear, immediately remember with me the following:

Indeed, there are angels in heaven who, from the day of their creation until the Day of Judgment, are in Sujud. Angels are created to worship Allah. And these angels do not raise their heads from the day of their creation, until the Day of Judgment. Just think about it.. it's not just one human life spanning a few measly years. These are thousands of years of worship, thousands of years of sujud, in the hope of the Mercy of Allah. And when these angels appear before Allah on the Day of Judgment, what will they say to their Lord?! And they will say to him:

You are pure! Verily, we have not worshiped you properly!

No one has power and strength except Allah. Thousands of years of Sujud and they didn't worship Him properly. That's all. Where is your joy and pride in your actions? Where is this feeling of self-satisfaction?! Are you crying? Cry. So all is not lost...

No one has strength and power except Allah - the wonderful and great remembrance of Allah. Small in pronunciation, but with great meaning. In this remembrance of Allah, there is tawhid, deep reverence and respect for Allah, He is Holy and Great. It also contains hope in Allah and the demand for help only from Him. These words are words from under the Arsh of Allah, are a sapling of saplings, a door of doors, and a treasure of the treasures of Paradise.
The Prophet, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, bequeathed to often remember Allah through this great remembrance to more than 5 companions in different positions, that is, not under the same set of circumstances, which indicates the versatility of this remembrance.
The words “There is no strength and power to anyone but Allah” are words of submission and return to the Great Allah, and recognition of one’s obedience to Him. And they are also a recognition that there is no other creator besides Him, and there is no one who could get out of submission to his orders (meaning kauniya, not shar1iya), and that the slave does not own anything.

The meaning of this commemoration has been interpreted in different ways, both the main ones, and more covering this:
1) A slave has no power in repelling harm, and no power in comprehending good except from Allah.
2) There is no power to defend against the disobedience of Allah except through his protection and protection, and there is no power to be in subjection to Him, except with His help.
3) There is no strength and power for a slave to move from position to another position except through the power and might of Allah.
4) A slave has no power to change his position from humiliation to glory and dignity except through the power of Allah, and no one will help you in this change except Allah.
5) Do not go from disobedience to submission to Allah except through His strength and power. There is no transition from sickness to recovery except through His power and might. There is no transition from poverty to wealth except through His power and might. There is no power in moving from single to marriage except through His strength and power. And no one will help you in these changes except Allah.

These are some of the meanings of this great remembrance of Allah that scholars have pointed out. The meanings are close to each other in meaning, but each of them has its own treasure, which even more helps to reveal to a person the greatness of this particular remembrance.

And as it was mentioned, the prophet, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, bequeathed these words of remembrance in different situations, but most of all they calm the heart at the moment when a person comprehends any difficulty, and remembering Allah in this way, a person humbles himself before Him, showing what to change it only Allah is capable of easing his situation, and only He controls the whole situation, and not people or any other circumstances, which further encourages a person to turn to Him with prayers, and verily, Allah relieves his slaves after difficulties, no matter how impossible it may seem changes in the position of slaves, but truly it is all under the power of Allah, and as soon as he says “Kun”, everything changes at the same moment.

Relics - an old Slavonic word, power - means a grave. Rendering veneration to the saints of God who have departed with their souls to heaven, the holy Church also honors the relics or bodies of the saints of God remaining on earth. In the Old Testament there was no veneration of holy relics, because. the dead body was considered unclean. In the New Testament, after the incarnation of the Savior, the concept of Man in Christ and the concept of bodies as dwellings of the Holy Spirit are exalted. The Lord Himself - the Word of God - became incarnate and assumed a human body.

Christians are called to ensure that not only their souls, but also their bodies, sanctified by Holy Baptism, sanctified by the Church Sacraments, become true temples of the Holy Spirit. The Apostle Paul says: "Don't you know that your bodies are the Temple of the Holy Spirit that dwells in you." And therefore the bodies of Christians who live a righteous life or become saints by accepting martyrdom deserve special reverence, respect, and honor.

The veneration of the holy remains is expressed in the following:

reverently collecting and storing the remains of the saints of God,
solemn opening and transfer of holy relics,
building over them temples, chapels,
the establishment of festivals to commemorate their opening or postponement,
the constant rule of the Church to place the relics of the saints at the base of the altars or to place the holy relics in the holy antimins (sacred plat), which depicts the Savior, taken down from the Cross, surrounded by the Most Holy Theotokos. In the center of the antimension are sewn St. relics for the celebration of the Divine Liturgy.

This is a natural homage to St. relics and other relics of the saints of God finds for itself a solid foundation in the fact that God Himself deigned to honor and glorify with countless signs and wonders, testified in the continuation of the entire history of the Church. Honoring the holy relics, we believe in the powerful intercession and intercession of the saints, whose holy relics are before our eyes, arouse in our hearts a feeling of closeness to us of the very saints of God, who once wore these bodies.

We read "Sarov Celebrations" about the first glorification of the relics of St. Seraphim of Sarov, written by Archpriest. Vasily Boshchanovsky: “Everywhere in the Monastery and beyond the Monastery there is a sea of heads. Almost everyone stood with lit candles. The thickest space was occupied along the proposed path of the procession of the Holy Relics of the Monk. Here on both sides were located all sorts of crippled, aching, ailing people. In front of me was a large group of sick-unfortunates; at the very feet lay some kind of living lump, incessantly emitting a plaintive, drawn-out groan. Near him stood a middle-aged woman (the mother of the lump lying at my feet). Hot prayerful exclamations: "Reverend Father Seraphim, pray to God for us", "Help", "Heal", "Heal" - rushed from all sides. The strength of the people's faith has reached its extreme tension. Hundreds of thousands of believers united in prayer. They asked Heaven, they prayed to God, they asked the Reverend. The holy Russian soul stood in prayerful ecstasy. With the first sounds of church hymns, pleasing the Reverend, rushed from all sides about the healing of one, the other, the third. The holy relics of Father Seraphim, placed in a precious reliquary and highly exalted, came closer and closer to the main monastery church. But then they came up with a group of unfortunates at my feet. Everyone: eyes, hands, hearts - are directed to the holy tomb; everyone has one desire: Father, Reverend, Father, Seraphim, help!”…

At this moment, the little ball, lying at my very feet, shuddered violently; groaning, he stretched out and, standing on his feet, said quietly: "Mom, I'm healthy." I, and everyone around me, shocked by what had happened, froze for a minute - dumbfounded. A great miracle of God's mercy took place before our very eyes. When we came to our senses, we could only utter the words of the psalmist: “Wonderful is God in His saints, the God of Israel!”

Father Seraphim of Sarov used to say to monks and laity: "When I die, come to my coffin, and I will help you." The relics are able to neutralize radiation, heal the sick and crippled. The patient, who was preparing for the operation, recalls: “I venerated the relics of the beloved and highly revered Seraphim of Sarov and the question arose involuntarily: “Father Seraphim, do you hear that I have come to you?” And the great Russian saint healed me. He answered my question not with contemplative, but with active love. Upon returning home, everyone inquired about my health. I replied: “The operation was successful. The name of the great doctor is Seraphim of Sarov.

It is the basis of religion and the greatest formula for the remembrance of Allah at all times. “The best of what the prophets before me said is “There is no deity but Allah.”(Tirmizi, 3538). And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The happiest people, thanks to my intercession on the Day of Judgment, will be those who said: “There is no deity but Allah” sincerely, from the bottom of their hearts”(Bukhari, 99). And these words mean that no one is worthy of worship except Allah.

"Exalted be Allah" (Subhana Allah)

That is, I testify that Allah is free from any vices, flaws and shortcomings.

"Praise be to Allah" (Al-hamdu li-llah)

That is, I praise Allah, mentioning the perfect and good qualities befitting Him. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The words “Praise be to Allah” fill the Scales, and the words “Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him” fill [reward] that which is between heaven and earth”(Muslim, 223).

"Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him" (Subhana-Llahi wa bi-hamdi-hi)

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever says: “Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him” a hundred times a day, his sins will be erased, even if they are like the foam of the sea”(Bukhari, 6042; Muslim, 251).

"Exalted is Allah and praise be to Him, Exalted is Allah the Great" (Subhana-Llahi wa bi-hamdi-hi subhana-Llahi-l-‘azim)

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There are two phrases that are easy on the tongue, heavy on the Scales and loved by the Merciful: “Exalted is Allah and praise be to Him, exalted is Allah the Great” ”(Bukhari, 6406; Muslim, 2694).

"Allah is Great" (Allahu Akbar)

That is, Allah surpasses all things in His greatness. These words are spoken during transitions from one action to another in prayer, as well as during the ascent to a hill during a journey, and as an expression of joy. Also, these words are pronounced before both Holidays as a recognition of the mercy of Allah, Who helped us to complete the required worship. Allah Almighty said: “And that you exalt Allah for what He led to the straight path” (2:185).

"I seek forgiveness from Allah" (Astaghfiru-Allah)

That is, I ask Allah to forgive me. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was guaranteed forgiveness, but at the same time he himself said about himself: “Indeed, I ask Allah for forgiveness seventy times a day.”(Bukhari, 5948).

“There is no power and no power except from Allah” (La haula wa la quwwata illa b-llah)

That is, there can be no changes and transitions from one situation to another, and no one has the strength to carry out such changes, except with the help of Allah and with His assistance. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Shall I not point you to the words that are one of the treasures of Paradise? “There is no power and no power except from Allah”(Bukhari, 6021; Muslim, 2704). And when the mu'azzin says, "Hurry to prayer" (Khayya ‘ala-s-salat) and "Hurry to Success" (Hayyah ‘ala-l-falah), you should also pronounce these words.

"In the name of Allah" (Bismi-Llah)

That is, with the grace and help of it, I begin, I proceed. The Qur'an begins with the words "In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Merciful" (Bismi-Llahi-r-Rahmani-r-Rahim). And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) began his letters with these words. These words are pronounced in many circumstances, for example, before eating, as well as before starting some business and before saying something, opening or closing. This is truly a great beginning - when a person starts some business with the grace of the name of Allah.

“I ask Allah for protection from the damned shaitan” (‘Auzu bi-Llahi mina-sh-shaytani-r-rajim)

I resort to the protection of Allah from the evil of Satan, who was expelled from the mercy of Allah. These words are prescribed to be pronounced before reading the Qur'an, as well as in anger and in general at any time in order to get rid of the instigations of the shaitan.

"Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him" (Sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam)

This is an appeal to Allah with a prayer for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The believer asks for mercy and a high position for him. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever invokes a blessing on me once, Allah will bless him ten times.”(Muslim, 384). And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Nearest of all people to me on the Day of Judgment will be the one who invoked the blessing on me the most”(Tirmizi, 484). A Muslim is obliged to pronounce these words at the mention of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). They can be recited in other circumstances, and especially on Friday and after adhan. Allah Almighty said: “Indeed, Allah and His angels bless the Prophet. O those who believe! Bless him and greet him with peace" (33:56).

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) counted the words of remembrance with his fingers, but if necessary, it is allowed to use something that helps not to lose count (rosary, etc.).

Islam teaches Muslims to show mercy and justice in their every action. We live by this mercy, which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) showed us, and about which the Almighty himself said in the first verse of the Qur'an: “ باسم الله الرحمن الرحيم "In the name of Allah, merciful to everyone in this world and only to those who believe - in the next!" The result of mercy, with which Muslims have lived for centuries and live now, was one of the worthy qualities - this is trust in Allah.

Almighty Allah has called us to trust only in Him. He said in the Holy Quran:

وَلِلَّهِ غَيْبُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُ الْأَمْرُ كُلُّهُ فَاعْبُدْهُ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَيْهِ ۚ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ

Meaning: " And to Allah belongs the hidden knowledge of the hidden things in the heavens and the earth; and the whole matter returns to Him, all people will also return to Him on the Day of Judgment, so that He will make a full payment to them. Worship Him and rely on Him. And your Lord is not ignorant, knows what you do (Sura Hud verse 123).

The Almighty, teaching us how to ask Him, says:

قُلْ لَنْ يُصِيبَنَا إِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلَانَا ۚ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ

Meaning: " Say, O Prophet: “Nothing will befall us except what Allah has ordained for us. He is our patron!" And let the believers rely only on Allah in all their affairs, firmly hope for His help and support!"(Sura" At-Tauba "ayat 51).

Trust in Allah in all matters is a value that comes only from the merciful heart of a person who has submitted to the will of Allah and is calm in all matters.

In a hadith narrated from Anas Ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) it is said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “If a person, when leaving (from the house) says:“ In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah and there is no power and strength in anyone but Allah. (The angels) will answer him: “You are guided by the straight path, delivered and protected,” and the shaitan moves away from him.».

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ الله عَنْهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "إِذَا خَرَجَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ فَقَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ قَالَ يُقَالُ حِينَئِذٍ هُدِيتَ وَكُفِيتَ وَوُقِيتَ فَتَتَنَحَّى لَهُ الشَّيَاطِينُ

Therefore, if we say morning and evening " In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah and there is no power and strength in anyone but Allah”, as the hadeeth says, then the devil is moving away from us on this day. The one who starts the day with the “name of Allah” will be protected from the tempting, retreating (at the mention of Allah) ـ devil all day long.

عن عمر ابن خطاب رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: لو أنكم تتوكلون على الله حقَّ توكُّله

لرزقكم كما يرزق الطير، تغدوا خِماصًا وتروحُ بطانًا.

In a hadith narrated from Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), it is said that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: “ If you trusted in Allah properly, then He would surely send you food in the same way as He sends it to birds that fly away in the morning with empty stomachs and return with full ones. "(Imam Ahmad, Imam at-Tirmizi, an-Nisai).

Scientists say that true trust in Allah should be connected with work, the bird needs it to leave its nest to look for food, and Allah gives it food, it returns with a full stomach, and we need movement: we leave in the morning with an empty stomach, and we return with a full.

عن عبد الله بن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال : كنت خلف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال لي : يا غلام إني أعلمك كلمات : احفظ الله يحفظك ، احفظ الله تجده تجاهك ، إذا سألت فاسأل الله ، وإذا استعنت فاستعن بالله ، واعلم أن الأمة لو اجتمعت على أن ينفعوك بشيء ، لم ينفعوك إلا بشيء قد كتبه الله لك ، وإن اجتمعوا على أن يضروك بشيء ، لم يضروك إلا بشيء قد كتبه الله عليك ، رفعت الأقلام وجفت الصحف

Also, in a hadith narrated from Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), it says: “ One day I was sitting near the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and he said: "Young man! I will teach you some words: (i.e. commandments.) Remember Allah, and Allah will protect you; remember Allah, and you you will notice support from Him in difficult moments.If you ask, ask Allah; if you seek help, seek help from Allah.Know that if the people unite to benefit you, they will benefit you only with what Allah has already prescribed for you; know that if the people unite to harm you with something, they will only harm you with what Allah has already ordained for you The pen is already torn from the paper and the pages are already dry"».
