You also need to pour two glasses of water into a bowl, add a level teaspoon of baking soda, two pinches of salt, a spoonful of sugar, three tablespoons of vegetable oil. You need enough flour to make the dough elastic. Kneaded? Now you can cut it into pieces, roll them out, dust the dough with flour and pinch the edges, putting the filling inside. Then fry like regular pies in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Don’t forget that you first place the pies in the oil, seam side down, and then, when the bottom part of the pies is fried, you can turn them over and fry them on the other side.
